Jen Hill is the employee that helped me and my family when we came with our vehicles. She treated us all like family. She was open and honest and put our wants and needs for the vehicles first. Ziebart just robbed me for over 800$$ . Jerry said he would he would remove the scratches. They cleaned the car after me leaving it for 10 hours!!! They clearly over booked there were 10 angry there when I left the car. Jerry is a liar he promised the car would look new. The car looks the same on the outside. They said pay or car stays here. I need a car . Never have I been so scammed in my life. Was told I was getting a call 1 week still waiting. They must have a lot of compliments to go through.Syracuse Ny

Top notch professionalism across the board. Greeters in the parking lot by one of the service technicians and once inside everyone moved with efficiency. David was very courteous and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything I wasn’t sure I wanted. My car was done within the timeframe that was estimated. My car looked showroom quality when I arrived to pick it up. David, Precious and the rest of the staff really know how to make customers feel like we are more than just a customer.

I came in a year ago for a spray in bed liner and undercoating. There was an issue with my back up camera that required diagnosis. I communicated with the team at Ziebart of Syracuse and they worked with me to resolve the issue. Ended up being a minor loose connector. On July 9,2021 I brought my car in for Annual rust proofing and detailing. The staff and management went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The establishment was spotless and every member of their team explained what was being done and answered all my questions. Much to my surprise they also detailed my motor because there was a mix up when my sister had her car done earlier. Chris the manager took responsibility for the error and made sure we were compensated for our time. I definitely will recommend this shop to family and friends, 100+% Satisfied.

It was a very busy Saturday, but check in was easy and after a bit of a wait, Jennifer provided me with extremely efficient, friendly service. I left my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek for Diamond Gloss and rust protection services plus Z-Shield Film application. Upon receiving my vehicle back only 5 hours later, my vehicle and all applications looked amazing! I dropped my car at Ziebart in Syracuse for its annual undercoating. I want to give a thank you to Jen. I had a ride waiting and she went out of her way to ensure I got checked in and taken care of quickly.I also had scheduled interior/ exterior detailing while the car was there. I was apprehensive considering some of the reviews I had read. On picking up my vehicle, I was happy with the result. I felt the drivers floor carpet could have used a little more attention but otherwise my 2017 car looked like new.

This was my first time utilizing Ziebart Rust protection and undercoating on any vehicle I’ve purchased. Andy and Ray at the Hiawatha facility were very professional and educated on their products and services! Even with skilled sales attempts to upsell me into additional services it taught me how I can further the life of my vehicle and increase or maintain value of such a depreciating item like a car. I will be back for sure and am thankful they added such a piece of mind to an already important asset to my family.

Staff is very friendly. Detail Dan was super nice, very helpful & very knowledgeable! He really knows his stuff! Again a huge disappointment as one can see from the pictures. Byron never got back to me after initial conversation, he promised to redo the inner guard cause I was not happy with what they did the first time, dirty mates, numerous spots. I called Byron more than 10 times but he never called back even once. Anyways, the pictures are showing results of redoing the inner guard after I was not satisfied with the first one.I would never get the cleaning done from here ever again.

Rachel did a wonderful job explaining the services available and I was able to get a great service for a great price. The vehicle looks fantastic and it smells wonderful. The waiting area is fully stocked with snacks and coffee as well as DirecTV was available for viewing. The technicians did a great job inside and out and I would highly recommend their services!

The product is solid, but they use a (very) high pressure sales approach. The person I worked with wasnt bad, because I rushed him. But I always walk out of there stressed and feeling anxious.

Went here for rustproofing and paint treatment. Service was mediocre, at best. Very unprofessional attitude by management. I wont be returning for my free annual touch-up for fear of receiving additional damage to my vehicle. Now I know why my dealer doesnt recommend this place.

Ziebart products are the gold standard of the industry. The staff at the Hiawatha Ave location were the best. They treated me with respect and very professionally. You are greeted with a warm welcome. They want to know how to best meet your needs. I was there for an annual inspection however I chose to purchase additional services (2019 RAM 1500 Classic). The products were explained to me and there was no pressure to buy. They wanted to educate me on the products and services and choices I could make. With every customer I saw come through the door while i was waiting, each one was treated with respect and professionalism. One customer was visibly upset. They calmly talked with him, brought him to an office to have a one-on-one conversation off the showroom floor. I saw him leave with a smile and handshake. I cannot praise the staff I dealt. I needed a good interior detailing and knew in the past they did a great job. I got an approximately $300 interior and exterior detail. Quality of the job relative to the cost was not there or comparable to what they have done in the past. Car seats were left dirty and then protecting compound was put over the dirt. Removable trunk carpet was also not thoroughly cleaned. Front floor carpets were less than acceptable. I complained when I picked up the car, but they only removed a have ripped bumpersticker off the back that they forgot to remove. Car was brought back out without anything else done and the representative just disappeared.Thank you for the response, but I already tried to to have them fix it and they dissed me. Why would calling make any difference?

