My experience at Pattons was as good as I have ever had from anywhere else. The service was outstanding. I pulled up to the parking area and within a few minutes my car was getting new tires and full alignment. The waiting room was warm and clean. The management friendly and efficient. Everyone wore masks in the Waiting Room so I felt comfortable. I pulled out onto South Adams less than two hours and rode in utter comfort on my new Tiger Paws and alignment like new. I shall return with pleasure.

Very accommodating with appointments as we were traveling in an RV, even though the place is very busy with vehicles of all types. Had noticed tire wear on front tires. My Grandfather once explained to me that an honest mechanic will never be hungry. The world will beat a path to his shop.Here it is Tallahassee .An honest competent mechanic. I had vacuum leak and needed a part. It was put in and all was well. for 3 months and 6 days. the same problem cropped up again. Six days out of warranty. I took it back and was told that should not have happened. Part and labor was done all over again. All at no further cost for anything. Apparently a faulty part was the cause. I never had that problem again. Ladies if you do not know engines, no worries. Kelly will NOT double speak and take advantage of you. REFRESHING, to say the least.

I rarely write reviews but this is a well deserved recognition!.I was in need of a brake repair since I was getting ready to leave to move out of state in the next few days. Kelly I spoke with I told him I had some squealing issues coming from the car from the wheels and couldnt pin point where it was coming from. Kelly took my car for a spin and discovered my wheel bearings was fubar and needed an immediate repair if I was to even think about going on the highway. He went beyond what I expected and called me informing me the ungodly amount of rust my brakes had since the car I have has been up north in the last several years so everything needed to be done as I should have expected that being up north so long. Kelly gave me a very fair price and much better than what I anticipated versus if I went to another brake shop. He didnt try to oversell the situation and was very honest EVEN KNOCKED A BIT OFF THE BILL!. I left the car over night at the end of the day and was done the very next day before 3 pm. I just moved into my new home and the car feels like a brand new car, no squealing and stops on a dime.It is so hard to find an honest mechanic shop who does amazing work and of course I find Kelly as Im moving out of state. He runs an honest business and I am dumbfounded how the entire city does not come here vs fire stone or any other shop. The lady at the front desk whom I believe is his wife was very helpful explaining the bill, very friendly during the whole process and called me the moment my car was ready to go! We recently took one of our work trucks into Pattons for frontend issues. Kelly did a great job of identifying the problem and actually showing us what the issue was and explaining how it came about. Fastest and best customer service in Tallahassee. I was having a problem with my car horn and they offered my a free diagnostic and while doing it fixed my the problem (took them like 30 seconds) and they said the repair was free. Just found out my sister took my car for a diagnostic prior and they said to repair the horn was a minimum $300 and would take about a week. Most definitely a knowledgeable, caring, and outstanding group of people and Kelly is the best.

Great alignment shop! Hard to find a good one with a slammed car but these guys had killed it without a problem.

I had a drivetrain vibration and sought Kellys opinion on its cause. My rearend in my F150 had problems and Pattons put a used rear end in and cured my problem. As usual they did excellent work for a fair price. Kelly kept me informed on the repair and was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service from start to finish. The technician provided a printed alignment summary and showed me to what degree my car was misaligned. He was also honest about my back tires not needing to be aligned so he didnt charge me for just examining them.

Took my 2015 F150 with 4” suspension lift to 2 different companies before trying Patton’s for front end alignment and now I know why they have been in business for 50 years.. Straight shooter gave me no guarantees but said he would do what he could; not only did he completely correct the problem he also took the time without me having to bring it up to recalibrate sensors. He has defiantly earned a new customer. Anyone that is having front end trouble especially with a lifted vehicle should have their work done here!!

Kelly really went above and beyond for me. They fit me in the same day, and the price was more than fair. He only charged me to align the front end, since the back was good.
