I have always gotten great service here, and have never had any problems as far as quality of the jewelry. The staff is very courteous and friendly, but not overly so; not pushy.I came in today to get help with my ring that is too big now, and the lady who helped me gave me the ring size adjuster for free, as well as a new necklace box for free when I asked if I could buy one. As well as a great deal on a new necklace ;)Ive also bought other jewelry here years ago. They always backed up the warranty and took care of cleanings, and do a perfect job on resizing, at a very reasonable price (as well as appraisals!).I would recommend this place to anyone who needed to buy jewelry for any occasion ♡
Not only does Jared have really beautiful top end jewelry but when you combine that with the knowledge, that their employees have and share, you really feel like you know you got your moneys worth. The professional and genuine friendly people there put you at easy. The only place to purchase your wedding sets or really special gifts! Their management sure knows what customer service is about and is shows from everyone there.
This was the WORST experience ever. I bought a diamond PAID my 3100 deposit to get the diamond. 3 days later they sold it to another person. Then they got in another diamond to try and replace mine that they sold to someone else. I bought a D color 3.89 size princess, vvs1 for 15,900. Then they tried to replace it with a 3.5, F color and vs1 and charged me 2,000 more. WHAT!!! I paid money to buy a ring, you sold it out from under me and then try to sell me a worse diamond for more money. You refused to stand by what i PAID for and did a bait and switch. WOW!!! I am telling EVERYONE I know what Jared did to me. I went all the way up to the district manager and she said sorry we dont discount diamonds. I wasnt asking for that, but I PAID for a diamond and YOU sold it to someone else and then punish me. I also gave a deposit to hold the setting and again it was sold to someone else. I am so sad Jared would do this, but I guess since you are a big company you can do whatever you want to people, but trust me I will make sure everyone here knows your practices. Jared should be ashamed if this is how they treat people.

I have been a Jared Cardholder for over 15yrs, I have spent over $35k with Jared in several states. This location is indeed the poorest in Customer Service, the sadder reality is this location has an excellent inventory for Omega. I dropped off a Tag Heuer Aquaracer still under warranty for a date cycling issue. On intake the Jeweler chose to take one picture of the watch before it was sent out to Tag. I knew that was unusual as the Tukwila location took 6 of a previous send off. I was told 5 to 6 weeks before it would be in and Id get a call. 6 weeks later no call...I call and yes its been here for a little bit. I drive an hour in today to pick it up, thankfully I checked the watch before I left to the store. To my absolute AMAZEMENT I could easily see heavy damage to the clasp exterior. This watch was easily in close to flawless condition and sent in a Tag Travel case. I was shocked that not only Tag would send it that way but that the Jared Employees that received it didnt say anything!!! I was EXTREMELY disrespected by an Employee named Yolanda that found it amusing with her smerk while I explained my dismay. The Manager, not sure of his name, obese White male was almost equally unhelpful and even stated that my complaining didnt need to be heard. I was absolutely shocked by their behavior and will be calling Corporate until I reach someone. Follow through is something I am passionate about, almost as much as my belief in Customer Service. Stay away from Jared and especially this location. I have to wait another who knows how many weeks to get my $3k watch that malfunctioned and now was damaged while fixing.

Worst experience ever! I went to this store out of loyalty. About 15 years ago, I purchase my first Movado from the store. Over the last decade, Ive had them clean and repair several pieces of jewelry. During my visits, Ive never had a problem with customer service. The customer service reps have always been prompt, curtious and responsive.I recently visited the store to have my jewelry cleaned, get a new battery for my old movado, have my new movado repaired and to purchase my wife a watch for our anniversary. I was let in to the store by an employee that barely knew how to clean jewelry. The employee also had no idea how to repair watches and would need to pass me along to another employee for assistance. After speaking with a manager, she informed me that both watches would have to go in to the original manufacture to be repaired. The repair could take up to several months.At this point, I declined the repair service and informed the employee that I was leaving to look at watches. I stood looking at watches for approximately 10 minutes. During this time, I was never approached by an employee for further assistance. As I was heading for the exit, an employee asked if I needed assistance. When I asked to speak with a manager to share my experience, I was informed that she was busy with a client and that it would be a while before I could be seen. I declined the wait and left the location.This was by far my worst experience at this store. Based on my recent experience, I will never shop at this store again. I went to the store out of loyalty and left in disgust.

