I always pass this place when I walk to the Safeway and finally got a chance to talk to the owner a few weeks ago. He is a kind, professional man and and I initially had a personal training session planned and then I ended up getting bogged down with midterms and homework. I cant wait to reschedule and support my local community AND get a killer workout!
