Tammy is the best. The salon is clean and the girls are so friendly. Great prices too.

Wanted a fill and pedicure, the older lady was already slightly frustrated when I walked in. I sit for my fill only for her to rush the process which left my nails lookin like lil square pieces of gum, deff not what I asked for. I asked her to fix it and she replied you need start coming earlier, I informed her that I work and this time was best for me, it was 6:00pm 🤦🏾‍♀️ long story short I hated my hands and feet, I still paid just didnt tip 🤷🏾‍♀️. The 2 younger ladys were nice tho.

Poor quality and super expensive. Just for a pedi and full set $82 and they look awful.

My cousin got her nails done a few weeks ago, they tried to charge her extra for a SLIVER nail! and not even a week later all nails started to break and fall off! They are bad I would never go to this place! Don’t waste your time they charge $80 sum dollars for two full sets! Their nails are very very thin! Her nails broke on a shoe box, I’ve had nails for 2 months and I’ve slammed my nails into my door and nothing ever happened to them! DO NOT GO

I’ve been getting my nails done at Hollywood Nails for over 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Tammy is very professional and amazing at what she does, her new nail tech Linda has been doing my nails my last couple visits and she’s fantastic! I always get compliments on my nails and I refer everyone here. I never have a problem getting an appointment either, Tammy works with my schedule and is very flexible. I won’t ever go to another nail salon!

At the end of getting my nail done the worker did not lotion or massage my hands, she only put a hot clothe on my hands.

My friend went to them to have one style done to her nails. The style on the left from Instagram. She was assured that the shop owner knew how to do this. It took her two hours to do them she messed up twice and tried to charge my friend extra for her mistake.

Im a man who loves to get my nails done. Every time I go to get mine done its always a wonderful experience. I get different things every time and Tammy always does an amazing job. Its a wonderful experience every time.

This salon was nice experience the first couple for times I went then I went there tow other time and my nails were rushed and not done the way I asked and I was over charged. So I decided not to go bake but they do have good service for the most part

Very busy salon which to me means they do great work. Ive switched feom acrylics to gel wraps and my nails and i love the techs.

Service couldve been a bit better. 5/10 recommend. I had to ask the nail tech to change her gloves after she worked on someone else feet.

So that was my first time going there and not even 2 weeks they broke off I’m never going there again and they try to charge me for the silver and I had to wait for another person to come in to do my nails and they made my nails to thin it was bad

I’m mad at myself that I’ve overlooked this place for so long. I’ve been going to some larger salons in N. Syracuse. Hollywood Nails is closer, better, and cheaper. The dip manicures they do last me 4-6 weeks. The staff are sweet. I call for appointments and have never had to wait. It’s not as fancy as some other places, but the manicures and pedicures come out looking great and last longer.

If I could give no star I would. Place is trash waited over an hour and they took three people who walked in after me first. Kept informing me oh your next but then took someone else. Waist of my time. Will NEVER go back.

I love the work Tammy does! She never disappoint me and knows what I like even to the point I have family mo change nail salons to see her. Very friendly, clean, by appointment only and never wait more then 5-10 mins.

Vi does my nails all the time and shes fast and nice...And they really clean in there love it..

Both my roommate and I have been coming here for about a year now. Not one time have I been 100% satisfied. I have continue to come, thinking I may be too picky. Not the case. Never again!

Don’t go to this place I’ve gone there 3 separate times and I get the same set every time I’ve gone they’ve given me a higher price they give different customers different prices for the same thing and when I called the owner out on it she tried to apologize and say she didn’t mean to over charge me $10 extra after I argued with her about how she was wrong and told me she will charge me the original price theyre running a business the wrong way will never go there again

I like this place its quiet never a crowd or loud kids, girls do a good job and prices are reasonable.

Just got me nails done, the iqnee did then and the are beautiful I am from Chicago and love the guy I gave at home but she was awesome. Shop is clean and staff is friendly. Give then a try!!!

Always something with them. One person before me and 3 people working she told me the wait was going to be very long. If they don’t want to do the work why have a nail salon this is like the third problem I’ve had here. Enough is enough I won’t be back

I went to this establishment a few years back with my daughter who was about 6 at the time. At first they did not want to do her nails at all. They were very ride and unwelcoming so I vowed never to go back. That how stayed true until yesterday when my friend surprised me with a pedi day and pulls up here. I told her I was skeptical from the previous venture but since we were already there I would go forth. We enter they greet her and wisk her away and start her service leaving me standing there. So i express my need and she tells me to sit in the waiting area I comply at first then go to the seat next to my friend to kp her company. Shorty I ask can she at least start the water so I can at least be started once who ever is ready to do my pedi. The speak in their native tongue and then turns my water on telling me lady would be 5mins. So about 20mins later the lady finished her client and proceeds over to a client that just walked in. She must have sensed my activation and comes over exposing that the lady had an appointment and once the lady doing my friends nails is fine she would then do my pedi. I told her I no longer wanted any services to please let the water out and provide me a towel. She did but stood over me while in drying my feet attempting to take the towel before I was done. I informed her when im done she will know. She wasnt to pleased but left to finish her ckientvshe left sitting there. The lady doing my friends nails picks up my pursevand rolls over my ankle with a chair and when I addressed her she chuckled. It took everything in me not to ring her a new one. Needless to say I spoke my mins and left. I will NEVER go to this place again. Had she stated the wait would be that long I would have went somewhere else but she lied and said 55min wasting my time and gas.I dont care if its free. The unprofessionalism and rudeness I dont have to deal with. Fyi the only reason its one star is so I could provide a review other than that it would be none. Save your money and time and go to the mail salin across the street from the farmer market!
