Below is a picture of my sister in laws nails she had a manicure with gel polish. It was $30 and my daughter can paint nails better than that. All I needed was a full and one nail replaced. The sign said fills (and manicures) $20 and up. I told her I wanted a nail replaced and a fill and gel polish. She told me was it $50. Needless to say I left with my fill 3(not 1) nails replaced and no color. I still paid $35. My normal nail place told me when I called them it was $36 for all that the only reason I went here was because my sister in law is from out of town and wanted to go to the mall and didn’t have time to get nails done at my nail place. I will never go there again. I wished I looked at the reviews before we went

Terrible nail application and used old sanding bands. My tips were cut crooked at he didn’t aim to fix them. Tries working too quickly that their work is so bad! If I could give a 0 I would. I took off my nails as soon as I got home! NEVER AGAIN

Boyfriend and I went in and specified plenty of times we only wanted the 40$ pedicure. They scammed us and did things to us we did not ask for and neglected to tell us of up charges. When I asked for regular color she gave me gel without knowing and charged me for it. Very disappointed and bothered

Went in for a fill for my baby shower. I just wanted all white gel. The guy literally refused to do just all white. He ended up doing some white and pink ombré that I did not ask for and did not like. He also filed them way way down when I asked him not to touch the length. I asked him to just remove my whole set so I could go somewhere else and he refused. He also refused to refund me my money, so I had to go through my bank and dispute the charge. I was charged $70 for a FILL and not even done how I asked. He acted like he didn’t know what I was saying even though I had a reference photo and continuously asked him to stop. Would not ever step foot in there again. They also don’t wear their masks properly 🥴

The work done on my nails was unsatisfactory. Definitely not worth the 30 dollars I spent.

These ladies are super professional. Im extremely happy with their work. Id go here again. They used Mood Changing Cat Eye nail polish, and worked from a design I found online.

I wanted pink & gray & she would only do pink & white...since she spoke English, I know that she understood. When she finally finished, she sat me in another chair & told me she was going to wax my eyebrows when I asked why I was sitting there..a service I have done elsewhere & didnt request (I refused to sit there & said that I was done).**DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK & SCAM CUSTOMERS!!**

Very nice staff. Went for a full set and 3 nails fell off the next day on my left hand. They fixed it and talked me into a pedicure. The day after the pedicure 3 nails on the right hand came off and then the pinky nail of the left one. It has only been one week since I got them done and my nails look horrible. Never again.

I went to this place to get a manicure. They said they were closed, when the time they were supposed to close was later. So they just closed down and left. I told them that was very unprofessional and kept it moving. Won’t be back. They don’t have to worry about me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

A boy worked very badly for me, I cut myself, I paint horrible and I remove the acrylic and hurt my nails, above all I had a confidence without knowing me and throwing me the nail waste 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I paid 60 dollars and it was the worst of my life

This place is terrible I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. I went to get a full set and the next day 2 nails came off. I went in that same day to have them fixed and they told me my nails were only suppose to last one day and wouldnt fix them. I never heard that about acrylic nails. Whenever I get them done they last me at least two week. All they want to do is take your money. Anyone who decides to go here just know that they do not take responsibility for there sloppy work.

I got SPA pedi done just now, my toe got cut, was bleeding when she cut, I told her,she said no problem, pushing my hand away when I tried to point out to show her,and she didnt apologize and keep doing, then she asked me get up when shes done, I finally get chanc to checking my toe, still bleeding, I ask her if she can give me a bondage,then she get a small bottle was liquid inside,she dropped on my toe then ask me to pay her $46, then finally said to me sorry, I said to her back: thank you, finally you apologize to me, Ive been waiting for this,she said me back she did,OMG,please, I think Im done with this place for ever,I usually tip $10-$15 to the nail girls,but today I tip her $4!

Me nails n feet came up to $77 which wasn’t a problem the problem was that my nails broke the next day, they were very thin after I asked for them to do thick acrylic, gel polish bubbles up, and my design looked like a 3 yr old did it, my feet were peeling very bad 2 days afterwards, they didn’t get dead skin even after they charge me extra to do it, I jus will never go here again I wish I could give them 0 stars they’re prices are waayyyyy to high for such bad quality of work

Horrible service I went for a simple gel manicure on my natural nails on Valentine’s Day the gel chipped the next hour ! They tell you what they think is a good idea instead of just listening to the customer. Being in their building is not up-to-date for them to be located in the mall ! First and foremost if I could give this place zero stars I would. My friend and I went to get full sets and they messed up both completely. Bad sets, bad service, they over priced both of us and differently at that. I would never recommend this salon.

