From moment one walking in on moving day, Cathy and Amanda made my experience not only seamless but friendly. So keen to see the community they cultivate and to know I’m a welcome part of it. Looking forward to my first evening here and to settling in. I definitely think you should be my next neighbor. Move to Copperline!
I lived at Copperline (In the Century Residences building) for a little over two years. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences with the leasing office and their maintenance crew. Gabe in particular was always a pleasant face to see, he always went out of his way to help in any way that he could and was extremely personable in the process. Sure rental prices have risen substantially since they opened, but thats a city and state problem more than it is a reflection of the apartment building. Maintenance was always completed in a timely manner. My only qualms with this apartment were with the building design (of the Century Residence building) itself. There was no recycling chute built in the trash rooms, which has been slightly mitigated by the recycle pickup services they offer, but if you need large boxes and recycling gone immediately, be prepared to go on a long hike to the recycling area in the parking garage. Because the upper floors of the Century Residence building are an outdoor atrium design, you get the noise of everyone from all floors walking by. However, it has never been a problem that couldnt be solved by shutting the windows in those instances and the outdoor walkway ensured there was a nice breezeway through the apartments which kept the apartments tolerably cool (even during this heat wave summer we just had). There are only two elevators in the building, one of which is often utilized by people moving in and out of the building. With all of that being said, these slight inconveniences were never that bothersome for me personally, especially when you consider the beautiful panoramic views of Point Ruston that you have all around you. The Point Ruston waterfront is only steps away and I will miss that the most! Even if you dont have a waterside apartment, the building has a common area with a beautiful waterside suite that features a large open deck overlooking the Sound. I had to move up to Seattle for work, but I would definitely consider renting here again if I ever had to move back down to Tacoma.
Having moved from Southern CA and into an Extended Stay temporarily, we needed a place to live quickly. I visited numerous apartment buildings and to my dismay the pet policies were atrocious. Charging crazy ridiculous non refundable fees for my 2 dogs. My husband and I came to point Ruston for lunch and loved the area. We saw the Copperline at Point Ruston apartment building and scheduled an appointment with Cathy Brubaker, one of their leasing agents. We found their pet policies fair and reasonable. Plus there were no breed restrictions. We viewed a few of their apartments and loved them. The one we wanted wasn’t available for several weeks. Cathy knew we wanted to get out of our current living situation and found an opening for a unit facing the sea! We jumped on it and couldn’t be happier. She was absolutely wonderful to work with along with entire staff! I would highly recommend Copperline at Point Ruston for anyone looking for a reasonably priced beautiful place to live.
I have lived at Copperline since it opened and am proud to call it home! I have seen the changes in ownership and management over the years. Im proud to say that Amanda and Gabe have been the biggest positive change at Copperline and are doing an excellent job managing everything! They are professional, follow-through on what they say, and go beyond to make sure tenants are happy and safe, as well as keeping the apartments updated, chic, and a place one is proud to live! Amanda and CWS just renovated the lobby and common areas and things look wonderful! The apartments are animal friendly and I appreciate that with my dog! I can really tell that Amanda and Gabe care about Copperline and its tenants! Its a great place to live and close to everything you might want in a hip waterfront community!
Very great place to live, lots of activities to keep you busy and an absolute great management team that takes care of all your needs.
The move in process was so smooth! Cathy was on top of everything! Any questions we had, she answered them immediately! We have never had such a great move in experience like we did here!
I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and copperline by far has been the best experience I’ve had. The staff is awesome, from management to maintenance they make you feel at home and are quick to fix any problems. I love how dog friendly the apartments are and living by the water was beautiful. If it wasn’t for buying a house I would definitely still be living here, and if I ever need to go back to an apartment I will be going back to copperline. Thank you all for everything you do and making sure we all feel at home!
