Their service dept never disappoints ! By far the best you will ever experience . They have a well organized system that notifies you not only of when the tech is arriving but a picture of him along with a bio of his length of service along with his personal interest and his background . I have never had the kind of attention to details when it comes service. They are as proactive as it gets. During these crazy days of COVID they have adopted all the protocols needed to maintain safety for their customers too. I swear this outfit is top notch. Not your cheapest but you will not find better !

We noticed our A/C wasnt cooling when we returned from Church on Saturday evening. I called Bensons 24 hour line and was scheduled to have a technician come out on Sunday morning. Lee came out at 8:30am and promptly found out that the dual run capacitor was faulty and replaced it under warranty. He had our system up and cooling in 30 minutes! He was very professional and explained what the problem was. Both my wife and I are in our 70s and we really appreciated the prompt service. Thankfully we have a service contract with Bensons which is well worth it. We had Bensons install our system when our original system died and have had a service contract with them every since. We are glad we went with Bensons and every time they come out to inspect our system they are very professional and thorough. We couldnt be happier with their service!

Employee broke the cover to a ceiling lamp with his ladder. Did not clean up dust from the floor after going in the Attic. Trampled down elephant ears in the backyard without permission. Advised me to pour vinegar into the system, but did not do it himself.

Their service was fantastic. I had a strange issue where a light fixture in my hallway was tripping water. An electrician discovered that the drip pan for the AC unit was overflowing. So they recommended Benson heating and Air and they came out the next morning and even put me on an emergency list. Logan came out and assessed everything & emptied out the pans, vacuumed out the clogs (which was the issue) and did so professionally & efficiently. Highly recommend!!

Technician listened well and was friendly and personable. Checklist sent by email after the visit showed that he wore shoe covers. He did not. Checklist also has the wrong size for my filter. Checklist said 20 x 25, and my filter is a 20 x 20.

Scott came out and replaced our outside circuit breaker which contributed to no ac. He was very diligent to check everything out. He also figured out the inside breaker was bad, which we replaced. Now things are good.Justin and Joe came out and did regular maintenance and were very efficient and helped explain other services we could use in the future, like duct cleaning.

We have a gold service agreement which is supposed to get you someone onsite within 24 hours. 25 and counting. No service. No AC. Completely dead. Not only that but it is one way communication. They won’t even give you an estimated time. Be weary.

We purchased our unit from Bensons and purchased the maintenance contract. We have had more problems with this unit than any other units we owned that lasted for 15+ yrs. We just had the unit serviced under our maintenance contract and now its Saturday morning. Went to bed at 72 and woke up to 78 and climbing., with the high temp today at 99. Cannot expect service until Sunday and there will be a charge even with the maintenance contract since its the weekend. Im very disappointed in this company, not top notch like I expected. Buyer beware, I would not recommend this company.

Colton performed a bi-annual inspection of our AC system. He fixed a problem that we didnt know we have. Was covered by the annual service agreement, so no additional cost. He was very thorough.

Great service from great professionals. We had Brandon Jackson come and diagnosis a complicated issue that my wife and I have been having since we moved into our house 5 years ago. We have had many people come and address issues with our ac but Brandon found the root of the issue which we believe no one else cared to look for due to the complexity of the problem. We have replaced our indoor blower two times, replaced the indoor circuit board two times. Both were related to an issue with someone adding refrigerant beyond the recommended level which overcharged the system and caused icing on the outside condenser unit (probably done before we bought our house). We recommend Bensons and especially Brandon due to their quality work and expertise.

I have been using Bensons Gold Level Services for about 8 years now and couldnt be more pleased. They are fantastic and professional. Before every visit they send you text and email with the name and profile of their professional coming to your property. The email includes a photo. They call when on the way. The one time we had a minor issue they came out the day of my call, diagnosed and fixed the issue within 5 mins.

I had discovered a broken vent lying on top of my compressor after a service visit. When I brought it up and requested repair, they at first invoiced me even though I did not break it. Once I brought this to their attention, they ordered the part and did not charge me. I had been the only one near the compressor since they installed it several years ago, with the exception of the Benson service techs. I was pleased that they worked with me and didnt argue who was responsible.

I purchased an HVAC from Bensons when my old one stopped working. As part of the replacement, I continued to pay into the maintenance plan, which is worth the money. Every Bensons employee that has been out to service the unit has been prompt and professional. I have never had an issue with the unit or the staff.