Buyer Beware!! I brought my chain in for a simple lobster claw replacement. I was quoted $104.00 in writing and told it would be ready in a week and a half. I went to pick up on my pickup date (Oct 30th 2020) and they told me they were supposed to call me and tell me my quote was actually $206 and my chain wasn’t touched yet. I hesitated, but accepted the new quote and was told to come back on Monday Nov 2nd. On Monday I received a call from them that they put the wrong claw on. At that point I cancelled the service and said I’m coming to get my chain. I spoke with a male manager who was condescending and said well we close 40 minutes or we will see you Monday (because they are boarding up the store for the election). Upon picking it up I insisted for it to be weighed. They only take pictures and count links, and measure. I insisted they weight because I know the weight of it. It’s 21 inches long, 14k gold and 80.2 grams in weight. They were hesitant to take out a scale and took them 10 minutes to do so and the weight was 79 grams. 1 whole gram off from the original weight. I had to demand my original claw back after they said they usually scrap it and told me they will look to see if they can find it. I had to explain to him that it still has value and it’s not theirs to scrap. For anyone getting repairs, ALWAYS WEIGH YOUR JEWELRY IN ADDITION BEFORE BRINGING IT TO ANY JEWELER. Always get your original gold back as well. This place lost my business for life.

Now this is only a few dollars and after crediting me $40.00 my balance is now $35.00 and paid in full and the account is getting closed. I dont expect this will do much as they dont respond to the reviews good or bad. Just dont use their credit program.He is not going to Jared!
Loved our experience at this place when we bought a new ring to replace my nearly 28 year old wedding ring. The staff was so patient and helpful explaining everything we asked when selecting the main diamond for the ring. Never ever felt any pressure and allowed us all the time we needed when deciding...and I LOVE my new wedding ring. It is absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you for such a great fun experience Jared staff.
IRRESPONSIBLE ASSOCIATES!!! I bought a rose gold necklace for my wife here about 2 years ago. The necklace broke. I paid for repair and bought the repair warranty. Recently, the necklace broke again. My wife came to the Lynnwood location to drop it off for repair. She was told that we never purchased the warranty. EXCUSE ME!? We bought the warranty and the associate did not add it to our account 2 years ago! Who works here? Irresponsible employees! They can’t even do their job correctly 🤦♀️ now we have to pay for the repair. There was a reason why we bought the warranty, so we don’t have to pay every time something happens to the necklace. Definitely, not shopping in this location ever again!

So Jared online will put your money in the bank on hold/pending and then deny your purchase but still hold the money they denied for 7 days... Im done with this company!

Doors were lock and store was officially closed at 6:45pm. Clear signs are posted on doors Mon-Fri to close at 7:00pm. I was informed by an associate on the phone that employees were mandated to leave the building at 7pm. Sound like another retail dishonesty just to go home early.

We bought my engagement ring here recently and had a great experience with our sales representative Robert but when it was time to pick up my ring a week later very disappointed with the treatment we received from Summer, not sure what her title there is but she has no business working in that kind of establishment. She has no costumer service skills at all! BITCHY is what she was she needs to be in the back office doing paper work! We were so upset to the point we almost returned the ring, not the kind of treatment we were expecting after spending $7000.00 very disappointing!