I lived at Copperline for the last 4 years andI really enjoyed it. Its located in such abeautiful area. The ambiance is warm, friendlyand inviting. The rooms are well laid out andvery comfortable. The office staff ( Amanda, Gabe, and Sonya)are very friendly and professional while offeringgreat customer service. Any maintenanceproblems are quickly repaired by a knowledgeablecrew. Valet garbage pickup from your room, and package delivery to your room are nice assets. What I will miss the most is all the greatpeople I met while staying there. Its a realfriendly place.
Great experience! Cathy was the best!
The staff that both manage and maintain this complex are warm, professional and absolutely friendly. Maintenance items are taken care of promptly. The communication for upgrades and maintenance are well communicated via email and online portal. Aesthetically the common areas are amazing- friends love the inner courtyard & the lobby!!! Very impressed. The apartments themselves are cozy, quiet and completely comfortable to live in. Love with waterfront & easy access to the many amenities!
I lived at the Copperline Apartments for eight months and enjoyed it very much. Sonya and Gabe (management staff) are very responsive to concerns (though I had very few), and the repairman there is so quick! He also taught me a few things about maintenance during the few visits when I needed his service.I lived in another apartment complex a few years earlier, so I have a point of comparison. At the other complex, people were continually going into my apartment for one thing or another. I felt invaded and wondered if anything had been stolen while I was away. That never happened at Copperline. They did need to come in once to check the fire sprinklers and alarms, but that was all.The apartments are a smoke-free facility, and I smelled someone smoking weed a few times. But that was immediately prior to moving out. Im sure that was dealt with promptly. The view at Copperline, just walking outside even if one doesnt have an apartment facing the water, is so wonderfully pleasant! I was sad to leave it, but at least I can visit the area and take walks there still.... which I plan to do often.
We’ve been living in the apartments since 2017. It is a breathtaking place to live. The water, the park, the easy access to Point Defiance are all parts of what makes us love this location. More importantly, though, they LOVE our pets! When they say they are pet friendly, they mean they really do appreciate pets, they don’t just tolerate them! That makes living here with our two dogs just perfect. As a former home owner, I love the responsiveness of the office staff. Our repair needs have been taken care of very quickly. Not having to make multiple trips to the hardware store to do a project cannot be overrated! Despite living with many other people, the steps that the office staff have taken had made this a very safe place during the pandemic. All in all, this is a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend it!
Copperline is not only located in a beautiful area that’s kept constantly clean, but the responsiveness of the residential directors and maintenance teams are fantastic. Gabe and Sonya made my move from overseas effortless. COVID-19 impacted my move multiple times but Gabe and Sonya were very attentive and helped me move in quickly upon arrival. Gabe is also very responsive to concerns of any kind throughout the complex and truly makes his residents feel welcome in the neighborhood.
As a young adult Ive enjoyed the experienced so much at this complex. The staff is phenomenal and responds very fast to the needs of the residents. I’ve lived in a few different areas and would have to say this place is my absolute favorite! I highly recommend this place.
I absolutely love it here! My unit is so cute. Lots of storage space. Trash valet. Yep. You can set your trash out 5 nights a week, and it will disappear by morning. All staff is extremely responsive & friendly! I feel safe here too. This community is beyond cute! People drive from far away just to spend the day here. Im so grateful to call this my home! xoxo :)
Moved in last month. So far this has been an outstanding experience. From our first meeting with the Gabe Adams, in the CWS office, through our move-in experience everything has been customer service oriented. The entire staff has been friendly and accommodating with all of our requests. Nice place, good people!
Excellent place to live; great location, luxurious facilities, friendly neighbors and wonderful service offered with care and attention. Very efficient communication and genuine interest in tenants needs and their pets.
I have lived here for a few years now and they have been great! I recently moved to another unit and everything was completely easy and made everything else a whole lot less stressful!! Thank you!
Very safe location and the management is great, attentive, nice & very helpful!!
