Very responsive and fast. Jackie in the office has always been very helpful and the guys that show up are very professional. They put two new units in for us. Be sure to get the service package. Takes away the burden of homeownership as Jackie will call you and tell you when its time to service or change filters

We have used WEC for our home since we purchased it 9 years ago. EVERY SINGLE TIME their people have been on time and extremely professional. When we do have issues, they’ve been out in less than 30 minutes. When we did have to replace a 20 year old unit they gave us options and no upsell pressure.

We have had both Phillip and Jim come to our rescue. We have nothing but awesome things to say about this company. The men were efficient, informative and very knowledgeable. WEC has our loyalty!

As a former Bensons customer, I was willing to try almost any other company. On a friends recommendation, we called here for a fix of something in our crawl space unit. The guy came out very quickly and knowledgeably fixed the problem. Unfortunately, there was a bigger problem but again, nice and competent men came out and got it taken care of. So far, I have been very happy.

WEC installed a new HVAC system in my home last year. They have returned twice for regular maintenance and once because a part on the unit was faulty. They are honest and fair and they have great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Contacted them Friday at 11 pm and they came first thing Saturday morning. They fixed everything and was finished in under a hour. Great family owned business. You truly can’t find good professional business and good people like that anymore. Might have to leave another review just to give them 10 stars.

My capacitor broke and Darren came to fix it. My unit use 40 mf but he put 50mf. I called them but no respond. I got correct capacitor from different sources to fix it. I even offered to replace it to right one leaving wrong one by my front door. 3 days passed nothing happen. They still not respond to my call. Totally ignored. Not professional act at all.

WEC came out to check on my unit and gave me options on repairing vs. replacing (it was 19 years old). I decided to replace it and they came the next morning. They arrived right on time and were done in 2 1/2 hours. Everyone was very professional and took great care to protect the areas they were working inside my home. I would highly recommend them!

These are incredible people!!!! Our air conditioning stopped working the morning of the day I was hosting a Bridal Shower, and Lane came; on a Saturday, with short notice!!!! We could not be more grateful or happy with the outstanding service we received! The filter not being changed by me was the cause of our problem. Already recommended them to family and friends: we bought our unit from them 6 years ago! Thank you again Lane and company!

Great customer service, professional service staff! We had an old unit that was giving us problems. WEC was always prompt, friendly and professional when coming to repair it. We ended up getting an entire new unit. WEC did the installation. Our experience with WEC has always been GREAT! I highly recommend them for all you heating and cooling needs!

I want to give a shout out to W.E.C Heating and A/C, Inc. What a fine locally owned and operated business. These guys did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for any of your A/C and Heating needs. They were highly courteous and professional walking us through every step. Ive been doing business with them for 14 years and have never been disappointed.

WEC put in our package unit 15 years ago. We have them come out once a year to service our air/heat. Their receptionist is always helpful. Their servicemen are informative and nice. We recommend WEC 100%. We will use them again when we replace this unit. Great company and people.

Darren showed up at 8:30 a.m. (the scheduled time) promptly. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the problem to me and he fixed it. I asked him if he had any filters so I could install them myself. He did have one and he explained how I should install it. I told him that we had just moved to this house and I didnt have a ladder to get into the attic and asked him if he would go back into my attic and store the filter. He was so nice about that and did it for me. No problem. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Just had a new unit installed in my house.These gentlemen did an excellent job.Yes I would recommend them.Besides the work mentioned earlier, a month later, they installed a ductless unit in the sunroom.Again they did an excellent job.

Very poor workmanship and even worse customer service! We called WEC to repair an A/C unit in our rental house that was only ten years old. The house was under contract to be sold to the tenants living there. Rather than repair the unit the WEC service technician immediately advised the tenants that that the ten year old unit was “shot” and should be replaced rather than repaired. My wife stated that we did not wish to replace the unit and to please repair it. He then performed a shoddy repair, over charged for the amount of Freon needed, the cost of the Freon and also the leak repair. My wife paid the invoice for the repair: $1,124. Well, only ten days later the tenants called and stated that the A/C was not working again. WEC came out again and told the tenants that the same leak occurred and that the unit should be replaced. They also conveniently provided the tenants with a proposal for a new unit despite our request that they avoid conversation with the tenants. By this time the tenants were threatening to back out of the purchase contract unless we replaced the unit at a cost of over $5,600! We requested that WEC fix their failed repair under their 30 day workmanship warranty and they flatly stated they would not. We did not believe that a ten year old unit could not be repaired and contacted Keith Lawson Company (who we highly recommend!). A Keith Lawson technician went out and verified that the leak was in the same location as the failed WEC repair and said the high pressure discharge line should have simply been replaced and not soldered and that the unit was certainly repairable. We have filed a BBB complaint against WEC, disputed the charge and will probably have to take them to small claims court to get our money back. In our opinion, you would be well advised to call someone else! I also agree with another reviewer that the office lady there is very rude and smug and actually hung up on me!

I had some problems with my AC upstairs and called them up. They came the same day, found the problem and fixed it. Couldnt be more satisfied with the quality of people they have!
