I bought a $800 ring in 2015 with their lifetime warranty. Fast forward to 2021 where “normal wear and tear” led to a small crack at the bottom of a ring. They charged me $300 to fix the crack that I believe should be covered and refused to do any other warranty work unless we paid to repair the crack. Also it took 45 minutes of waiting for them to send the ring off with nowhere to sit and a turn around time of 2 weeks. What was the point of this warranty?
My experience was great today at Zales especially with Starr she’s very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Starr!! She’s awesome!!!!!
I went into Zales last night for my birthday and the older gal working there was very rude and very much seemed annoyed that we were even there. Did not appreciate that. If you want business you should try being more inviting to your customers.
Bought a small 150$ necklace with the ruse of 2day shipping from the website. Item was not backordered, and told it would take 3 weeks to deliver. canceled order after 3 days would not refund money because had not shipped. Shipped my canceled item 2 weeks later and still wont refund shipping charges. BEWARE shady anti-consumer practices. I will never buy anything from here again ever.

Stopped by earlier today and couldnt possibly be more impressed. I had the pleasure of working with Erin and he certainly rose well above the best customer service expected. He was well knowledged, very focused and was eager to help which he absolutely did. Most importantly his demeanor was wonderful, very friendly and patient. I have a very harsh brain disease, trigem neuralgia, and with rarely leaving the house, company such as his makes a world of a difference.
No one in the 5 jewelry stores I shopped could hold a candle to the knowledge and expertise of Steven. I wanted to write you to let you know that I find your deal on the Diamond Accent Flame Bracelet in Sterling Silver - 7.5 to be fantastic! I was going to purchase it last night and was snubbed by an employee twice after trying to inquire about buying the bracelet. She looked me up and down and turned back around to what she was doing. I feel as if this was because I didn’t “look” like I could afford your business.This has happened to me before at other locations and I hope that this is not something your company encourages. I will not return to this location.
The manager Crystal, was very rude, she didn’t want to bother helping us,When she found out how much we were spending she passed us off to Lauren. Lauren was very professional & patient. Overall the store wasn’t welcoming.

Zales was once one of my favorite jewelry stores until I had a bad experience with one of their consultants. Last weekend, while Black Friday shopping, I was waiting on my niece and decided to stop in just to kill time. While looking at their sales paper, I saw a ring that was absolutely beautiful but I was skeptical about interacting with the personnel on the floor. Just as I was about to leave I was approached by a consultant named Starr and the rest is history. Her personality is so magnetic that I left the store with the ring on lay-a-way and smile on my face. Today I was ready to pick up the ring and called to make sure Starr would be there before I even bothered to leave home. She has restored my confidence in Zales and will continue to shop with them as long as she is around.

Our experience here was great! We stopped in here one day on a whim to look around at engagement rings and I found a beautiful ring I admired. The lady who helped us was very personable, nice and helpful and talked to us about what we could do when he wanted to propose or was ready to take that step. Little did I know a few weeks later my fiance proposed to me with the ring I fell in love with! So far our experience with this store has been good 😊
I was beyond pleased with the exceptional customer service my husband and I received. They went out of their way to help us find a perfect ring to replace the one I already had and wasn’t quite in love with. We left feeling stress free and super happy. Can’t wait to pick up my new ring in two weeks!
The sales are great. The merchandise is of good quality. I was there to have my bracelet inspected as required every 6 months. Then I was disappointed to find out that I have to pay extra to have it cleaned. Huh? I was under the impression that the warranty included cleaning.

My wifes ring has lost a stone for the second time now and we havent even had it for 2 1/2 years. When we got it fixed the first time there were no issues getting it fixed since I had the LIFETIME protection plan on the ring. Well, we just went in the other day to the Tacoma Mall Zales and the people who work there now have piss poor customer service and apparently the warranty isnt in their system and they had no interest to help us unless we had the paper work. My sister in law also got her ring from Zales which was suppose to be custom but they just gave her the size four and guess what, a stone came out of her ring as well! So at Zales, you pay thousands and get Walmart quality.
Got a cleaning and an inspection for a ring that we bought 7 years ago. The folks are nice here and did well cleaning the ring.
Ive been going here for 3 years and youd think Id learn after the first screw up not to go back. They are idiots I swear they dont pay attention to anything the customer says. Puts my ring under someone elses phone number had my ring sent off for custom things took 2 months because they sent it the wrong way instead of 2 separate rings they sent it as one then the diamonds they took out were supposed to be returned and they didnt return my diamonds for 3 months. Now my ring couldve been picked up by someone else because they put it under someone elses phone number. I will not ever go back to Zales in the Tacoma Mall!!

Manager Crystal was unwilling to help regarding my jewelry repair. Also unwilling to listen when discussing my protection plan. Disappointing. Never had I ever been to Zales with such poor customer service. I will not ever return nor will I recommend this store.
Worst customer service ever. If you care about customer service in the long haul for your jewelry, don’t buy from Zales. They will not take care of you. Jewelry is too expensive to be left without service.