We have lived here almost 2 years. We love the convenience to restaurants and movies. Our view is spectacular and really helps my mental state through the long, dark winters. The apartments have ten foot ceilings which really makes the space feel bigger. The stainless appliances and modern cabinetry seal the deal. The apartment changed owners not too long after we moved in. The initial management wasnt very good....AND THEN Amanda, Gabe and Sonia came...Id liken them to the apartment dream team, they are all amazing!! And it doesnt end there Nick, Shannon and Greg are the maintenance crew and they keep things running in top shape. I honestly cant decide which one of these people I like the most. They are all beyond friendly. They always seem welcoming and greet me with a smile. They are all sincere about concerns. And if they dont have an answer they will find one. Issues (although very rare) are handled promptly and carried to completion. These people are the heart of this place! They make living here feel like home and not just another apartment! Sure its a bit more than what you might find around town, but you get what you pay for!
From before I moved in until now Copperline has always been very responsive and gets things taken care of as quick as possible. Along with a great location and friendly staff, this is a great place to live! My favorite part is how willing the staff is to take residents suggestions and implement them into the way things function around the apartment.
Honestly.. By far the best experience Ive had while living in Washington State. Gabe, Amanda, and Sonya did such a great job at taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. Please, if you ever want to consider moving into a luxury apartment with great service, consider these guys. I am beyond happy and love my new place. Also, they trey you like individuals with ordinary lives.. great organization to say the least!!
Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the office management at this office. Our move was quite extensive due to crossing state and country borders along with having our household shipped. Sonya and her team made the entire process simple beyond belief. She dealt with our questions and application process through multiple time zones. She has been incredibly understanding as we’ve had issue after issue with our movers and delivery companies. This process is normally so stressful for me, and I honestly feel as if I haven’t lifted a finger. Sonya and her team go above and beyond for their residents, and too often without proper gratitude. The office and facilities on site are just incredible. We feel so safe here and felt immediately right at home upon arrival. We rented sight unseen, which is not my preferred route, but Sonya made it easy. Had we not had her help, I don’t know that we would have chosen Copperline so easily. The website does a beautiful job of piquing interest I. The property. We were immediately entranced by the on-site movie theatre and the proximity of all the shopping and dining options. Not having been to Tacoma, or the Ruston area before, we didn’t know what to expect. And we definitely were not disappointed upon arriving to scope our new residence.Sonya gave us a great tour and provided us with all the answers we needed. Prior to move in, she even took photos specifically of our unit so we could prepare! When we walked in, it was hard to shake the thought that it wasn’t brand new and just built as if we were the first tenants. This just made it feel even more special and personalized. It was immaculate. We were actually surprised by how much space the apartment actually offered. I think we just feared the worst. Which made all the surprises on-site so much better. Most everything can be done electronically, from paying bills, scheduling maintenance and even opening your front door. The garage and stories of the building are also secure and require key entry. This was a huge blessing after living in Alaska the last four years. We’re looking forward to finally being full time residents here at Copperline and taking in all that there is to offer!
Ive lived here for almost two years now, and I love it! The old management had their issues, but the new team is great! They make it a point to make you feel like youre really important to them. Im moving into a home soon, but it was a very hard decision to leave! Dont hesitate to make Copperline your new home 😊.
Lived here about 4 months and the staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming! They helped me find an apartment I love and made me feel right at home! Amanda, Gabe and Sonya are very helpful and professional. Happy to live here!
We have lived at Point Ruston for 6 years. We love it here and would not want to live anywhere else. The CWS staff, Amanda, Gabe and Sonya are always willing to take our concerns seriously and respond with corrections. When we have put in a maintenance request, it has been addressed in less than 24 hours. When we stop in to just say hi, they always make us feel welcome. We especially enjoy the monthly gatherings provided for residents. This is a good way to meet our neighbors and bring up any concerns or suggestions and also what is going well. the view is awesome. Overall a great place to live.
