I walked in for a pedicure and received the most relaxing time with Sarah!! I finally found a salon I fell in love with. Thank you Sarah for making my day the best day I had in a very long time!! Very much appreciated!

Love love love Lilys the staff is incredible they listen and they allow their customers to have an opinion without it causing problems. The work Id amazing can get pricey but it just depends on what you like.. I highly recommend them

I’ve been going to Lily’s for years now and I think it’s time to find a new nail salon. I always go to get Denny and get a full set. Most of time his work is good but very rushed. I’m pretty basic and usually get one color on all my nails. Whenever I ask or show nails with a design it’s isn’t how I want it. Great place for color just not good for nail design and uniqueness.

Didnt like the pedi I got it was sloppy.....my nails came out cute but was not the color or design I asked for.

I have never been to a nail salon that doesnt clip your nails or clean under them. It was very rushed for no reason, there were no clients in the waiting area.

I went there with my aunt. The nail spa was very busy the whole time we were there. The receptionist and the nail techs were very nice and friendly.

By far the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had. I wish I was closer for more of the best pedicure and foot massage ever.

I try to be a very understanding and polite customer as a general rule. Stuff happens, everyone has a bad day, etc. My experience today went above and beyond having a bad day. I never got the name of the lady I originally got to do my nails. I went in for a full and color change. She asked if I wanted them trimmed and I told her yes, but just a little. When all was said and done, there was approximately 0.5-1cm of nail protruding from my nail bed. That is NOT a little bit of a trim! But in all honesty, that stuff happens, so I was going to let it go and just wait for my nails to grow out again. But then this lady started sending my nails and TWICE she hit me with the drill... and I dont mean she nicked me. If you look at the photos of my pinky you can see where she caught my skin and then lost control of the drill, leaving me bleeding. She also did this on the thumb of the same hand. After she finished that, she put my polish on and I ended up with big globs of nail polish at the tips because I said I wanted glitter tips and she apparently didnt know how to do them and just guessed. I gave up and went to pay, thinking itd be $30 (they state that a fill is $25 and I also got gel polish which is another $5) but ended up paying $40. I wont even get into their pricing (lets just say that the prices they show on their boards are NOT what youll end up paying.) I was unhappy and asked to speak with someone about it. They stuck me back with the same girl, who mangled my hand further before the woman I complained to came back over (after my friend to get her for me) and had me go to someone else. This woman (Cindy) was great. Gave me an entire new set of nails and was very careful with the areas the other girl messed up. She was polite and we had a good conversation. I ended up tipping her as I usually would tips nail tech since its not her fault that the other girl hurt me. Unfortunately, after being there for 4 hours, I had to go, so I didnt end up with exactly what I wanted polish wise. Again, this wasnt Cindys fault, but still factors in here. When I went to leave, the owner apologized and told me that next time I came back, to ask for Cindy. He didnt offer me a discount, a refund or a coupon for future use, or just something as an apology. Thats just good customer service in a situation like this. So all in all, I walked in with the nails I wanted, just needing a fill and color change, and left with totally different nails, some tears and burns on my skin and $45 less in my wallet. I would give this place an even lower rating if it werent for the fact that they at least attempted to fix their mistakes. I should mention that the entire time the Cindy was fixing my nails, the other woman was as talking around giving me the death glare like I killed her dog. I didnt even tell or anything, so I know that shes had much worse customers than me! I guess thatll teach me to cheat on my regular nail place just because another one is closer.

I asked this women numerous of times to cut my nails down and she refused to. Also majority of my nails are uneven and different shapes never again not for $90 for a pedi and full set to be so disappointed

First time at this salon today and had a “gel powder” manicure - where they do the whole powder process and then UV a gel top coat. The nail technician did a WONDERFULLY SURPRISING job on my nails as a whole, but the process as a whole was off. My cuticles, for example, weren’t done until after the top coat. That was weird. She was very detailed and shaped my nails *in such a flattering way* compared to my usual place. They look adorable now and more feminine to my standards. TThe price was very fair and the quality was worth more.The hygiene is what dropped it from a 4 to a 3 star experience. The air was stale with nail chemicals and not ventilated well. It was almost choking for me and my allergies to breathe. I felt like I needed a face mask and protective eyewear while she used the handheld sanding tool as well. Pieces were flying everywhere while she did her best to remove the old set of powder nails from a different salon.*****New customers can get 10% off if they PRINT OUT a coupon from the ”Manicures” section of their website. One per person must be printed.

I made an appointment and they got me in 25 minutes later. However, everyone seem very friendly and skilled. The gel polish was kind of light on some nails, but it is noticiable if you stare at them, other than that they look great. It is a very busy location and I went on a Sunday.

