Loved the apartment. Great quality and lovely place to live. Unfortunately they charge $900 for the deposit and have no intention of giving it back. They charged a cleaning fee for my apartment which was almost $600. And I have pictures of my apartment which the carpet is no where needing replacement.

My fiance and I lived here for 3 years and only moved out because we bought a house. Chelsea is a great property manager and is always available and willing to help with any issues. Secure building and close to downtown and i5. Only negative is that there is no freight elevator so moving is a huge pain.

My wife and i called a total of three times today to try and see what the rental qualifications were and the pricing for the apartments. I dont know if the calls are being dropped but as soon as we said qualifications the phone would cut off so i dont know if we are being hung up on, or if the calls are being dropped. But i feel like calling from my wifes phone and then from my phone theres no way its happening on our end. Thats very unprofessional!

I would love to give a positive review here, unfortunately, my process in attempting to rent here has not been positive. Ive been calling for months trying to get a 2 bedroom, put my name on the waitlist and Ive been waiting patiently. I called last week as I do every two weeks and the agent told me a 2 bedroom had just become available and before she could get to the waitlist, someone called. This defeats the whole purpose of a waitlist. As a possible future tenant, this was discouraging after passing up other places to wait for this one.
