We went there yesterday to get my son and nephews hair cut before picture day and the lady that did their hair was hurting all of them. My son, 10 years old, said that the cutter was pulling on his hair. My nephew has cuts on his hair because she tried to line the front. Please do not go here.

Super nice lady that runs it and always nice to chat with. Her prices are super reasonable and when she opens back up lets make sure she does well and dont forget to tip if you like your haircut

No price indications and was probably the most expensive haircut I ever had. I would rather go to my usual barbers and be charged 1/2 less.

She is good person, paying attention to detail while cutting your hair but cant listen the customer. Ive show my picture and and ask exactly what I want, she end up doing opposite. Really disappointed but still tip her 50% and I dont know why I did thatYou asking me to come back to fix it but she already cut it too short when I asked her just a bit, so its impossible to fix its just gets even worse. So luckily it will grow, till then Ill just wear a hat. I wish I were facing towards mirror I would of stop her😞

Went in for a simple undercut. thought for a sec she was just putting my hair up. before i knew it she was at it with the clippers. quick and rough.like she was in some hurry. poor job. not precise. she saw me looking down at long hairs on the apron and before i was up out of the chair she was rushing around sweeping the rest up. ill never go back.

Unfortunately haircuts were once 12$ here..now all of a sudden shes charging 20$ 😕 wow...I cant afford to do business here anymore. Way to expensive for a basic service. Puyallup I can still find haircuts for 15$ or less.

Date: 08/26/2016FridayI walked in, showed her a picture of how I want my hair to look like with further verbal explanation, and when she finished and showed me in the mirrior I freaked out. She messed up my beard and my hair. I really had to shave my beard to a goatee, (which I hate wearin) to make it look decent. I called her and told her on the phone that this is not what I told you or showed you in the picture and she didnt say Im sorry or apologized, she said come back and Ill make your front hair matches the back of your hair. I wish I can upload a picture or a video of the haircut I showed her and the haircut she gave me. The back of my head is like 3inches and the front is like 10inches in length, it looks ridiculous. Its really hard to explain. You may say why didnt you tell her when you saw her doing it? Because when she basically butchered my hair she turned my seat towards the waiting area basically facing the people that are waiting instead of facing the mirrior, so I really didnt realize how messed up my hair is/was. Im super frustrated and will go back for money refund or she better match the front side of my hair her saying it. Also, shes friendly and fast, but shes rough when giving a haircut & the machine catches on your hair because shes trying to go way too fast. I must say, she is pretty good with people who have a natural curly hair, than people with soft hair. If you like your hair to be done in a professional style, DO NEVER go to her. If you want a buzz or a fade, then shes good for that.

So I went in got told she only does mens/boys haircuts but it was kinda slow do she told me I could have a seat (just needed the dead end cut) I accidentally left the door open/cracked (the doors kinda hard to close figured that out as I was leaving) n I feel thats where it couldnt have gone any worse making small comments before the next customer so I just left been here 1 time before and there was no issues told a cpl people to go brought a couple people but after this visit that went away