I love Lilys for a variety of reasons: the first is the number of chairs they have in the salon, guaranteeing that even if you walk-in, youll be accommodated without much of a wait. Danny does beautiful manicures, and my pink n white acrylics are always perfect. Lee is my pedicure pro...she spends the better part of an hour getting my feet looking so pretty in my french design, including a leg and foot massage that is heavenly! There are several different prices for pedis, and each includes a different special treatment. They are a little pricier than some other salons, but you get what you pay for; 2 TVs, music playing, a large magazine selection, clean and usually decorated in the spirit of whatever holiday is closest. My visit today was filled with Christmas carol music and a beautiful tree decorated in the waiting area to put you in the mood for the holidays. These folks take pride in their treatment of you!

Awesome service! The atmosphere was really welcoming and trendy. When I went, it was very busy. However, they took me as soon as they could and were so professional. I also loved the music they played while I was getting my nails done. My nails have never looked better! If I ever need pampering, I will definitely go back.

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years. I’ve tried finding a nail spa closer to where I live now but haven’t found anywhere close to Lily’s as far as attention to detail and quality. I never have to point out a flaw or uneven nail and I’ve never had a nail they applied break. Mary and Lynn are my favorite nail techs but everyone there knows what they’re doing.

Ive only been there once but I like the shop I didnt really get to test what they can do as far as designs or hand art but my nails came out good and they have lots of colors to choose fromNow I went back and tested there designs and hand art I am not impressed at all as you can see from the pictures my nails arent done right what she did was smear it my diamonds came off the same day and I was charged 70 Dollars for that work there prices are to high my nails are on the right what I asked for is on the left you be the judge I wont be going back there😠

I love the overall vibe I got once I walked into the salon. The workers are all friendly and welcoming! The place is overall neat, clean and cute! I got my nails done by Helena and Im obsessed with them!! Shes amazing!! She made my nails look natural and light and beautiful!! I love how Diane really showed she cared about what I wanted and we even had a sweet conversation (which has never happened to me before at a salon). She worked fast but not rushed. She was just great!! I will be going back to see her from now on because I loved her work.I am a perfectionist and I have never had my nails look this good before! Ive been trying really hard to find a salon where the workers listen to what you want and deliver and I had no luck until now! I think I found my salon!All I have to say is try it, you wont regret it! Their work is clean and precise. Theyre definitely one of the best salons in NY.

Worst nail salon experience I had! Long story short- the lady was rude, made my powder dip so thick, weren’t the same shape, basically nothing was done right. I left the salon unhappy with the results! Never will they see me again!

The ladies who did my pedi and fill-in treated me with so much kindness which is rare when I go into many nail shops. Owner and workers were friendly and made very great conversation, plus my nails look beautiful!!! She did exactly what I asked for; clean, kept them thick, and arched which NOBODY has ever done before. My tech was very good and my nails have been receiving lots of compliments!! They also have affordable prices and easy booking too.This is my go to spot and I cant recommend them enough! Be sure to call and make an appointment. Thank you ladies! I cant wait to go back.

I recommend making an appointment as this place is busy! I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The cost was reasonable and it took about an hour. The tech was very professional. The salon is well-kept and clean. I definitely recommend this place!

I love them! Ive had both pedicures and manicures done and they do a fabulous job. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I normally just get the gel polish done and I always receive compliments on how perfect they look. The polish normally lasts 2-3 weeks, depending on how rough Ia m on my nails. Highly recommend!

I always get lots of compliments after visiting here. The staff is always nice. I like to call ahead because they can get very busy.

I came in 2 days ago to get a full set and paid $60 to get them done and my pinkie nail broke 2 days later.I came in and got It fixed and I was told I had to pay $5 just for 1 nail. My nails shouldn’t break that easily in 2 days😒.

I love coming back here. Helena, Lynh, and all the other staff Ive experienced are professional and fun people . The equipment is clean and the atmosphere very relaxing. Plus its close to my home. The prices are excellent period.

I love this place, Ive been coming here for 7 years and always ask for either Denny or Helen (the owners) to do my nails. They do exceptionally good work and my nails always look awesome and Ive had many compliments on my nails as a result! Others dont take the care and attention to detail that Denny and Helen do. This place is top notch!

Dont even try to talk to you as a prospective customer for repeat business, cut one of my cuticles, and didnt apologize, just shrugged her shoulders. I cannot even say if their equipment is even sterilized. Oh, and very expensive, just for a manicure.