I wrote a review two days ago regarding service I recieved at the Cicero NY location. I had reached out to that location regarding my concerns with no response and sent a email and recieved a call from Precious who helped me with my rust claim out at the Hiawatha Blvd Syracuse NY location she was calling to tell me that she had gotten my refund approved for the service from Cicero and that manager should of called me regarding said credit. I must say Precious has fantastic customer service skills, problem solving skills and very professional and very personable and made me feel at ease. I am satisfied with getting a refund and my rust repaired. Without her and my salesman from Romano Volkswagen (Don Sardella) I think my outcome would not have been as favorable. I payed over 800 dollars for my Environmental package and today I got checked at the Watertown Z-bar and apparently the Syracuse ziebart did not apply half of the things they were supposed to now I am out of my pocket another $300 to reapply the things that the Syracuse office did not do.

I originally had a problem. The rustproofing that I purchased along with my Rhino lining was not actually done. When I called to make a followup appointment to respray the undercoating I was informed that they had no record of the undercoating by a manager Precious.Upon calling back I spoke to a different sales manager Caitlin (Precious was out of the office) who was very rude and unprofessional. I was very unhappy. She ranted at me that I should have known my purchase didnt happen and it wasnt their fault. I explained that I knew I did purchase it and the dealership I went through along with the approximate date. After I requested she contact the dealership to prove she berated me again and very unconvincingly (sarcastic) said she would check into it. For a mistake Im sure can happen, I was floored that I was in the middle of a 10 minute phone call 90% of it was how everything was my fault with 0 attempt at moving to find answers or rectify my issue if information could be presented to prove my claim.I then got ahold of the dealership myself a few days later and they confirmed they had 0 contact with Caitlin or Zeibart. They had the paperwork sent over on my request and was called back by Precious who was amazing. Her personality was very polite, caring and professional. Their appointments at this late time of the year were booked over 3 weeks out but she found a cancellation to fit me in the next few days. On top of that Precious also had my truck detailed with tire cleaning as well even though I had never requested any additional service or complained to her about Caitlin.This went from a horrible review to a really good one. Whatever they pay Precious isnt enough. I cannot speak highly enough of great she is at customer relations, her positive energy seems neverending and her followup a few days after all services were taken care of (including the extras I had no idea were happening), showed how much she cared about getting it right.5 stars for Precious, I truly hope Zeibart knows what they have there.

Precious was extremely helpful with a concern we had regarding our vehicle. She maintained communication with us before and after the shutdown due to Covid-19 about the status of our claim, consistently giving us updates throughout. We appreciate the professionalism and patience she showed us.

Scheduled my first annual undercoat touch up. Went in and sat down with the Ziebart rep. She tried up selling me on a higher ziebart package. I told her I just wanted my annual touch up and she would go into her rebuttal script. After 4 times of trying to upsell me, it gets kind of annoying. They did a good job at respraying under my truck, just didnt care for the consistent badgering of trying to upsell.

Had my truck undercoated to two days. What a great service. I have a 2013 Dually from Texas. One month in NY and it was started to show rust. The sales service was excellent. The truck looks amazing. Thanks!

A year ago we paid for a detail service in the cab and engine compartment of our Dodge Ram. After the truck came back and I had a moment at home to inspect the truck, we found several issues that weren’t satisfactory. I called directly to the store and spoke with someone about the issue. They said the would put a note in the system and offer to re-do the service. I asked if we could wait a year to do it when we bring the truck in for the under carriage service as we lived out of town. Zeibart agreed and fast forward one year to this year. I saved the email as I had my doubts they would actually remember and honor the free detail. When I arrived, they did read their notes and the same girl remembered the conversation from a year ago. Everyone there was very professional and they did an excellent job while owning up to their promises. I highly recommend using Zeibart for detailing and undercoating as their service and quality is 5 star and top notch! Thank you again from a very satisfied customer!

