I was shopping around for a ring, then I discovered this place. They’re super friendly and professional. They let me take my time and didn’t hard sell. I told them about my budget and I can tell that they really wanted to help me find something that would satisfy me. The ring that I got needed to be sized down. I told them I needed the ring by certain day. They expedited it, so I got my ring in time. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

They were so kind and helped me pick out a set of earrings a necklace and bracelet for a wedding I was attending. Beautiful family owned store. the work they do is incredible. & I promise you will feel better about Jewelry Dr then Zales or any other place. I had a very old necklace that was passed down to me from my great grandmother. The people at Jewelry Dr were very very kind & listened to my story of the necklace. they fixed it for me basically, right away! it was important to me, so it was important to them, it seemed. They are good to their customers. The necklace would come unlinked in two spots & so I wore it occasionally with caution. now. I wear it all the time & it never falls off my neck! & nothing about the original look of the necklace was taken away. it means so much to me. thank you family at Jewelry Dr., you guys are amazing!

Very very helpful! I needed a few links taken off a gold necklace and asked other places like Zales and they were wanting to charge me $100 up to 3 weeks to get the necklace back! Engagement ring wont fit due to the Covid 15 (pounds 15 pounds) I gained and unfortunately my engagement ring wont fit. We are booked on a flight that was leaving in less than (2) days!!!!!! Of course Zales is 3 weeks and I didnt bother going anywhere else knowing any American spot would decline making my ring bigger without an arm and a leg. The Jewelry Dr. from the moment you step in to the moment you leave they are truly phenomenal! Its a husband and wife team in the Tacoma mall by JCPennys. My engagement ring has what they call an invisible setting and therefore nobody could work on it. Came to Jewelry Dr and he did exactly what he said he would do............OVERNIGHT!!!!!!Yes, you read that right. I dropped my ring off at 12-1 PM and picked it up right when they open the next day at 11am. They had taken the time to really clean my ring as well as make it bigger. I typically only frequent Asian jewelry stores but I am going to deal with the Jewelry Dr. as well from now on. He and his wife are some of the best people you will ever have the privilege to meet. He will be my new jeweler now

This 🤡 sells mossinates as VS DIAMONDS, had a few rings sized here in got them back not the right size and scratched up. Bad jeweler I would just keep my money then spend anything at that store.

Just picked up my repaired ring today and the new gemstone fell out. Can’t bring myself to even bring it back for a second repair.

Ive been here several times and they always take the time needed to answer all my questions. Ive brought in jewelry to have them fix and they always do a great job. This is the only place to bring your jewelry.

The guy was so kind. Very professional, and encouraging. Instantly relatable and lates back. When I was done I almost forgot to pay him but he was completely cool and gave him the money I said oh there is probably tax on that and he said I will get it it’s fine. He did all the little things that make a customer feel appreciated and valued. Kudos to him would recommend 10/10.

My soon to be wife and I have had a wonderful experience with the couple that runs this family owned store. They custom made exactly what I was looking for and sent my fiancé to get her wedding band there and also had an amazing experience. All my jewelry needs I will always come back to them. I broke my latch on my necklace and the jeweler fixed it within 5 minutes, IF THAT, and for free! While other jewelry stores were gonna charge me about $70-$80 and take 2-3 weeks to fix it. They have good quality jewelry and the store is definitely nice! I’m from GA & Im new to this side of the country and in this state, and I’m glad I found a jewelry store here! I’m picky because I’m use to what I know, but I can trust this store! They even acknowledged me before I stepped in the store! I will definitely be back!

Who doesn’t want their Jewelry visually pleasing?How do Pitts form overnight?How does offering to provide a service for pay somehow become an offer to correct the situation?Beware!!! This jeweler ruined my wedding ring!!! It came back filthy, pitted and missing gold. This store talks a big game but does not work up to the quality of their own words. They refused to help correct the situation with out giving them more money for the work that should have been done already. Truly unhelpful and out to take your money. Watch out.

They are so awesome! Dr. Jewelry and his staff are so patient and so wonderful in talking to you about processes that you want done for redoing a ring. Oh my goodness! He did a wonderful job and saved me thousands on the exact ring I would have paid way over the price. I love them all!! I cant say enough good things about this business. I have had several pieces repaired over the past months and I have yet to be disappointed. Today I picked up one of my rings in which I wanted to have a blue sapphire set as the main stone. The setting is very special to me as the diamonds in the halo were from my grandmother and I had purchased the sapphire online for a good deal or so I thought. The sapphire turned out to be a fracture filled stone which I had no idea what that meant, but when exposed to high temperatures, it literally turned to complete sh*t. It was unusable. Steven went into solutions mode and my ring turned out much better than I ever expected. I am so grateful in how this was executed. Ive stated this before and I will state it over and over again, Jewelry Dr has earned my business for life. I have been into jewelry since I was 18 years old and WAS a loyal customer to Ben Bridge Jeweler. Never ever will I step foot in an overpriced jewelry store again. Jewelry Dr is and will always be my go to jeweler.

I came to the jewelry dr to buy an engagement ring, I was greeted immediately once I entered. Anamarie, who was behind the counter, was super enthusiastic about my engagement and once she saw the style of rings that my fiancé was into, she brought out a catalog and showed me multiple rings that were similar to what I was looking for. She’s very knowledgeable and we were able to pick the perfect ring. She also helped me find a stone a lot cheaper than a diamond so I could stay in my price range. Great customer service, my ring was finished in less than a week thanks to Steven, the owner of the store. I almost think they were more excited about the ring than I was. 13/10 definitely will recommend. Great people, great service, brilliant jewelry. Oh! And they have military discount. I purchased a pair of custom diamond stud earrings here for my fiance on Valentines day. The experience buying these custom earrings was excellent. From choosing the diamond, to the setting, and backing was great. After taking them home and her wearing them for a few weeks we found that the diamond stud did not fit the hole in her ear very well. Even weeks after having the earrings home they were willing to work with us to exchange the earring for a bigger cluster diamond earring to cover the hole in her ear much better. We paid the difference in the earrings and are now very pleased with the result and are happy with the customer service we received from the manager and owner. I would reccomend the Jewlery Dr. to others.

The center stone of my engagement ring was loose so I took it to Kays for my warranty where it was purchased and they told me it would take 3 weeks to tighten my stone. I brought it in to Jewelry Dr. and Steven was able to tighten it for me within minutes! Everyone there was so amazing and I’m so glad I didn’t have to be without my ring for 3 weeks. Jewelry Dr. will always have my business from now on!