Having just moved in a week ago after relocating from Alaska, I can only say that our experience has been wonderful. Sonya was more than helpful and accommodating while we were making all our arrangements from 2000 miles away. The whole team is professional and always willing to help. The apartment itself is immaculate and you couldn’t ask for better surroundings. The area is still under construction with more businesses scheduled to open soon.
This is a beautiful place to live. The new staff is wonderful and very eager to help with any issues. Maintenance has always been on time with fixing things and just overall a great place to live. You cant beat the view while also enjoying the numerous of restaurants and shops near by! Point Defiance is less than 10 min away and the walk way along Ruston is wonderful for people and dogs. Very quiet place to live at night but lively on the weekends which is a nice balance. The farmers market in the summer and movie theater are wonderful things to do right near your place! We have two dogs and the access to pathways is wonderful! Love living in our 1 bedroom apartment !
Absolutely LOVE it here! Everyone is so nice and friendly! Received wine and wine glasses as a move in gift! I feel safe and love living on the water. Gabe and Amanda are FABULOUS! Everyone in the office is Fabulous! Love the Copperline Team ♥️- Brittiny
Ill let the reviews speak for themselves. Do your research before you consider moving here. There are lots of better options in the area. To be fair, my rating is based on my experience from over a year ago, when Kathy and Lee were in charge. Things might have improved since then, especially if theyre gone.
I have lived here since 2014 and had decided to move until CWS took over the management. Amanda Baker has been wonderful along with her staff of Sonia and Gabe in creating a trusting and family feeling. This feels like home now! I would recommend this property to anyone!
Great experience living here at copperline!
I have lived here since February and absolutely love the Copperline! Safe, secure, and a great community! The staff and maintenance are very helpful and responsive. Amazing views, great area and friendly people.
We had a fantastic time staying in the Copperline apartments in Point Ruston. We were there for three weeks and the guys in the letting office were so helpful ans friendly. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our toddler. The location is incredible with the sea literally on your dorr step. We miss it already and hope to come back again in the future!
We absolutely love living here. The location is amazing, the apartments are beautiful, and the staff truly cares. They do so much for their residents. We’re so happy we moved!
Throughout my nearly 45 years of home ownership, I’ve always maintained and repaired things that can go boom in the night; and that’s something I miss in apartment life. But the staff at Copperline never fail to make up for my reminiscence by providing expert “Johnny-on-the-spot” maintenance services. Who could have guessed that 1/2 dozen socks would leap out of a wash tub and ultimately interrupt the path of a mechanical belt, throwing it off it’s pulling? Well, Jose certainly discovered that problem and repaired it in short order; and now my washer again has an efficient spin cycle! Jose is amazing - professional, knowledgeable, and informative in managing things that cabN and do go wrong. I really appreciate him and what he does for me and my fellow residents.Thank you Jose. 👍
We have been living here for about 3 years. Everyone in the office is really nice and they host get to togethers for the neighbors. The maintenance crew always takes care of my issues as quick as they can and always have my issues taken care of within 2 days of reporting.
Excellent apartments and great location. Moving in was really easy and leasing office was and continue being very nice and helpful. Great neighborhood too.
Absolutely do not move here! I was one of the first people to move in and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. The apartment was not ready by our move in date and management did not tell us until the day of. When we finally moved in there were nails sticking out of our floor (pointy end facing up). Each month they tried to charge us more than what was agreed upon in our lease. People will always park in your designated spot and management will not do anything about it even though you pay $200 a month for the spot. The community room closes early and God forbid if youre there any longer the maintenance guy will walk up to each of your guests grab them and tell them to leave. People do not take care of their dogs here either. I have a dog myself and she never gets sick but when we moved here she got kennel cough twice a year so prepare for some veterinarian bills. If there are any issues management will not help they are very unprofessional. I could go on for days about this. Do NOT move here.
The office staff and maintenance team are great. I love the events that they have. Copperline is a fun and covenient place to live.
