I guess if you like having cars stolen and broken into on a regular basis, this is the place for you. My household is on number 4 of cars being broken into/stolen. Everytime its been reported, last time I asked why there isnt security since its an ongoing problem and no response. Ive been approached at the mailbox by people complaining about their cars being broken into and ransacked. I do not understand why it keeps happening when its been reported multiple times. The cameras are literally useless as they conveniently never see anything on them. This place is ridiculous.

From the minute I applied Kathy was extremely kind and attentive. We did not get approved for the rental due to an ‘eviction’ on my record even though I have never been evicted. In fact I talked to my current landlord and they said an eviction never showed up during my screening with them. I am in the process of getting a copy of the report from sound screening (the company Kathy used to run my screening) to get it figured out. But that issue is with sound screening not Tudor Village itself. I will update after I have finished this process of figuring out this mysterious eviction and how they are going to help reconcile this.

I was recently referred to Tudor by a friend that also lives here. I ended up renting one of their 2 bedrooms near the playground for my daughter which is perfect for us because the playground is covered. Being new to Washington state with all this rain its so nice to have. The office staff is so friendly and point me to any direction I need not knowing my ways around town. My apartment feels warm and inviting and I have a lot of natural light. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I toured Tudor Village and it is fantastic. It is a newer apartment community; it still has that great brand new smell and feel to it. Stainless steel appliances, plush carpets, elegant details and many fun amenities. I wish they had a three bedroom available for us!

This was just over a year ago but people should be aware of this. When I first moved in at the beginning of 2016 the lady who managed the property was nice and easy to work and so was the maintenance guy. She didn’t bother us much with the lady who lived below us complaining about everything. But she left which I don’t blame her and a new lady came in who tried to charge us for a 3 bedroom cleaning when we only had a two bedroom apartment. We had only lived in the apartment for six months and no one had lived in it before us and she was trying to act it was in bad condition. So if you do move in here be sure to take before and after pics so they don’t try to charge you with things that you shouldn’t have to pay for.

My husband and I took a tour this morning and left there in LOVE. The staff is sweet and the complex was very clean. It ia defiantly a place I want to raise my children. Very safe, clean and friendly. I pray mt applications go though 🙏🙌

I love these apartments, theyre new, quiet, and very clean. Im still pretty new to the area but the staff here helped me out and made me feel very welcomed. Since the mall is basically around the corner, the manager Joyce and the maintenance guy gave me so much advice on great places to eat, buy clothes, and where to find good deals on furniture for my place. The maintenance guy is always super helpful with things even if I forgot how to properly request for it.

Between my husband and myself and our 2 cars we have had them broken into more than 7 times. They are NEVER helpful once it’s reported.

Only move here if you want to be woke up by loud cars at all hours of the night. gray subaru likes to come and go alot and and makes things shake and constantly wake up. neighbors are awful and rent is to high for what you get. try one of the many other not dobler! apartments in tacoma

I took a tour of this newly developed apartment community. I would sell my liver live here. Absolutely beautiful. The closet in the master bedroom is to die for, its so spacious that you could literally fit a twin bed in it. The bathroom says welcome home. Dont get me started on that gorgeous kitchen. There is a covered playground and garage rental if you need it. Simply put Tudor Village has everything you need to call this place your new home!!!

Just finished my first year living here in Tudor Village Apts. and I truly enjoy this place. I dont normally stay inside the apartment complex very often but its nice to come back to a very well maintained apt complex and its also fairly new. The staff here are very personable and flexible. Due to my obscure working hours theyve been very flexible and diligent about proper notifications and changes, as well as keeping tenants informed. With the exception of the trash compactor being overloaded outside, (causing some tenants to leave bags outside of the compactor) which is understandable with all the new tenants moving in, this establishment seems to strive for cleanliness all around. Within the complex, it has a homely quiet vibe to it and I have really enjoyed my first year here, and look forward to the next coming year.

The staff at Tudor are great! The grounds are well kept and quiet. I have lived in other communities where people do not know their neighbors or staff but here at Tudor I really feel like I live in a community.

I have lived here at Tudor Village for almost 2 years. I have three main complaints.First, I wanted verification on my renewal lease agreement. When I asked for the corp. office phone number management at the office Tesha refused to give me the number. I dont see how this is okay.Second, the gym states that it is open until 10pm. However, the key code is alway shut off early making it impossible to access the gym at 9pm.Third, my apartment often smells like weed due to my neighbors.Overall, I still gave 3 starts because I like the location and the style of the apartments. This is also the first main issue I have had with the staff here. I have found the number to corporate and I hope to have better luck talking directly to them about my issues.

Girl Courtney told me that it was gonna cancel my application on 08/11/17 and refund my deposit + application because she didnt submitted through. Well today is 09/05/17 and I have not gotten my deposit back. Ive called 8 times and they make it look like they didnt hear me. Dont rent from this place they will STEAL your money.

