Organizations such as legends barbershop is what gives me hope inspiration and pride in my dreams of knowing even if I’m a black man in America all I have to do is be dedicated and focused on my goals in life and the skies the limit.

Ive had about a dozen haircuts here, all very good work. Its a nice shop and friendly barbers. You can get in and out, conveniently, at certain times. My latest haircut (this week) was not very good and covered up with the black fiber spray. I dont appreciate it being used on me without my consent. First time a barber has ever used it on me. My hairline came out uneven as a result. Only became apparent once it was washed off. I suggest the barbers ask before using that on clients.

Ive gone to Damien (DP) twice and have had a great cut both times. Clean line-up, blend is always smooth, and all around great cut. Fast and efficient which I like. This will be my new spot from now on.

They were very rude when I entered, I came in before the last two seated were about to finish and they straight up skipped me twice just because they knew the person knowing well that I had called to be there at that specific time and waisting almost an hour of my time and proceeded to cut my hair for 5-6 m and left chunks of hair on the back of my head and when I asked how much I owe him he said 30$?? After the price tag said 25$ and I even called before hand to make sure it’s not till I got home and noticed the mistakes he made and they refused to fix it?? .. horrible place I will never bring anyone I love there .

Went in last monday, showed the guy what I wanted, he did the full blown opposite, destroyed my hairline, and seemed to be in a rush to get to the next person waiting to get his hair destroyed too. its a shame too. I have a friend who works there so I hate posting this but his man working the shop today needs to go back to the lab and work on his haircutting fundamentals.

Took my hubby there and the botch his hair will never go there again Im not sure if the guy was new or if he was just unexperianced!

Everyone was really cool and I know my cut took longer than the others around me, but I gave the dude $60 on accident without realizing it. And the Barber, Derrick kept the extra $20 and gave me $15 like I only gave him $40. He even went to the backroom to get his business card. Sorry to say wont be returning if its just dishonest people there.

The most amazing barber shop we have been to! Trey was so patient with my 3 year old and gave him a clean cut for his birthday party! The hair stylist here did an amazing job on my oldest daughters hair cut as well! Highly recommend this shop.

Amazing place!!! Amazing barber!!! I had to take my son to get his hairline fixed from a horrible cut he had just gotten from a horribly unskilled so called barber. We came here in Hopes they could fix it. Thank God for the great barbers they have here. The gentleman that cut my sons hair did an amazing job and fit him in in between client. Prices are decent and well worth any wait you may have.

These guys know what they are doing. Its hard to find a barber that can cut black mens hair and leave you feeling good about it. There might be a wait, so call ahead and make an appointment if can. Prices are fair, but expect to pay at least $20.

No question on barber skills. Walked in not knowing what I wanted and left happy. Interesting conversation and they had a burger scientist In the house. Great atmosphere and the cut wasnt rushed. Barber took his time and got it right. Not to say they cant do a quick and perfect job but thats just how the day was. I had time and they had time=great results.

Great barber shop with great barbers. Had a not so great experience with another shop but came into Legendz and immediately felt comfortable. Customer service was top-notch. My 2 sons haircuts were both A+++ fades. The barbers took their time and it showed in their quality cuts. Will for sure recommend this place and keep bringing my sons back. Thanks Legendz!

Waited 2 plus fn hours with my 2 year old. Just for them to say oh I’m sorry thought u had someone comming into cut his hair. Place is a fn joke. Ended up leaving with out a haircut and my child was freaking out after sitting for hours plus waiting. WOW don’t take ur kids here

The barber that cut my sons hair cut the back of my sons ear and then told him you have to sit still. And also gave him a crooked hair line. And didnt even clean the hair off of his face. Just no pride in the work.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID...Herbert Burnett mainly and other barbers will make appointments with you but when you show up they will not be there! Multiple clients that had appointments had to leave because the barber did not show or contact the client to inform them they cannot make the appointment. They over book clients...your appointment is 1 oclock and you want get your haircut till 2:30. And will not give a courtesy call or txt to inform you of a cancellation. Find another barbershop. Proceed at your own risk. Many other barbershops that actually appreciate your business that you bring as well as respecting your time.

If I had an option of doing no stars I would. I brought 4 boys to get cut at 5 they closed at 6 2 barbers no one waiting just one guy who walked in with us. I asked did they have time to cut their hair with no hesitation they said NO. I sat in my car to write a reveiw the guy who walked in behind us sat in the chair as I wrote this. I never seen some one turn down money. I try my best to support but these type of situations makes it really hard.

I took my wife to Legends following Brain surgery and Loss of hair due to radiation treatment. Talked with Cotton about my concerns and he assured me that all would be good. He introduced himself to my wife and took the time to listen and cleaned up her head in a gentle and compassionate way. It is not a small thing to endure Cancer nor is it a small thing for a woman to lose her hair from cancer treatment. It was Huge to us the way he treated us and the care he took in giving my wife a cut. He did not charge and even thanked us for coming to him. I would recommend this shop to all in tacoma because it is not just a fresh haircut it is a place that cares about those who enter. We the Singletons wish them the very best in all areas of life and will return

I take my sons here for hair cuts. The guys dont talk dirty around them and talk to them while cutting their hair

The barbers there are really down to earth and give good conversation. The only flaw I see is that on they need more barbers on the weekends. One time I had to wait an hour and a half just to get in the chair.

I heard good things about this place, but in the end I paid $17 for a two hour wait and a 10 dollar hair cut, lesson learned. The Chinese man who cut my hair in spanaway is more professional and does better jobs for $8.

Waited 30 mins for a barber then my barber stopped to talk multiple times and gave me an uneven, half ass haircut, if you value your haircut I highly recommend that you do not go here.