I usually love going to Lily Nails but lately the past two times I went to Lily Nails I made and appointment with Denny, I called and spoke with him directly. First time I come I made him aware that I have an appointment with you, when he tries to direct me to someone else, I tell him I called and make an appointment with you. He was confused, and apologized and I let the other lady do my nails, terrible job by the way. I come in for my appointment today 9/15/18 and I am 10-15 mins early. I sat and waited and waited and waited. He hands me gel colors to choose from while I wait. it’s now 12:33 and he finishes with a client before me...mind you my appointment was for 12:30 I’m still sitting, at 12:40 a woman walks in and Denny tells her to sit in the chair. At this point I am livid this is the second time he has done this and I will not be going back. I don’t care how well you do nails I refuse to be treated that way.

Had my eyelashes done here for the first and last time. They came out crooked and just unacceptable. I couldn’t imagine to ask the “tech” to take them off and try again. I told her how I felt and a she proceeded to mush the lashes together and claimed that they were fixed. I work a 60+ hour work week and after the long wait for service, I just didn’t have the energy to go back and forth. My regular tech was unavailable so I figured I’d give this business a try. Expensive and totally not worth it.

I have been searching for a nail salon that is better than the one that I already go to and have been unsuccessful. This nail salon was absolutely horrible, my daughters nails fell off within a week and that is ridiculous. at no point in time should a professional nail salon do someones nails and have them all star popping off within a week that is terrible.

I am transplanted from the southern tier where I had a nail girl for 20 years this is the only salon that does the same quality work. I recently cheated on Helen and Denny when I went to a different place for a pedicure I went to tiara nails and Mattydale and it was the worst experience I have ever had I got cut and I still ended up paying full price all I got was a simple oh I’m sorry I highly recommend Lilly Nails I do not highly recommend tiara nails to

The first time I went with a friend and got a full set put on for $25. They did a good job and were happy to fix my nail even when I bumped it on the dryer and messed it up. The second time I went back to get a fill, she had to break off and redo 3 nails that I had messed up over the 3 weeks. She fixed them nicely, but charged me $35. I dont understand how you can charge more than the price for the full set. If I would have known she was going to charge me that much, I couldve popped all my nails off and saved myself $10!

The owner is very rude a older lady did my nails, the one thats it bye the eyebrow section. Did a poor job on my fill and I my broken nail. I called two days later to let them know that my gel nail polish and my acrylic was chipping. The owner was very rude and I wish I would have just went to my regular person that I usually go to it was not worth leaving a $10 tip never again will I come to this nail salon again very disappointed and the customer service and the quality of the work

I went to receive a pedicure. My nail tech rushed and was rough. Also rude talking to others the whole time in her native language. Even started to whisper. No tip from me first and LAST time going back.

1st visit very satisfied - had GEL Polish color change - nails were done by another salon and he repaired and cleaned up the previous techs work. They look great.

Terrible experience. I asked for a full set and and got coffin nails with a French tip and a bow on both of my ring fingers somehow that came out to $50 and to top it off the lady said my nails were dry and I was set to go but once I got home my nails smudged and the bow fell off with in 3 days. I would like to know how something so simple costed $50 and it still wasnt anywhere near good

I have been going to Lilys nails for over 10 years. I always feel very welcome there and they do a GREAT job.

Went last Thursday March 15th for my birthday to get a pedicure as a gift from my mother. The pedicure I got was $45 and it was worth it. My issue was when I got my toes painted and set under the dryer for 30 mins, when I started to put my socks on the toe polish was wiping off like nothing I have ever seen before. First thing I was told was that you messed it up but we can redo for you. I was like how did I mess them up when they should be dry after them drying for 30 minutes . I was pressed for time at this point so I went with gel polish because it dries instantly. I was not compensated for nothing. I had to pay the additional $15 for gel polish. Then the tech expected a tip. Absolutely not. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Paid over 100 00 dollars on a mani and pedi my stones fell off within 2 days. I went to see if I could pay to get them replaced. The woman shut the door in my face as I was going to the door. I will never spend another dollar in that shop.

I went here for a pedicure 8 months pregnant. My skin was cut in the process causing bleeding with no apology. My toe nail was cut incorrectly and now I have a recurring ingrown nail. Unfortunately, it is so bad I have to see a podiatrist. Worse pedicure ever! I should have listened to my friend that told me her sister got an infection when she went.

Lilys is great, there is rarely a wait, they do excellent pedicures at a very reasonable price.

For the feet they do a good job but prices are kind of high, and the nails technician dont even do the designs i want and some them dont even know how to do it, thatz why im not going there no more....and whatever, you suppose to do the nail design customer ask you if u cant do it, then you are not good enougth, you need to improve more the service by doing better nails design ok...thank you

Recent got my nails some here was not happy at all had my set 2 weeks already coming off and they are not shaped nicely and some are dented in the middle and not smooth. I used to love going here not any more
