On Friday night we noticed the house was not cooling. On Saturday morning it was very uncomfortable in the house. We saw that Tony Kelly offers repair service 24/7. We called and were very happy when they said they would get to our house as soon as they could. Jonathan, and his trainee, Clayton, arrived and immediately impressed us with their professionalism and friendly manner. They promptly went to the attic to assess the situation. They determined the control panel was no longer working and they proceeded to drain and clean out the appropriate equipment. They were very knowledgeable and committed to making sure we had a cool house right away. The alternative would have been staying at a hotel overnight, so their prompt attention, especially on a Saturday afternoon, really is appreciated. We highly recommend Tony Kelly Air Conditioning!

Our house is new construction. It is not uncommon for newly installed units to need adjustment. Because of continuing construction activities, the air filter and other sections of the heat pump became clogged with dust. The unit began to act up. I called Kelly Heating and Cooling to ask for assistance. The service person, Trey, came out to diagnose the issues.Trey was competent, informative and eager to answer all of my questions. He did a new equipment checkup and fine tuned the operation of the heat pump so that it would operate as efficiently as possible. My A/C went out on Sunday. I called several HVAC companies Monday morning and Tony Kelly’s was able to work me in later that morning. Jose was my technician. He was respectful, very knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything to me. No up selling, but he did recommend a fix that we both saw was needed when he first arrived….caused by my lawn guys I’m assuming.Highly recommend this company!

Trey C was the technician that responded to our call. He had 3 other repairs ahead of me but he stayed in touch the whole time. He let us know upfront the cost of the repair, he took his time and rechecked his work. Very professional, extremely positive, and did excellent work. I will not hesitate to call in the future.

Great service from start to finish! Our AC went out at 6:00 in the evening. I called their after hours number and the nicest woman took my information and had a technician call me back within 10 mins. 30 minutes later Trey was at our door and promptly diagnosed the problem. He was able to find out part, no easy take since everything is on back order, and had our house cool the next business day. I highly recommend Tony Kelly and Trey for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

Ac started not cooling on a super hot day in August and Tony Kelly heating & air promptly sent a technician for repair. The technician Trey immediately knew what the problem was and had it repaired quickly and efficiently! My A/C stopped cooling through the night. I woke up to an 80 degree home that was struggling to get down to 75, at least. After canceling out that it was the filter, I called this company at 6:50 and left a message with the answering service. In less than 20 minutes, I received a call back from Chris, the Service Manager, and he was at my home in less than hour from when we spoke.I was provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Chris made certain we understood the diagnosis and took the time to explain every detail. I am glad to have found this company and will certainly use them again and recommend others to them!

Let’s start with 631 5 star reviews! I was skeptical…. will I get paid for a 5 star review, how do you please 631 people ? The Technician Trey was on time and explained his service step by step. He showed me gauge pressures, ohm meter readings from parts on the decline, didn’t try to replace things that “looked bad” just to sell parts. While watching how thoroughly he worked and how I was treated as a customer it’s obvious why there are over 600 5 star reviews. You won’t see this company on TV or hear an ad on a radio station. Tony and Chris have built an amazing company with 100% customer satisfaction and word of mouth advertisement, and it shows in their employees. From the initial phone call to the time of this review, I don’t have one single complaint. I was not paid or compensated in any way for a review. As a matter of fact this is probably the first positive review I’ve wrote in 10 years.

This company keeps impressing me. I highly recommend their maintenance program. I hate companies that nickel and dime you every chance they get (they do not do that). Their tech Trey is very thorough and obviously cares about the work and service he provides. I previously used a different popular company in Tallahassee and did not have the same experience. Trey came over earlier than anticipated and kept me updated on when he would arrive which was very helpful. Fast, friendly and upfront service is an understatement. Called Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning a little after 11pm, explained the situation and was asked if we would like immediate service or if first thing in the morning would work. We opted for immediate service since there was water leaking from our garage ceiling. A team from Tony Kelly AC ( Francisco, Malik and Daniel) got to my house at 9am. They each had a job and their teamwork was impressive. They faced a large challenge getting the new Handler in the attic because it was so much larger than the old one. It slowed them down but couldnt stop them! Our initial experience with Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning was with Trey, who came out to resolve some cooling problems with our 16-year-old downstairs unit. He resolved the immediate issue and cooled down the house, but a new unit for downstairs was ultimately necessary, which we knew was likely due to its age. I’ve had multiple companies come out to figure out why my ac is not running properly. I was at my wits’ end. I gave Tony Kelly a call and they sent out a friendly technician and after me telling him my horror stories of dealing with other companies, with a smile on his face he got to work and after few moments he was able to take me outside and show me what the issue was. He was able to repair my system with the correct part. And with his dedication to me ( the customer) and more research found that my system has a part warranty. My system hasn’t had one issue since! After being told I needed replacement coil by Air control a/c repair that cost was $1552 I decided to get a second opinion for Tony Kelly very responsive came out on a Sunday, my only day off. Found out all I need was a simple part the cost $50 huge sign of relief. Highly recommend very honest and they will now take care of all of my A/C needs for my four properties. They won a customer for life!!! Highly recommended do not go anywhere else I promise you you will regret it .

