Having your AC stop working in late August in Florida is definitely not fun, but they were able to assist us day-of and came out around 30 minutes from when we initially called. Called this company after 7pm because AC stopped working in the evening of a hot summer day. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. Unlike some other AC repair companies I had called, the technician, Chris, actually called back right away. Came to my house after 8pm and worked on the AC till it got fixed. He was not rushed at all, very professional, took time to explain things well. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Brandon is an exceptional technician/employee – informative, professional, customer-friendly, honest, hard-working, and even had a treat for my neighbor’s dog while we were near his “territory” at the outside unit. A/C was repaired in the most minimal and cost-effective manner, and without any hard- or up-sell. Highly recommend!

Called on a Sunday for an emergency repair. I called three others as well. Advanced was the only response. He arrived pretty quick. Unfortunately unable to repair due to needed parts. Would try them again.

Advanced Air is different from the other HVAC businesses in the area. My tech was Kris. He was very professional and down to earth. Not pushy at all. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. Of all the times Ive used Advanced Air, they have never pushed anything on me to buy or beat around the bush with any issues that my system had. They are friendly and straightforward. I called Advanced Air because of all the positive reviews. Really wanted this to be my company to take care of my HVAC issue. I called and Chris came out promptly and diagnosed that indeed my split system was dead. Said they would get back to me with prices on repair or a new system. And that was it. I was never contacted again. I even called the office again 2 weeks later to see how the quote was going. Was told they had tried to contact me but had the wrong phone number. Find that hard to believe since Chris called me for the service visit and it was on the receipt. I left my number and waited. Still no contact. So Ive moved on to other companies which were just as prompt to visit and have given me quotes for service. Cant really rate their installs or other services but responsiveness and attentiveness is severely lacking. Really wish this experience had worked out better.

Advanced Air Care has done our HVAC maintenance for 6 years. The technicians are always friendly and professional. They explain everything they are going to do as they go. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

If I could give negative stars I would. They charged me $500 to fill up a leaking unit while the part was going to take a couple of days to arrive. The $500 of coolant leaked out in just a couple of hours. The technician obviously didnt know any better nor did he run any test to determine if filling the system was a good idea. Management was a joke when I attempted to work something out with them. I will never trust this company again.

We moved into a new house and our daughters room was very hot, despite the 2 bedrooms in the same hall being nice and cold. Brandon and the team were able to easily diagnosis the problem and a few days later, they installed a new zone system and added another vent. Left the house clean as well. My AC broke during 100 degree weather and the guys at Advanced Air Care were so nice and attentive to help even in short notice! They came out and checked my unit shortly after I called, despite them being very busy. My unit had to be completely replaced and was going to take a few days to get a new one shipped in. these nice gentlemen brought me a portable window unit free of charge and set it up for me so I could have some type of air during the horrible hot weather. This place is terrible!! They are rude, unprofessional and only care about getting your money. He came out, told me he had NO IDEA what was wrong... and STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE CALL!!! And even tho I CALLED at 9 AM THEY didnt get there until 7 PM...and charged me EXTRA because it was an after hours call!!! I ended up calling Barineau. Should have called them first. They found the problem quickly (ants in the circuitry) and fixed it. Shouldve called them FIRST!!!

Chris was quick to respond to my AC that had froze over. He setu an early morning appointment, had the tech come out. Diagnosed the issue with dirty coils. Oh my God! The ineptitude is unreal. The guy literally told me,hmm, Ive never seen this before. Then he leaves the door open the ENTIRE TIME he is there, in 100° heat, puts in a new drain pipe and has to come back to move it because he put it over the filter opening... Which I had to threaten with a law suit if my AC completely went out because I couldnt get the filter in, in order for them to even come back... Then he says that he has to order a part, its going to take 2-3 WEEKS to get it!!! (Ever hear of overnight air??!! 🙄) When I asked him how long before hed be able to come back...he literally tells me that they have more important clients and he cant tell me. Tells me to just put a bucket under the leak and dump the water when it gets full. After ALL of this, he tells my landlord that its MY FAULT the AC broke because I wasnt changing the filters!! Which he KNOWS wasnt true because we had a conversation about the old filters that I had in the corner.When I called the office, they were rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER EVER call them again!! I recommend you call someone else.
