Under new management. Prices went up. They only take cash. No price list. When I asked for one, the new owner got angry and told me not to come back! I went to make an appointment for another girl and myself. They said there is no way they can serve someone with disabilities or in a wheelchair. If I could rate them negative stars I would. I cannot believe that they discriminate like that.

Incredibly rude. Im a professional in the area. I used to come here to get my nails done on my lunch break, but the quality declined so I stopped. Today I called and asked them to fix a broken nail of mine. I did say I did not get my nails done there. They said I could but the color may not be the same and I said thats fine. I get there and there is not one customer in the salon and they all stare at me. The man in front tries to argue with me and tell me I never called! Sure, must have been some other paris nails in western lights. He tells me to go sit down and I do and then he comes over AGAIN to tell me they couldnt match my color. I said thats fine and he walked away obviously talking about me. Whatever. The man who fixed my nail did a great job and the color I picked matched perfectly. As I go to leave, dude doesnt even turn around to say thank you or goodbye. Well it looks like Im the only business you have right now sir! Awful 0/10

Clean and professional.. not as fast as most nail salons that I am used to..plus paint did not last as long

They are very rude and unprofessional! I was told I would not be receiving service after I had an appointment and that I needed to find another place…the employees were speaking in their native language and no one gave me a valid explanation. This was done in front of everyone. They completely embarrassed me.

I have been going to Paris Nails for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience . They are nice, friendly and always take care of me. I have always been treated well. My manicures and pedicures always look nice. Theyre also always very gracious if I need a fix when I break a nail! I would recommend them to all of my friends.

I am a Nail person. However, my nails were rushed not sanded down polish on nails and old fingernail polish still on finger. He would not clean under the nails. Believe me I asked. The salon is clean they are friendly but they rush. Its on 1 level if you are handicapped. Thats all I have...Not a great experience.

Staff is friendly and welcoming, they always try to get you in fast and take their time to do a good job. They have good prices and always do what I ask for. My favorite place to get my nails done.

I recently made an appointment at the shop with Jenny so I get there at my appointment time and theyre all looking at me like I had grown horns out of my head then the owners wife tells me that jennys busy can i come back later, NO!! thats why I made an appointment with Jenny, anyway the owners wife ended up doing my Nails she did a great job, however, as I sat there I noticed that when caucasians come into the shop theyre over the top friendly, African American and other races come in theyre very rude they will tell the customers that theyre busy they dont have anyone to do the services for them when clearly there are techs available I have contacted Better Business Bureau and also they speak in their native tongue when doing your nails which is very rude

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, But they definitely deserve one! The lady put my nail on clearly crooked! I asked the customer sitting next to me did she think the same and she said yes that it was. I asked her when she came back if she could fix it before adding the acrylic and she told me she would not!! I was very shocked! But I can always spend my money where I am treated right, especially when I tip great!! I’ve been there maybe five times before and either waited forever, or the service was terrible. It was just convenient being down the street from my home but never again Paris nails! I wouldn’t even give it one star but you can’t post your comment without at least 1! Smh

Where do I begin I went in to get 1 nail fixed because a co worker raved about this place I waited an half hour and to be seen broke the same day went to get it fixed gave me complete attitude like it was my fault last time they get my business sticking to Forever Nails... If I could give worse I would get it together

Been coming here forever because they do a great job. I love it here, they always have the newest colors and multiple brands of gel polish to choose from. They’re are consistent and all of their nail techs do a great gel manicure that lasts a long time. You don’t have to worry about someone shaping your nails ugly .

If I can give them 0 stars, I would! Upon arrival the staff were really rude/nasty. They were rushing me to find a polish & take a seat! When I tried to take my time looking for a polish they became very frustrated. I was cut with the utensils while I was being serviced & asked when was the tools changed/sterilized because I didn’t see them changing any of the utensils before I sat down & the whole time I was there (for me or others), the staff told me they couldn’t answer my questions & tried arguing with me. Then actually began ignoring me when I politely asked again! Then told me I can leave the salon while my polish was still drying. One of the workers actually told me they aren’t going to change utensils for someone (ME) that’s paying $26, verses paying $45! So I guess I get what I pay for? And my health isn’t important!

Worst customer service! Was a loyal customer for over 6 years, but the owners wife is nasty and rude! She had to do my nails when the girl I normally went to was on vacation. She put so much acrylic over my real nails, they hurt for two weeks. I didnt even go back and complain, but since then she is downright nasty to me because I wont let her do my nails.Walked out 3 weeks ago, and vowed never to return. Already found a great new place that understands the importance of good customer service.