Tony Kelly Heating and Air is a company that replaces faltering HVAC components BEFORE they fail completely. Their yearly maintenance plan is $199 but they do a complete check of entire system every 6 months. To me that means less expensive repairs and zero time without my AC keeping me comfortable in the Fl heat. AC repairs are expensive I realize but their method of maintenance is reassuring. And their service reminds me of how companies used to treat customers…like they mattered.

Trey is immediately a delightful person upon meeting him! ( friendly, well mannered, energetic, positive & enthusiastic!) Wow, how refreshing!He was also sweet, kind, and service oriented while performing his duties! It’s great that he uses shoe covers when coming inside to work. This team is so good at customer service they make Publix and Chikfila look bad. My AC died in the middle of the night and they sent a guy out to fix it at Midnight. Even though it was late he still had a great attitude and took time to answer all my questions. He had expert knowledge of AC units, was willing to explain to me all that was wrong, and had a great attitude of customer service at the same time even at midnight. These guys are the best of the best! It’s hard to find businesses this good during regular working hours.

About a year ago Tony Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Water Furnace geothermal system in our home. They also replaced all of the rusted ducting that was under the house with new ducting in the attic.They were quick, efficient and economical.The system worked well through the summer and kept us toasty warm through the winter.They just completed our one year tune up.We are very satisfied with this system and with Tony Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning.

I have been using Tony Kelly Heating &Air Condition for maintenance and repairs on my system for several years.I have Home Warranty program, I called them about A.C. problem i was having No A.C. I was told HVAC company in Panama City would call me within 48 hours to schedule appointment, which they did, Then 24 hours later they made repair 3 days with out A.C.The next time I had problem I called Tony Kellys they fixed it same day I called.I signed up for maintance contractThis past Wednesday my A.C. went out again, I called Tonys they came same day found condenser coil has small leak due to hole in line.They added freon to get system working .... Hands down the best heating and air company in Tallahassee! I had quotes from six different companies and all of them were sky-high. They other sales reps were hard to understand and I was pretty sure the bulk of them were including things in the quote I didn’t need (ex: a new drainage pipe..?) to jack the price up. They had a technician at my house the very next morning who was friendly, and professional, and kept my house clean while he worked. Water leaking from the unit when running. I looked around online and saw all the great reviews for Tony Kelly. I got an appointment for the next morning. I was (was being the operative word) in the market for a new System for my home. I have had about 8 quotes in so far, then Tony Kelly showed up.Let me tell you something, it takes honesty and integrity for them to do what they did to me.You know what they did....Rather than provide me a quote for a new system, they took the appropriate measurements of my filter (I have looked and looked and could not Google Foo the answer) and found the exact measurements for the filter I needed.They literally saved me 5 grand.Tony Kelly, when (in the far far future, I hope) my system lays itself to rest, you will be the 1st call I make.Where every other competitor just gave me quote after quote, Trey (the estimator / hero) told me the proper way to filter the system, so I do not keep having the issues I was facing making me think a new system was needed.Tony Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning = Good Company!

Very professional. Explained exactly what the problem was, and was fair and transparent with costs. A/C is blowing much colder now, and I could tell a difference in the system performance (was making noises before, now none).

My experience with Tony Kelly Heating and Air was phenomenal from start to finish. I have had issues with my previous HVAC system for a while and was just doing patch work to keep it going. I finally had enough and decided to have it replaced. Tony Kelly provided expedient service by getting a team out to me within a day of receiving my quote. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed from Cesar, Anthony, Mike and Daniel. They all worked smooth and methodical as they each did something different while simultaneously helping one another. Within only a few hours the four had removed my old HVAC unit, upgraded wiring, replaced air ducts and installed the new unit. I would highly recommended Tony Kelly for any HVAC needs and will definitely be using them in the future.