My husband and I got two wedding gifts from Jareds. We came in to the store and were told we could return them and receive a corporate check in the mail. We did all the paperwork and left. Two weeks later, the gift giver sent us an uncomfortable email saying that she had seen that everything was refunded back on to her credit card, hundreds of dollars worth of gifts. I called Jareds only to be told by the manager that his employees had made a mistake and that in fact we would not be receiving a corporate check. He apologized but said there was nothing he could do. After talking with him, he offered to compensate us. A week later we received a 50 dollar gift card.... as compensation for the almost 400 dollars worth of merchandise we returned thinking we were receiving a check. This store and company shows no accountability or responsibility. The only thing I am thrilled about is that we didnt buy our rings from here. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Ben Bridge in Tacoma, they are professional, reliable and most importantly accountable. It makes a huge difference when dealing with fine jewelry and knowing you can trust your jeweler. I cannot say that about Jareds in Tacoma and I would most certainly not buy anything from this store.

If you care about your ring and the timeliness of getting it back to you I would highly suggest driving to the Tukwila Jared.The Tacoma Jared has continuously let me down. They take a minimum of four days to do very easy tasks. The Tukwila Jared can get ANYTHING done in a day. This one takes forever for the simplest jobs. And not to mention they do very poor work. My ring was here for FIVE days to get the engraving fixed... somehow in those five days they still couldn’t get it right. This location does nothing but stress me out and make me sad because they keep my ring for days and do nothing productive.Caroline, the manger is a very sweet lady and I wish she had a different staff. Summer is very rude and does not care about her customers. I would highly suggest taking her words for a grain of salt.Jared is a great company, but the Tacoma Jared needs a Re-org. Their workers are subpar and not worthy of holding onto your valuables.

Story time. Last year, my boyfriend (now fiance) and I went to Jared in Tacoma to look at blue topaz. I wasnt a fan of the stones they had, so Taylor, the woman who was helping us, told me she could order a few stones and have me look at them and decide which one I liked. We were told that we would get a call once the stones were in store. Two weeks later, no call, so we went in the store and asked about the order and were told that they couldnt even find the order in the system, but it would be taken care of. Two weeks after that, still no word, so we called back and were told that no order had been placed, and such an order is not something they even do. After that, I was done.A month after the initial visit to Jared in Tacoma and being lead on to nothing, we decided to go to Jared in Tukwila since my heart was set on the engagement ring setting I had found. We were treated like royalty there, had all our questions answered, and were reaffirmed that ordering bulk stones is not something that they do. All staff have been knowable and helpful, and Chris in particular has been amazing and made us Jared customers for life, but only in Tukwila. I would highly recommend any potential Jared customers to skip Tacoma and go straight to Tukwila. You will get proper treatment there.

For a top brand in the industry, I have had a poor experience from the start. After signing up for their credit card and making a $4k purchase, my item was sent to a store that doesnt exist anymore. After going back and forth with Customer Care, I was first told that the item would be sent out to another store, then I was told that the item was returned to sender and that I would have to reorder the custom item and that they would process a refund. After calling and finally speaking with a manager, it was determined that the item would in fact be sent back out to a store near me. The biggest issue is I ordered the item a month ago, have no further updates on the status of my order and still do not have the item. I expected much more from Jareds.
Very Disappointed, I bought my wedding ring and my wife her wedding band because of the quality and the service. Now after coming to this store for 8 years buying various items. The treatment we received on May 4 2018 was very concerning and now has caused us to look for another jeweler.It started when we came in to get our rings cleaned and rhodium plated, something we have done 2 times a year for the last 8 years. Each time we knew that the engagement ring we would have to pay extra for because we did not purchase from Jared. I was in the army when I married and we bought the ring in another town. After we moved here we bought the rest of the pieces from Jared. When we came into the store we went through the drop off procedures, normal questions. The person was new so finding our items in their new database was a challenge. After everything was complete the person training had asked one of the other floor personnel to come and appraise my rings. His questions were very offending, almost like I was lying about how much I paid. Now I understand why those questions were asked for the insurance purpose, but the person did not deliver to me the customer in a polite way or even semi-polite. Now after all that they took our rings, letting us know they would take some time which was understandable so we went shopping. During our shopping trip Jared called us to let us know, that a policy that was not enforced for 8 years had finally been enforced. They could not clean or rhodium plate the engagement ring (the one we did not buy from them) and was not very forthcoming about why the policy was now just put into place.I can understand policy and I can understand the mechanics of the questions for the appraisal. The way we were treated thought I think was very unfortunate, and I really hope others will not have to go through what we went through. 8 years all ruined by poor customer service and a policy that is antiquated, and outdated. This was just our experience nothing more we will be looking for a more local jeweler we live in Graham and used to drive all the way to tacoma just to get the rings serviced. Which we could have done anywhere but really liked the past service, but now I am not sure anymore.