I’ve been going here to get gel manicures and pedicures for over a year now and I have never once had a problem. The staff is so friendly towards me and the gel polish lasts me forever. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend this nail salon!

Good at waxing but not so good at nails

They did a good job on my eye brows and it was cheap but the woman used the same wax stick over and over and it was already in the pot so Im assuming it was the same as the last customer... so un hygienic, who knows when they changed that stick or how much bacteria is brewing in that hot pot of wax. .will not be returning.

I used to LOVE this salon, they did my eyebrows perfectly, but TODAY I noticed there was a new girl and she decided to do them, she ripped the wax off so hard I’m starting to break out in hives later, I always get my eyebrows waxed, this never happened & my skin is STILL red and irritated. I tried to call to complain and the person don’t even know what they’re talking about and hung up !

I am leaving Paris Nails Now with my nails undone because the owner Tommy felt that I ask too many questions when I asked for my nails to be clipped. He was rude and unapologetic as I showed him how crooked the pedicure was and how uneven the paint job was. The young lady rushed through my pedicure, leaving solution between my toes. I am going home to rewashed my feet. I was so disappointed that I started to cry as I left the shop. For better service I recommend you look elsewhere.

I go to Annie there and she does an amazing job on nails and pedicures. The place is clean and I have always felt welcome there.

My pedicure was good. I received the services I had expected. I wished there was more massage. It also felt a little rushed as they were busy.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service is an understatement. The staff was clustered in the back when I entered the shop and none of them stood up to come to help me. They literally spoke from their seats to me. Ive never been treated so rudely at an establishment before. I would recommend no one go and be subjected to this treatment. I hate to say that it was a racial thing but I kind of got the impression that they werent into dealing with people that look like me. Sad.

After being referred from a few friend, that there grandkids that are younger than my kids... his is what happened; I literally walked in and she asked me what I needed, I lifted my 3 1/2 year old daighter and said I would like to get her nails painted. Her and a man both automatically said she is to young and told us to go. My sister called a couple mins later and the woman was yelling at her on the phone. Our friend called back 10 mins later and asked the same question whats the age limit? And they told her there was no age restriction on getting your nails painted. Not only where they completely disprespectful they where unprofessional in every single way possible! But they will never receive my service!!!

This is the most awful place Ive been to. The lack of customer service skills is unbelievable. The staff is rude and the service is lousy!!! My first experience I let it go because there were only a few technicians working and it was at the end of the night. My next and last visit was midday and the shop wasnt busy, fully staffed and the service was just awful. The way the staff speak to customers is down right embarrassing. Im never ever going back and would advise anyone whos considering going there please please DONT do it!!!!! Ill give it no stars if I could.

I arrived at this nail salon wanting my eyebrows and a pedicure done. I sat and waited. Two patrons (Caucasian) came in after me wanting pedicures and were seated in pedicure chairs as if I wasn’t even there. These ppl did not have appointments. I got up and left this establishment and will never return.

Went to Paris nails in western lights and NEVER AGAIN!! Had to make them change my nail tech because she was rude and REFUSED to fix a nail SHE chipped because she was rushing to go to the doctors and charged 33$ for short nails with no designs accept for my ring finger. On top of which, the rude nail tech Told me if you dont like it go some place else and proceeded to speak about me in bad ways with other nail techs. Sticking to apples nails from now on. This place SUCKS

Rushed through my nails, argued with me, and did not listen to what I wanted done. Less than five days later, I had to go to another salon to have the horrible job Paris Nails did, corrected !!

Dont let the men do your nails they dont do them right and they paint only 2 nails at a time. Also Overpriced 28 for a gel fill is way to much.

These people at paris nails are scumbags!Not professional sitting around playing cards,they over charged me for a FILL refuse to put acrylic on the tips of my nails refuse to clean under my nails they told me they dont have the right tools and started laughing at me i give these hustling scumbags a double 00Do not spend no money at this salon!

If i could give this place a damn 0 i would first i came in to get two of my nails fixed all of the nail technicians looked at me like i was not welcome the manager WHO DOES NOT DO NAILS. thought it was funny for him to fix my nails then say o i dont do nails and laughs i said how in the hell do you not do nails but your doing mine??? I got myself upand walked out he said i need to pay i told him my money like me would not be welcome. It was very clear to me being the only brown face that i was not wanted.