Fanciest ever ohmygosh. I was here visiting a friend of a friend and the whole place is lovely. Very conveniently located with lots of attached businesses. You could do dinner and a movie in your slippers if you were so inclined! Nice view from the balcony and seems like a pretty chill place. Parking is limited so be plan for that. Rent is pricey!
I signed a 1 year lease and broke it within 3 months. These units are by far the cheapest made apartments I’ve ever lived in. From the carpet, the flooring, acrylic counters and even the cabinetry. Walls so thin I could hear my neighbors open and close drawers, footsteps and even make out full conversations they were having. I couldn’t even enjoy a movie night at home without my neighbors banging on the walls complaining about the noise. Then there was the parking situation....you have to pay for garage parking @ $75 per month per space. We opted to skip it considering we were told by management that outside parking was only for residents and shop customers. However, all the parking was taken up by tourists and visitors to the waterfront and towing/citations were never enforced. The last straw was having someone move into the corporate unit above me with a dog even though they were not allowed to have any pets. The dog barked incessantly around the clock and would only stop once the owner came home from work in the evening. As mentioned before, walls were so thin that it sounded as if the barking was coming from inside my apt. When I complained to management with video footage as proof they confirmed no pets were authorized for the unit yet they never did anything to alleviate the situation. Guess the money they were making off those units was more important than their very own residents. All in all it seemed more of hassle to live hear than a leisure. For the $1600 I was paying for 670sq.ft. apt I was able to lease a house up the street and still within Ruston and walking distance to the water.
Amanda and Gabe and the rest of the CWS team are great and really have done things to improve upon all the bad things the previous management team did wrong. From add more community events for residents, fixing the parking problem, and so much more they have done a fantastic job at really making Point Ruston more of a community. I had many issues with the last management company and the CWS team really put effort in to repair the issues I had. Really a great team to lease and work with.
Quiet building near water and other outdoor activities.
Went in for a quick stop to check the place out since Im new to the area. Almost immediately judged to the point where I had to tell the manager Im not worried about price (which Im not), guess there is a reason this place is rated so low. Ok community but after going to Gig Harbor and treated like an actual person I think Ill spend my money there.
Management (Kathy in particular) has absolutely no idea what they are doing. When I attempted to contact about fees I have been charged, I get no answer or resolution to my issues. Do not live here because they will try to get every penny you own and charge you for everything. Living there is not at all worth what they charge you and all the trouble they put you through. Loud neighbors that are never dealt with, constant construction, and it’s outrageously crowded during the summer. In short DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Beautiful place to live. But the manager there was the worst. Absolute worst Ive ever dealt with in my all my life. Fortunately, the community was great and we always enjoyed talking about the poor ethics and qualities and the dishonesty of said manager. Not sure about the community now ( that was a few years ago), so beware.
Beautiful location on the water.
I have been living in the century building now since they first became available. The move in initially was delayed by 6 months which caused its own inconveniences. Once I was finally able to move in there were numerous issues to the newly built apartment, appearing as if it was simply rushed and an extreme pain to get them to take care of the issues. I rented the unit in the century building for the view and access to the walkway around the water. Because of this I understood the rent would be expensive but expected the service would be good as well. The management is the worst I have ever experienced with an apartment complex. Not only were they unaccomadting when initially getting the issues resolved when I first moved in but I chose to live on the water side for the view. There have been numerous issues with birds etc above my unit. I have been trying to get this issue resolved now for 4 plus months since I moved in. I continue to get the run around and told it will be resolved, however they still have not done what they said they would. Because of this I have not been able to utilize the deck due to the issue which is the main reason the rent is so increased. They simply dont care once someone is in the unit about providing any help. I would recommend anywhere else other apartment complex as long as it is not managed by point ruston management group.
My experience with the Copperline management and the building is terrific. Whats more, the adjoining businesses are great, and will only get better as more open this quarter.
