The very best neighborhood salon! These ladies go above and beyond to make sure the entire experience is amazing from start to finish. I love the pedicures because you get to choose the scent of your lotions scrubs and oils and they craft it all right there with essential oils. Also - they always have fresh, delicious cookies, could it get any better??

Yep. This is the place to be when you need personal, intimate service. One of my biggest hangups is walking into a salon and finding it packed with people. The staff would get people in and out like the next number at the deli line. Im so happy to say this place is so much different!I felt completely relaxed during my first ever massage. My masseuse had fantastic communication, she asked me questions, told me what to expect, and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughoutour session. I really appreciated that.I feel like a limp fettuccine noodle - which is a great thing, and Im making moves to have this be a quarterly thing. Im happy to be supporting a Black Owned business and Ill be making regular trips here from now on!

This was such a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a smile, the level of professionalism was amazing. Not to mention the cleanliness and sanitation. This pedicure was luxurious, the detail in handmade scrubs & exfoliaters right before your eyes. And my oh my the aroma I can still smell the lavender and lemongrass. This was my first time at Fresh nail lounge and Spa I received a gift certificate from my daughter. I want yesterday for a 80min massage and was thrilled by this little hidden gem on the Northeast side of Syracuse. I was greeted by Tia a wonderful young lady with great customer service skills. I then was greeted by Loretta my Masseuse she was a wonderful lady who explained what she would be doing and made you feel welcomed. I left there ready to tackle the day. Thank you ladies for an amazing day of self-care.

To start off I have to say that the vibe and energy of the salon is not reflected in this review. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, warm lady who took my coat, offered me coffee, tea, or cookies and then gave me my new customer form to fill out. My mom met me and she pulled up a chair for her so we could sit together. I did not have a good experience with my nail tech which is why I can’t rate the salon and service higher. I let the nail tech know as well as the front desk, and paid for my service. I got home and received a call from the salon stating that they would be refunding my money after she talked to the owner of the salon and that I was welcome to come and get another manicure with a more experienced tech. Even though I didn’t have the best experience, the salon went above and beyond to make it right for me.Edit: I did not receive the refund. My guess is they meant by coming in for a free service, but that’s not a refund.

Ive been here for my fist appointment last week and loved every single minute! I was looking for a long term nail salon and can definitely say I will happily come back and refer all my friends, too. Mila gave me an amazing mani & pedi while being absolutely service oriented and friendly. We had a great conversation and she did an amazing job with my nails and also with consultation when I didnt know which method (gel or powder) would suit my needs the best!

Walked in during the afternoon to get a gel manicure. The women were so welcoming! Great manicure and overall fabulous experience.