Don’t move here! You will regret it!!! This place looks nice and everything but it really isn’t! This place is filled with ants! Carpenter ants everywhere! I did everything possible to try to get rid of them but they keep coming back! We told the manager and she’s like “Oh I have ants too!” “Just use vinegar.” I was like really, I’ve been using vinegar, everything possible!!! To try to get rid of them! But no they are not only in the kitchen but they’re were your laundry is, bathroom, bathtub, kids room, our room, on the floor, everything f*cken where!!! I’m so sick of this! What am I paying for? To wake up every morning and start killing ants??! No I didn’t move here for that! I didn’t sign up for this! I feel like when I sleep I swear I probably ate one!!! They’re everywhere! And no we don’t leave food on the counters!!! As the person I am... I am very clean & OCD! Everything has to been clean for me and spotless! And I’m sick of seeing/cleaning/killing these ants everywhere! I have a one year old and I am currently pregnant about to be due next month and I absolutely do not want to bring a newborn baby to these apartments! I tell my husband every day to find something new to live at!!! And we are not the only one who have these ants! The manager said she has them because she lives here and my sister in law just moved out and she told me she had a bunch of ants too! We at first thought it was just us but it wasn’t we firgured out that almost all the apartment complex’s have them! And not only that.., the apartment isn’t that nice inside either, the painting job sucks, whoever did it needs to learn how to paint, the carpet is old. There just so much more to say I’m currently done here! I’m just very disappointed about these ants, they piss me off so much and it pisses me off that the manager doesn’t do nothing about it!!!

Nice apartments, but had issues with car being broken into. Had to call the police because someone was pounding on doors and my 930 at night. Also management only accepts packages and will not notify you. My spouse has a disability and is type one diabetic. They signed for his medicine and never notified us, then returned it to sender. On complaint, the district manager told me its my fault and that it is a courtesy. They didnt care that they could cause serious harm to someone by denying them thir medication they need to live. I was told no phone calls would ever be given if a package goes to the front office and was told that basically they didnt care even if it could jeapordize someones life. So FYI dont expect to be notified ever if you receive a package and dont expect that it will not be returned. I am truly disgusted that a simple understanding of how important it is that this medication is to my spouse and asking in this one case to just call because of how important it is, I was told it was unreasonable and no. I even called the front office left a message crying and begging for resolution to ensure that ethier they just stop accepting our packages as a courtesy or please just call us and well nothing. So yes nice place nice staff, but do not expect them to care about their tenants needs or disabilities. I never realized a simple phone call once is unreasonable....If this never happens this place would have had five stars from me! I love it until this happens and the true face of the company and how they feel about their tenants came out

I didn’t even move in to this place, how are you going to post on Zillow app that you guys 1 bedroom prices are $895 which I called to make sure and of course it was wrong price it was actually $1250 for that 1 bedroom like how are you gonna put whole different price that’s not even close to what you guys r asking for but anyway I didn’t even bother checking this place out

These apartments used to be o.k. but now there’s several loud groups of young men constantly working on cars and motorcycles out of their garages across from A and C building. They drink, smoke weed, rev their engines, skateboard and constantly yell late into the night. It’s in the lease that residents can’t work on cars, yet management is basically letting these men run a mechanics shop out of the apartments by day and a motorcycle track by night.

Ive already tried (multiple times) to reach out to upper management including multiple phone calls and a formal written complaint hand delivered at the corporate office and never heard anything back. Ive moved on with my life and I have no interest emailing and revisiting how upsetting it was to live at Tudor Village and to deal with the property manager Joyce.What I will say is that my apartment (Apt 72) had mice on multiple occasions when we were the very first residents, after telling management they told us to put out mice traps and catch them ourselves! LOL. We did because we were sick of seeing mice and then we found a hole in the wall leading to underground outside where they were getting in at, after informing management they told us to fill it ourselves! LOL.The garbage compactor was always full and overflowing leaving residents to leave tons of trash outside of it. They dont have any recycling options except for cardboard. There was constantly trash and cigarettes littered around the complex.Last but not least, Joyce was the worst manager I have ever had to deal with. Every encounter I had with her was miserable and I had talked to multiple neighbors about their dislike of her also. I read another review stating she wasnt there anymore so hopefully that is the case!

Tudor Village is really safe, quiet and looks great. The staff is nice but the worst part about Tudor Village is the property manager. My experience at Tudor Village was horrible because it seemed like Joyce hated my family form the start. She showed little respect and lacked compassion towards us. My sister and I attend SPU and UW, and we had to leave the apartment during Thanksgiving and right before finals week. We had to leave our apartment because our mother unexpectedly lost her job and she didnt file an application for residency. I never though a property manager could be so rude, this experience changes my perspective on property managers. I have seen other reviews regarding the property manager which means im not the first to experience this. If youre okay with a great community managed by a horrible person, then you wont mind Tudor Village.

This place had mice in our unit. My fiancé and I left a little over two weeks later. Joyce was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and a liar.DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The manager is rude, and obviously the rent shown on the website and real price is different by $100. shes saying the income requirement would have to be 4 times as the rent asking us do you make that? although we are military. She didnt even boher taking us on tour.