This was my first time getting a manicure and it was fair at best, staff was polite but careless and unenthusiastic even after I stated I was looking forward to it and it was my first experience. There was arguing with customers in the background and a bit chaotic. I would go to many other locations before I considered returning.

I got a full set and they did such an awful job! My acrylics are clunky and super crooked and uneven. Although they measured the nails to each hand, they were also different lengths! And when they were using the “drill” on my actual nail, she nicked my finger, it started bleeding, and she didn’t care! Not to mention, when she put the acrylic over it, it burned so bad! Also, the lady working the desk seemed very moody and was not welcoming whatsoever. Overall a terrible place!! I’m never going back, and I highly recommend you don’t go! I’m so disappointed and angry with my nails. Especially because this is the last time I’m going to be able to have long acrylics! So disappointed! I’d give this place -5 stars if I could!!

First of all I would never recommend this place. Poor service and they have no idea how to proper do nails. I went to get my nails done for vacation and I was completely disappointed. They looked terrible I wanted them removed.Zero star. I should have followed the terrible reviews.

I have no idea why I have given this place more than one chance. I get a gel manicure on my natural nails. The three times I have come here the polish chips within 1 to 2 days. I was in a rush and already at the mall. The place beneath them was too busy at the time so I went against my better judgment and came to nail Trix. I got my nails done Thursday and by the next day two nails had broken- and the polish started to come off on another nail. Lotus nails is my normal salon and it lasts about three weeks they do three coats of gel so the polish never comes off and my nails never break. I will never come here again. I am going to get my nails redone after not even a week of having nail trix do my nails. I cannot believe three different people have done my nails here and I have the same problem. Please do not waste your money here!!!!

I’ve never cried so much after having my nails done. I went to get my acrylics removed and replaced with gel. The lady took an acrylic nail and peeled off my acrylics without any acetone or anything. I started bleeding and asked if she could use acetone and she said no because “it takes to long”. My nails are in pain. I’ve never been so upset. If I could give this zero stars I would.

The woman doing my pedicure was rude from the start. Didn’t ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. I asked just to file and not cut, but all she did was cut...a lot! I questioned my nails being jagged and uneven and they all acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying. I used to enjoy going there, and now will never return. Don’t waste your time. My gel nail broke the next day I went back and they tried to charge me $5 when I was already overcharged. My friend and I got the same exact thing but i was charged $45 and she was charged $40. They tried acting clueless so I just left angry. Will never go back.

The women barely spoke to me and when she did, she was very rude. She cut me several times and even messed up my nails. Theyre not properly painted and have white specks in them from her not washing her hands after dealing with other customers while dealing with me. She got paint on my wedding ring and while she was gluing the tips on my nails, messed one up completely and just ripped it off after it had dried. Im not planning on going back.

My daughter was there and they ripped her off. She went in for a full set and they charged her $45. I went back and showed them her nails and asked how much would they charge and they told me $25. I asked them then why did you charge her $45 10 min ago. All the sudden they start saying this extra that extra. She had nails and polish. That’s it. They ripped her off and they didn’t do what she asked. She wanted them shorter the girl told her no it would look bad. She wants them shorter then cut them shorter. She wanted a lighter color and again the lady said no it would look bad. I guess you get what they want to do not what you want then get charged $45. Never again.

I went in for a fill new color and a design. I was charged for more than a full set I was there for an hour and a half 4 of my nails are lopsided and not the same length. And the design was absolutely nothing like what I wanted and not even 20 minutes after I had them done the design started peeling . Very upset and disappointed

I havent been into this salon in at least five years. I went last night to get a pedicure and have my gel polish removed and the one good thing I have to say is that they were able to get me in pretty quickly. I say that because there were no less than three other customers who were sent to sit out in the mall hallway that they seemingly forgot about and when the customers came back in to check if there was a technician available, they were told sorry honey, we are closing soon! Needless to say this created a whole lot of tension, as did the family who came in asking for a manager because the daughter didnt get what she paid for. So, one star for atmosphere. My pedicure was fine. Decent, even. My manicure was atrocious. The tech used a power tool to shave off the gel, instead of soaking my nails in pure acetone, and left flimsy, brittle, uneven nails behind. Im very disappointed, if unsurprised as Destiny USA is going downhill incredibly fast. Oh, and there were very few colors of polish to choose from.

Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady was literally the rudest person ever and she was on her phone constantly while working on my nails. Also didn’t even bother listening to me when I asked for her to fix my nails; said she “would fix them later” but never did lol. Don’t go here it’s a waste of $ and your nails will look horrible.