If you wanted, you could stand yourself to the right when you walk through the door and watch all the ladies - or their husbands - bring their rings in for cleaning. Thats quite a thing - to guarantee your diamond, you have to bring it in 2x a year for cleaning. On my first inspection, my diamond is loose within a year and I have to pay $35 to tighten it.Oh! They have Lois Hill silver too!!:: insert emoji of choice here ::

Went there to buy my wife a Pandora bracelet, expecting the average jewellery store experience was met at the door by a friendly employee and was pleased to realize that this place had a play area for my three kids which they had no problem with them being a little loud and they had frozen playing in the play area. We were helped by a awesome person named teghan i totally recommend her shes awesome. Asked questions about us and left us alone when we needed to talk and after the sale took my daughters measurements for a bracelet which she knew we wouldnt be buying and then got waters for my kids. Awesome place, awesome person.
Paid over $400 to have Jared send my Omega watch back to Omega for servicing. A few weeks after I got it back the clasp stud that I just had replaced fell out and was lost. Called Jared multiple times to get a replacement since it can only be purchased from Omega. Jared gave me the runaround until I gave up and had another watchmaker put an aftermarket band on the watch. Jared cannot be counted on to stand behind their services.
Always a wonderful experience with the people there. This time I went in because I had smacked my ring against a desk and the stone popped out and was damaged. Caroline was so lovely and gave me a brand new ring. This is my jewelry go-to for sure.Thank you!
We have been coming here on and off for about 11 years. My husband bought 90% of my jewelry in this store. We went there January of this year (2019) and really didn’t like the service. It took forever to find our account. After questioning us again and again if we are sure we bought my necklace here (wich we had repaired at this exact store a few times prior) they finally found it in the system. It took about a week and once I got it back the link was fixed but now the spring was broken. We live in Lacey so it’s quite a drive down there. Hopefully this time it won’t take 30 min and very insulting questions to find our account in the system
The customer service from Deedee was ABOVE AND BEYOND. Dont waste your time shopping the competition, go to see Jareds in Tacoma.We ordered a wedding set online, we had a slight problem shortly after picking it up. My bride to be didnt want to worry about it constantly. We went in and asked for help and walked out without a worry in the world. Now my fiance is happier than I would have imagined.Id give 15 stars if I could!

I went to return a ring and was told it had been over 30 days even though I had not had the ring in my possession for 30 days. I had purchased an engagement ring from Jareds. Unfortunately she declined. Which was difficult to deal with but to pile on at this point Jared informed me that it had been over 30 days for there return policy. Even though I had not had the ring in my possession for 30 days. They counted the time it took them to work on the ring as if I some how would be able to return it while it wasnt in my possession. I would like them to honor their 30 day return policy and give me a full refund for the ring.
Just to start off. I have a business of my own; one that is extremely dependent on google reviews and social media as a whole. So I can empathize with any business that receives an undeserved bad review.That being said, Jared did not make my engagement ring experience enjoyable. Upon my first return from the 8 month build up the surprise time span, I came in to buy the ring. The man helping me said that the size wasnt saved. So then I had to go back and do some recon. Then I returned and a different employee said they had the size saved but could not find the ring I had picked out from the most recent time. Then when I bought the ring. I got my Jared credit card in the mail before I got my ring!Way to ruin the surprise. Then when the ring fell apart I came back to get it fixed and they told me the insurance they sold me does not cover the gem and metal combination I got!!! WHY WOULD YOU SELL IT TO ME THEN! I will never use Jared again.