My wife and I stayed at Copperline apartments for 4 months on a short term lease. The complex is 8 levels (4-8 are apartments). The units are very clean and have large windows allowing great natural light. The view of the water and the access to trails and parks nearby is what appealed to us for this location and we were not disappointed. They are doing some construction on a condo complex in front of the building but the units are well insulated and kept the noise out while keeping the heat in! We would recommend this place in a heartbeat (in fact we already have). If you are going to stay in this area, at the very least its worth a tour!
A Perfect/Great Place to LIVE. Everything is so nice and modern.
Its interesting what money buys. It clearly doesnt buy happiness. Whats also interesting is that people actually live here regardless of what was underneath. This was the former Asarco site, where from the production came arsenic, and other toxins. Sure they may have cleaned the top soil and made it look good, but once that stuff is in the ground it takes up to 10,000 years to fully break down. Not only that but it causes cancer and a whole host of other health issues. I am surprised that the city would allow profit to Trump public safety.
Noisy units, you can hear everything around or above you as well as conversations. Management doesnt do anything to remedy the problems. Kathy hasnt a clue, 2 bikes of mine were stolen not to mention the lack of safety of people being able to get in the building and going up the stairwell. A registered offender showing up at my door at 6am. Fees change and you get NO notification that they are changing and the parking is $250/month for two spaces. They say they give you a break on the 2nd space by $50. It is a joke. The baker condo hasnt opened yet, and the traffic is already bad not to mention adding an additional 160 units and the assisted living that will be opening. Copperline is a nightmare.
Great views. Stayed here 3 months and loved it.
Management here is horrible. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this place aside from the waterfront location. My mail is frequently returned or held as “undeliverable”. It’s been over a year and management still hasn’t figured out a way to let its residents reliably receive packages. The local post office complains about the management in this building being uncooperative as well. I pay for a P.O. box now because of this and have basically stopped buying important things online. No reliable cell service within the buildings. I have to go outside if I have an important phone call.Cable and internet constantly going out despite Xfinity coming to my apartment several times. Management was not helpful in working with the cable company to give access to the utility rooms and wires they wanted to check either. One of the elevators is frequently down or inaccessible because of move ins and outs. And they leave it locked for days afterwards sometimes even though the person moving has been done moving for a while. The main lobby has alarms blaring all the time that they don’t turn off or fix. Not even sure what those alarms indicate. Hopefully nothing important.Nobody ever answers the phone at the management office. And if you catch them in person (during normal work hours only), they never actually solve problems or even call to follow up.There was clearly no forethought in how they designed this place or who they hired to manage it.Every other renter I’ve known in the building has moved out after their lease expired. Plus they’ve all reported crazy move out fees and issues. The water views here are amazing but that’s about it.
Nice safe place to rent
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! The management is terrible. You can have pets...but, the. y are sooo far from pet friendly. They are really expensive for what you get. There are other apartments in the area that are nicer, less expensive with professional management staff and VERY pet friendly. Point Ruston did not live up to their reputation! This place is terrible!!! The view is the only thing this place has going for it. I was to move into a new constructed apartment and they never told me it was not going to be ready. My place I was living in was pre-rented. I ended up staying in a temporary apartment for 16 days at copperline and have now paid over $2000 for those 16 days for their mistakes. The train noise is awful and the drunk people downstairs at all hours of the night is so loud from the bars it makes it impossible to sleep.