I was very hesitant going here based on the reviews but decided to go anyways...I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $55...and honestly it was better than alot of the over priced salons. The tech I had was amazing and didnt push me to upgrade. She paid attention to details and was very professional....Now....I also witnessed another tech who was the total opposite....so I guess I got lucky!! Either way. I would go back next time we are in town.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so as this was the absolute worst manicure I have ever had in my life. Not only was the lady rude and pushy, the entire manicure took less than about six minutes. There was no attention to detail, no pampering, no spa-like experience, as promised. The place is filthy and overpriced, and you’ll do yourself a favor by going someplace else.

I went here for pink and white ombre UV gel nails. The guy that I had was very polite and caring. My total of cost was $60. The quality of the product nails were amazing! I was reading reviews on here before I went there and was hoping for the best. I had came here with one other friend. She got regular UV nails. She said that the lady she had was very rude and rushed her out of there 40 minutes before I was even done. My visit was a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes. I really thought that this place is the place to go for pink and white ombre UV gel nails but not regular UV gel nails. I am definitely going back here again. But I am going to go somewhere else to get my fillings because no way would I pay more than half of what I paid for the nails for fillings! Because the fillings were $40. But other than that, I recommend this place!

Went to get a regular manicure yesterday the lady was very nice to me until she realized I was getting regular polish verses gel then consistently asked me (I counted) 8 times if I wanted gel and gave me such an attitude the entire time for getting regular polish just to raise the price. She belittled me and even when I complimented her on her black top she had a monotone response. I tip whenever I can but definitely gave her no tip because she just wanted me to get gel so I could pay more. I do not recommend going here at all I understand business needs money but attempting to annoyingly look down and snobbily bully their guests into getting something more expensive is completely absurd. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL I hope they shut down.

I was looking for somewhere to get a pedicure done (last minute of course-anyone else have procrastination issues??) and every salon I usually go to was closed for the day so I tried this place. Jennifer did a great job on my feet & she was pretty funny! (They also do a really good job with eyebrows, like consistently!) For a better experience overall, I’d say come around there about 2-2 1/2 hours before they close, when it’s a bit more relaxed. You’ll see the difference in your nails in the end ;) and again, I went to Jennifer!!

My gel kept chipping nails damn near deteriorated my nail and the gave my mother a fungus I have pictures how do I add them ?

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. A full set is usually $25, charged me $40.. $40 for crooked, uneven messy nails. Acrylic was all over my cuticles. The acrylic is actually coming up off my nails. I got these done a week ago. The lady was very rude. She kept getting up while doing my nails to help other people. She cut my cuticle on my thumb with the drill and made me bleed. Did not care whatsoever. Not to mention I was in and out within 25 minutes, it definitely takes longer to do nails. Never going back. Ever.

Great customer service and they did a great job

Ive been a faithful client of nail trix for many years now. I have to say Ive never been disappointed. The staff was always polite and courteous. Even during the very busy times they were always able to accommodate me within a reasonable amount of time. Ive never not been able to find a polish I like and anything Ive asked of the tech they have always been able to do. Anytime Ive had a question the manager has been able to help and was polite. They have recently done an extremely big renovation of the salon and it looks like a salon right out of NYC! The finishing touches are elegant and top of the line. Their prices are very fair. I would highly recommend this salon for not only nails but waxings and lashes.

Dont go here if you want your nails to look the way YOU want. They do what they want and assure you throughout that they will look good. If you disagree you get yelled at and they demand you pay anyways. They are more worried about their children that are running around the salon and do not care about what you ask for.

Im not an experienced nail tech but i do my nails enough to know whats the wrong and right way of doing things. First off, they sized the tips too big so the glue got on my skin. Second, they used a really wide brush and slathered too much acrylic to the point that it ran down the sides. Not only that, the tech I got cut the side of my finger with the drill bit, which i didnt notice until it started stinging! Also, what kind of certified tech paints the cuticles? Seriously, I wouldve done a better job on my own.

They are rude, racist, NOT THOROUGH (rush through everything) and are literally known for doing the worst nails in Syracuse. Never visit this place! Went in a group of 3, 1 manicure 1 gel manicure, 1 full set - all terrible.Manicure- terrible top coat and chipped after 1 day.Gel- all wrinkled, 1 nail in particular had to be fixed 3 times; they burned her by the third time and it still was not of quality.Full set- did not understand the shapes, overly angled one side of the nail, and over filed the top of the nail, making them all too short. I had to actually take the file myself and shape my own nail as an example, and she still did not do it correctly.

This was the most painful manicure I have ever gotten. Person doing my nails was extremely rude and laughed any time I said I was in pain. Actual manicure looked awful and was not worth the pain. Nails were uneven due to the extremely rushed experience. Do not go here! Waste of money.