I had a Saturday appointment, showed up the following Monday morning with my Family to pick up the vehicle and we ended up sitting in the waiting room for 45 min while, come to find out later, they were doing it while we were in the waiting room.Rather than being honest about it, they lied to my face and allowed me to drive away with it still wet. Salesmen Andy Ashkar litterly lied to my face.Called to complain, after 3 weeks of no call back, I called Precious back and she gave me some mix up reasoning .. yada yada yada.If this is the type of people youre dealing with here, its worth a post for a heads up for other customers. Very happy with my service today! Andy & Andrew made the check in process painless. As expected Andrew offered other packages, hey it’s sales I get it, when I declined there was zero pushy-ness to change my mind. He said no problem and got the truck right in. He offered me a place to work while I was waiting and kept me up to date on my trucks progress. I had a time deadline due to a meeting and he got me out way before I needed. Very appreciative! This is my 4th vehicle I’ve taken here and I know I’ll be back with the next! Highly recommend!!

The entire staff is always friendly and pleasant to work with. Obviously theyre going to try and up-sell the service but when a 7 year old truck comes back looking brand new, its worth it. They really are top notch.

Just got my car detailed and I’m pretty sure the seats are dirtier and they didn’t even touch the back . Crumbs and dog hair still back there . I don’t think they even looked in the back of the car . I’m so mad . The amount of money I spent on that, it should be spotless . I will give it one star because the outside looks good .

So I originally brought my truck to the Cicero location and they did a not so good job on my undercoating. I brought this to the attention of management and they set me up a appointment for the Syracuse location to get it redone for free of charge and they did extacly that and from the start I was met with excellent customer sevice by there front desk receptionist ( Precious ) and throughout this process she took care of my vehicle and my needs with no questions asked. This particular location did a detailed underspray and much better job then the previous location. From my understanding they have all new staff here at the Syracuse location and seem to be doing a fantastic stand up quality job at what they do.Thank you to the entire staff and team here for your great work.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. Michael told me he would have have them work fast on the undercoating as I had to wait there for it to be done, and he was good to his word. My wait was much shorter than usual. He was very polite and professional and so was everyone else.

Syracuse Ziebart does a great job detailing my Mazda each year, and keeping it looking like brand new. I purchased the rust protection package from the car dealership back in 2012 for exactly this purpose. Since it has done this, Im very satisfied with my purchase. And the team here is super friendly and pays attention to the details (Mike, Matt, Megan, and Joel, and of course the guys out back). Not a dust particle or pet hair can be found in the interior. And the outside looks fantastic. Im also appreciative of the deals they have offered over the years so look out for those. Now going on 6 renewal visits, and getting my work truck done here, this review is long overdue. Thank you.

I have found the service to be generally inconsistent - sometimes its good, and sometimes really bad! I recently had some paint protection and undercoating work done to two of my vehicles. Product and workmanship was poor.

They try to haggle ever cent with add ons and say they have payment plan. Don’t do the payment plan they go through a sketchy 3rd party agency called FORTIVA. I haven’t had my car long enough to see a difference so I’m not calling them out on that. Just if you go here be aware about how you pay.

Great job done by all.A year later I had some problems with the film they applied and Precious took care of everything under warranty for me. I appreciate her attention to my situation. Today I took my 2018 Jeep Cherokee to Ziebart for its annual warranty maintenance. It looks brand new! Our consultant, Andy, was friendly and professional. He recommended a film package to further protect the vehicle from stone and other debris chips. As I plan to keep my Jeep for a long time this is a wise investment that I highly recommend. I went to get my car winter ready, hasnt been a month yet and the plastic layer they put on is already falling off. The sells people are just vultures. I dont recommend this place to no one.

The manager Jenn is AWESOME at the Syracuse Ziebart location. She has made sure that 3 of my cars in the past 3 months has been taken car of to the fullest. The latest car, which is a Lightening Blue Mustang GT 5.0 had the Z-Gloss put on it. This is a new product and my husbands car looks absolutely AMAZING. This car definitely turns heads especially now since it has the Z-Gloss on it. The people I have dealt with at Ziebart have always been so nice and welcoming.What kills me is that my brand new car came with scratches from the dealership and even after their paint job guy supposedly fixed the scratches didnt as they were still there. Jenn ordered the right paint and stated that she wanted to get this done herself as they wanted to make sure it was done right before we had the Z-Gloss put on it. The car has no scratches or anything. If there were one word that I can describe Ziebart with it would be AMAZING!!! If you love you car and want it taken care of the right way, go to Ziebart of Syracuse or Cicero as Jenn works with both office. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!