Extremely expensive however you are Paying for the view . Lots of drama and high cost of living at the point
The only way to describe this apartment complex is that it is extremely unprofessional and horribly managed. We were new to the area and work on Vashon Island so the commute was perfect and it was by the water. We understood that the rent was extremely more then what you could find off of Pearl street or a couple miles away. We decided to give it a shot and enjoy the beach and water access. When we first moved in the complex did not have any parking spots available but did have some parking on the exterior. The parking spots were $75 each per month which we thought was ridiculous so we decided to park outside and they gave us parking permits. As we were there they did a lot of development and built up a couple restaurants which started soaking up all the parking that we were told was deemed for residents only on the outside. This was quite the headache but we couldnt solve the issue because there still wasnt any parking spaces in the parking garage. As time went by they decided it was a good idea to mark all the parking spots that were originally for tenants 2 Hour Max Retail Only without telling any of the current residents mind you. It was my understanding this was to keep people from parking in residents spaces. Come to find out after parking there and getting multiple WARNING VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED notices, even with my parking pass, this wasnt the case. We were almost up on our lease but to avoid anymore notices we asked if there was any parking spots in the garage for our last months rent. There werent any and they said they were overcrowded from the Condo complex that was just built and we would have to park in the garage that was built for the theater. This was outrageous. How could they care more about the retail business then there own tenants? Also god forbid you get any packages delivered to the leasing office, which is the only place you can get them delivered. They are never at the office and are always away from there desk so when you work 9-5 it is nearly impossible to get your package. Not only are they never in the office they have lost multiple packages and mishandled quite a few.Like I first said the management is terrible. Not only have they gone through about 10 different leasing agents/manager they have all been nothing but jerks and are very rude when you even do get the chance to talk to them. They never answer the phone and the manager who goes by the name Lee is a very condescending man. I understand that when management doesnt give a crap in a business the employees wont either and this cant be more then the case. To show you how horrible they are we had the owner of the house we are going to be renting call for rental verification and they gave them all the information of someone else who lived in the building. They didnt even show that we had pets which we paid the deposit on. What a joke. The lack of building cleanliness and there unwillingness to clean is also an issue. This apartment is pet friendly so there are a lot of tenants including myself with pets. This is never a problem because I love pets but when they refuse to clean the mess that they leave behind outside it leaves a very disgusting environment.I would also never recommend military living here either because they will not honor orders to break the lease. We are protected under the Civil Servicemen Relief Act and they dont honor any of it.All in all this place is extremely unreliable, unprofessional, expensive and not anywhere worth the headache for the money. I would never ever ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone! What a nightmare.
Moved into this place right when they finished construction. Live there for a year. I wrote an honest review before but it magically disappeared, I believe owner or staff are going out of their way to remove legitimate less then stellar reviews that are posted. The view is gorgeous but that is about it.A tiny 2 bedroom apartment with a water view when I moved in was $2,000. Which is on the higher end but I get it its a new building so they have to pay for the construction some how right. There are not any true amenities except for a gym which is a separate business. I think you only get one gym membership per household. It is not open from the lobby you have to enter on the outside. No classes just gym equipment and a room you can play workout videos in. There is no pool or hot tub, which would be nice. Most apartment places at least have a pool. When I lived there. There was absolutely nothing else but the apartments. You would think it would make sense to at least build a grocery store or restaurant first but after I moved thats when they added Two Town Pub.The fire alarms constantly went off at 2-3am in the morning. EVERYONE in the building would come down outside and wait outside in the cold while the fire department came and fixed the system.I had a crane outside of my window which didnt bug me too much but if you are off or at home they do construction 6 days a week including Saturday so expect to hear a lot of work being done...which will continue for years. It is moving along very very slowly. The front desk women there are snarky and rude. They dont attempt to deliver packages and allow them to sit in the office until you go looking for the package. They will charge you small misc. fees here and there and its a good idea to monitor you account.Move elsewhere. For the price and what you get its not worth it. You could find much nicer. I can only imagine how much they have increased the price of living there since I moved. Im sure its ridiculous.
Such a beautifully planned apartment comminity
Overpriced bullshit for people with too much money. From the sound of it youre paying for location which upon further investigation seems to be a somewhat pollution hazard.
Absolute nightmare. Eight straight one-star ratings. Do you see a pattern? Check with the BBB and other apartment review sites before even considering moving here.
Worst experience ever! I wish I had never lived here. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Love the view.
Gabe is the best !!!!!
Absolute garbage place to live
Expensive but beautiful
Nice
Great reception and cafeteria, and of course silver salmon in the lobby. Otherwise, of course a little expensive!