I Came to get my nails done today. I asked for a full set with reg polish. Which is originally $25...if they had to charge me $5 for the shape, im ok with that. But it is UNACCEPTABLE for them to charge me $50. Especially when their work was Horrible. The most hideous, disgusting nails I’ve ever gotten done. The polish was too thick and it wasnt even. It was All over my cuticles. THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL because apparently they don’t know how to do their job correctly. And they were racist. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN.

I got my nails done on Friday for semi and one broke in the shower that same day while opening body wash and another at the dance on Saturday when I hit my hand on someone else’s hand

Im only giving them one star because it is impossible to give none.. I went in strictly for a fill and Jennifer somehow managed to convince me i needed a new set (when this would have been my first fill on the set), either way I got a new set and while she was super-gluing the tips on she super glued her hand to my diamond ring, thankfully littmans was able to get the glue off it for me. She then decided I was going to get gel polish, when i saw what an awful job she was doing with the acrylic itself, i told her i did not want to pay an extra $15 for gel and that i would be getting regular polish. Not to my surprise, she became rude, she even cut me so bad she had to stop filing my nails so I could apply pressure. Then when she was done with the dremel she proceeded to file my nails with a regular file, getting blood all over it. When she was done she just threw the file in her drawer. At that point, I called her out and said excuse me, my blood is all over that file, you dont plan to use it on another customer? She just gave me a dirty look, opened the drawer and tossed the file in the trash. Needless to say, when she was done she didnt get a tip. When I called the manager to complain she told me I could come back and someone else would redo them, never acknowledging the fact that I had already told her multiple times i had a legit gash on my left thumb. I decided not to go back and have any of their nail techs fix my nails because it isnt about the $30 I wasted - its the fact that they are unsanitary. What if i had aids or some other disease contractible through blood and she nicks someone else and used that dirty file on them? I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My daughter and I have gone here twice for gel mani-pedis I say twice but in reality its four times since both times we had to go back two days later and have repairs done to our nails. Both times it was for the job done by the man that has seat 11. The entire nail color would just pop right off. Everyone has an off day so we gave them a second chance. The work done by the ladies lasted about two and a half weeks before chipping and peeling really set in or we wouldnt have gone back at all. If you go, ask for one of the ladies is all I can tell you. They were very nice about fitting us in for the repairs, but that shouldnt be needed both times the same person worked on one of us...

It was our first time ever getting a pedicure today aug 2 2014 husband wrote down he wanted a male and I wanted a female but I guess they didnt care and gave my husband a female, I didnt care really. I had a lot of callus and they didnt remove all of it my feet still feels roughboth women were laughing and giggling which I feel is rude especially when they speak a different language.If you want to speak speak in English or concentrate on your job. I will try a different place next time.

I brung my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time and their attitudes were extremely nasty, I had to go off on them for debating with me over what the length of my teens nails should be, I wanted them a short reasonable length for her age and she felt they shouldve been long, she tried to rush her when she was picking out her nail color and I had to check her for that as well as her DEBATING me what shape SHE was going to do her nails when I told her other wise😡 Ive never experienced service so disgusting in my life. I wouldnt recommend going here, they dont seem to get along with ppl who know what they want and stand up to them about it n wont let them boss You around, I wasnt for the b.s. I didnt appreciate being taken out of character just to get what I wanted and paid for smh

I cant believe they are still in business. Normally I go to the place downstairs below them but they were busy and i was in a hurry....never again. What a NIGHTMARE! My daughter and I went in last week. I was going to my convention this past weekend and wanted to get a specific design done..they can NOT do any kind of design so dont ask. We did pedis and gel manis. First of all..the girl my daughter had decided to take her entire set off and redo them...and I am not sure why and then charge me for a full set when she only had two that needed replacing. The lady that did mine couldnt understand anything I was asking of her even though i was providing pictures. She attempted to do the design which was basically two thick stripes across the nail and then gems. I ended up with these horrible lines..none of the gems lined up..and the gems werent even the same SIZE..some were bigger than others. I paid $155 total for my daughter and I ..as soon as we got out of the salon...I looked at her nails. The gel polish was all over her fingers, and up over her cuticles...it was awful...and then in the light outside I noticed how some of my gems were bigger than others..so we went back in...i had spent a lot of money in there...so instead of giving us a different tech we got the same ones..the one my daughter had was PISSED...and eventually my mom who was sitting next to my daughter demanded another tech because the one that was working on here was burning the hell out of her fingers with both the electric sander and the regular one. It was ridiculous. Meanwhile...the tech i had was all giggling because she put different sizes on...im like umm not amused..i dont have time for this...i ended up with her taking the horrible lines off and the gems because she couldnt do them right so didnt even end up with what i wanted. Right now as I sit here..the top coat has been peeling off my one thumb. The entire manicure is ready to be redone because the gel is chipping off (never had THAT happen before) and the polish was all on the underside of my nails and all over. My daughter...after my mom demanded they give her a new tech..the new lady did a relatively good job..she didnt hurt her..and she did a design for her that was pretty...her nails looked MUCH better than mine. We are a week into our mani pedis...and my nails look like they went thru a battle..normally when i get a gel mani on my gel nails...when i go in to get them done..i go usually after 3 weeks and the only flaw in them is the blank regrowth...i havent even had time for that...they are just chipping and coming off..and dont even get me started on my pedi..normally i can go 4 to 6 weeks with a pedi with out new growth..but these look like someone dragged me down the road with my toes scraping on the pavement. I also felt that the salon wasnt real clean either. Stay away dont even go there....they are unprofessional and your mani pedi wont last.

