I had a great first experience they took such good care of my nails and did not rush at all. I would highly recommend going here!

Everyone is really nice but the last 2 times I got dip nails done there were dents and scratches all over them. I went back to get them fixed and they sanded them down a bit and put more top coat on and the scratches were still there. They said that is how it is supposed to look.

The staff was very friendly, did a great job, and worked quickly. My full gel set took 45 minutes and cost $40, which is a great price for the amount of work he put into it! Its very clean and well lit inside. Both my sister and I are happy with it. An added bonus is they were actually gentle. I didnt bleed at all and my sister has very sensitive cuticles and they were accommodating. Will absolutely return.

Great service

I want to be fair with my review, the ladies in this salon are SO sweet but I didn’t feel they were confident doing ombré nails which is a pretty common look now. Also, after not even a full day one of my nails just popped off and I went back, the lady fixed it and was very genuinely sorry. The next day two more broke off and one broke my natural nail in half underneath I think because the acrylic was so thin they just kept breaking. I’ve never had problems like this when getting acrylics and now my fingers hurt so bad. I ended up just taking them all off and will probably try somewhere else once my nails heal. Very disappointed that I paid $60 w tip for a set of nails that didn’t even last two days. :(

I’m giving it two stars because my nails look amazing. I wish i got his name. However. My pedicure was a different story. My feet are so scratched up on the side of my toes, my heels, and the side of my feet, from the tool she used that they look 100% worse than when I went in.

Great place they do a great job!

Very unfriendly. The lady who did my pedicure only spoke to her co-worker in her native language. Never once did she speak directly to me. In fact, instead of asking me what I wanted for my pedicure, she handed me a laminated sheet with titles and prices. I opted for the $30 pedicure and callous removal. But I was charged $35. When asked about the difference in price I was told it was a “men’s extra” charge. I ask why men get charged extra. I didn’t get polish or had anything extra or special done, so why and I charged extra. They said that is the way it is. I asked her if her and a male friend came in and had the same exact meal at a restaurant and was charged extra for being a woman, would that be fair. She ignored me and walked away. I guess they don’t see discrimination in their actions. I will make sure to rate them on yelp and all other social media. If it will get my point across.

I’ve gone to several places and always end up back here! I drive 30 minutes just to come here. Friendly, clean and relaxing environment. I have never had a bad mani or pedi, and they are wonderful with custom designs. Prices are excellent!

Went for a UV gel fill manicure. I’m not from around here so I picked the first nail salon I passed by. What a mistake. The quality is horrible. I believe my first nail tech was named Kim and then she passed me along to another girl whose name I didn’t know but she didn’t speak English at all. The other ladies had to translate for her. Kim left to go lay on the couch in the waiting area bc she was “sick”. Very unprofessional. The whole process felt very rushed and after claiming they can do an ombré look, I felt confident choosing that style. I walked in with ombré nails so I asked if they can recreate the same look. She used all different brushes but couldn’t get it right til I said it’s good enough bc she obviously didn’t know what she was doing. They didn’t push down or cut cuticles, filed them all different sizes and much shorter than I asked for, and they didn’t put lotion on my hands or the hot towel. At least for over $50, I certainly expected all that and assumed that’s the general manicure process everywhere. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, she said that’s just the price. The entire process was less than an hour, where in NYC it takes at least an hour and a half.Now 2 days later, almost all my nails have chipped or completely came off. I am so unhappy. I’ve already gone back home, so I can’t go back to have them fixed. What a waste of money.

This is my favorite nail salon. When things started opening back up after covid.. I went ahead and tried 2 different salons just to try something different. I ALWAYS end up back here and my visit yesterday reminded me why... I called ahead and asked if they could fit me in for a Mani and Pedi. I was told to come right in...when I got there and was in the middle of my Pedi, it seemed like they were getting ready to close ...the lady asked me if I was just getting my feet done and I said, No, my nails too. and asked if that was okay. She said, of course.After that, Kim came over and started doing my nails while I was getting my Pedi...I thought, great they are going to rush this because I came in late ( not realizing they were closing at 7, completely my fault, not theirs) I was Soo wrong, even tho I was getting my nails and feet done at the same time I have never felt more pampered and it took everything in me not to fall asleep I was so relaxed, lol. They took their time even though they wanted to leave and my Mani and Pedi came out BEAUTIFUL!! Not one step skipped and they didnt make me feel like I was keeping them there at all. I am a waitress so I know it sucks when someone comes in last minute and you want to leave. To me, that was amazing customer service. 😊

They are very clean and nice. Not over priced at all. Ive been going here for years.

I like everyone there. They are all nice. Jackie took his time and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them.At Christmas time they all worked long hours and stayed late so quite a few of us could be taken care of!!

I was about the last customer of the evening to walk in and the staff was cleaning, preparing to close for the evening. This did not effect the service I received. The technician spent a lot of time on my hands and repaired 2 nails that were broke. My nails looked beautiful.

Ive been going to this salon for over 4 years and ive never been happier! I randomly stumbled upon the salon on a Sunday that they were in and Ive been going there ever since. Kim is the absolute best at doing my gel manicures and I will never stray away. Would recommend calling ahead to make appts but in the past they are very good about walk ins too if there is time :)

Been to different places on my travels...this nail salon is the worst. Small place with noise as loud as the zoo. No professional ethics. Not only the girl that worked on me does not speak English...she did a horrible job. Only requested her to fix 2 toes that she messed up, instead she wasted my time by taking all the polish off and let another girl worked on me. The whole time they spoke in Vietnamese commenting on what happened, and they were observing the second girl working on me the entire time.They were loud and rude throughout the entire time I was there. Speaking in Vietnamese and laughing the entire time. I requested the $25- basic pedi, then I was charged $30! I didnt want to leave a tip, but I did anyway because that is my etiquette, and for the second girl who did a much better job. I cant believe there is no management to calm the caddiness down.

Kim is great. I got a gel mani in less than 20 mins. Eyebrow wax is great too, doesnt hurt. Got a mani and pedi, gel polish removal and brow wax for $48. This is my new nail salon.

Terrific technicians, appointments not necessary, but helpful.