So I went to Nail Trix with a friend. I need a manicure and she wanted to get eyelashes. The women painted my nails and didnt like the color. She said it would look better with a second coat. So when she put the second coat of nail polish on my first finger I said Im sorry I dont like it can please change the color. She got really upset and said she would charge me extra for a color change, she said I was suppose to tell her when she painted my first finger that I didnt like the color. She was so rude to me and started complaining to the other women there. I said your not going to charge me extra and I did tell you I didnt like the color. So she painted my nails with a different color she did a half fast job. My nails looked awful I could have done a better job myself. My friend had to take her lashes out the next day, her eyes swelled up and were red. Her eyes were so irritated. That is the last time I will ever go there.

So uneven and over thick on my nails weren’t smooth at all

Went to have a mani and full set with daughter. They were very hesitant on it but we instead. While there I was never asked what shap I wanted. My daughter asked for hearts and got flowers and she kept asking the lady where are the heart but was using her Bluetooth instead. While I was getting my full set they got glue all over my finger. Then when the filled my nail I was cut buy the file. Then she barley try getting it off of me. Then had my nails painted they looked okay but wasnt okay how it was being done. Then when arriving home Ive noticed a bump on my nail from not being filled correctly and acrylic stuck to my finger. Never had a problem before and now this.

Everytime i go there, im disappointed, dont do it, youre just gonna be mad at youself

Biggest bunch of scammers and morons i have ever seen. Their work is embarassing. My blind cat can do better. They do not listen probably because they can not understand english. They are dirty, do horrible work and rush everything. Place needs to be shut down

It was horrible they were disrespectful and rude rushed the entire time and showed no pride working there not to mention I waited over 30 minutes to even get a chair when I finally sat down the lady I was given was obviously talking about me with the manager I am very disappointed in their work my nails at the end of the day look bad because they did not take the time and did not listen to what I wanted

Charged me $31 for just a fill, and the nails don’t even look that great. Not worth the money.

Went to nail trix yesterday because my nails really needed a fill in, as a couple were starting to come off. I normally go to nail expo in clay, but they had weird hours due to Presidents Day and I had already been shopping. At first sight everything seemed fine I got my nails done and no one was overly nice, but nothing I really had an issue with. My friend on the other hand did not enjoy the lady she had as she felt she rushed on the nails. Upon leaving I felt great about my nails, but that only lasted 10 minutes. I went to sit down in the food court and noticed in the light how messed up two of my nails were. I even tried to come up with ways I could have done it. However, there was a problem embedded in the gel nail polish, underneath the covering. I am not one usually to complain, but this really made me upset as I had just payed $38 dollars and a tip to this place. I went back politely and very understand over the he mistake. In return I got attitude and I felt very belittled by all the people in there. While fixing my nail (Because I only asked to have one fixed as it was really bad compared to the other) in between the language I didnt understand and English I realized quickly that they were saying that nothing was wrong. She filled down the top covering and reput it on. Which did not fix the problem. Afterwards, she gave an attitude and said better? and I just agreed. After looking again, I noticed not only did she not fix the problem, but she made the nail look worse there is no longer any nail polish towards the tip of my nail. There is also a large mark toward the top. I didnt realize more issues until I had gotten home. One nail he reglued, and was glued on completely crooked. Worst place to spend your money. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone. If it was possible to give this place zero stars I would.

Place sucks got my nails done Friday March 24th Monday March 27th 3 nails are broken off Ive never experienced this with any salon Ive ever went and when I go back in gunnah need a refund!

Took my mother today, they did an awful job. Customer Service is ridiculous as well.
