Highest quality auto detailing I’ve ever had done. It made my work truck look like brand new. Worth every penny.

The Shine Box did an excellent job on my interior detail. Someone spilled something very gross on my open passenger window, which then got down into the window track inside the door. They managed to get all of it clean, going so far as to open up interior panel of the door to ensure it was all cleaned out.Even under considerable time pressure, they performed above and beyond expectations. My interior looks brand new, and smells clean and fresh! Their prices were reasonable, and the owner is friendly and goes out of his way to acomodate his clients. I highly recommend the crew at the Shine Box to anyone who wants their interior to sparkle!

Ive been going there for about 7 yrs they just did my F-150 and its shining like a baby bottom and the owner Joseph was there on site and all my special request was fulfilled to the,T i highly recommend the were shine-box

I just picked up my truck from them and let me tell you it looked amazing and practically brand new again I am a mother with five children so any mom knows how the backseat can get pretty sticky with candy and french fries and whatever else your children decide to throw in the backseat and my truck was in some seriously rough shape But they brought my truck back to life and made it look brand new once again Joseph and his team took such good care of my car I am so very happy he even offered to drive me back to my home which was almost 40 minutes away from his shop if I didn’t have a ride that was very thoughtful of him they will forever have my business and I feel that their price was very fair

Spent the $150 hoping I see some difference, rather than a vaccum and cleaner engine, I didnt see more. They did something with the front end of the car that made it look worse! Dont waste your money, go to some reputable place

I was just referred by a good friend to the shinebox detail shop so I called the number on the website and spoke to the owner personally. he was very knowledgeable and courteous, i was comfortable so i made an appointment with him. the gentleman who worked on my car did an outstanding job, he steam clean my engine it looks brand new. they shampoo the interior got all the tough stains out. he also buffed the car out, called it two stages, he said first buff with compound and wool pad then glazed and waxed buffed it instead of hand waxing. it has a mirror finish, they were very courteous and reasonably priced. I will be getting details twice a year on both vehicles. thank you shinebox and staff.

Nice place to do business good workmanship, friendly folks easy to work with plus they are a small business and we need to help all small business which is why I chose them instead of corporate America and I have no regrets, Joe is a quality guy and David is one hard worker as it was one of those nasty hot hot days and the car looked great when I got it back RECOMMENDED.

I was referred to Shine Box by my neighbor. He told me that they did an awesome job on the exterior of his work van. He had some surface rust and they were able to make it unnoticeable. I also had rust on my vehicle and I said I would give them a try. I made an appointment online and shortly thereafter received a phone call from who I believed to be the owner. He quoted me a price for a complete detail, in and out and told me what it involved. I made my appointment for the following Saturday and dropped it off Friday evening. It wasnt until approximately 6pm Saturday evening that I received the call that my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and they were finishing up. I was asked to take a look and was shown the engine and interior. The rust spots were sanded and were not as noticeable as before. My vehicle at the time appeared to look 90% better than when I dropped it off. I brought it home and parked it and didnt go anywhere else until Monday morning. Monday morning I began to notice things that were missed during the detail. The air vents were still dusty, there was still dirt in the crevices of the seats and beneath the seat belt buckles. It was raining that day as well and I noticed that my rear windshield wiper was stuck in an upright position. When I turned it on, it worked, however did not make contact with the window. In addition, the wiper no longer remained completely on the window and went below it. I reached out to the owner and he never acknowledged me. I sent photos of what was not cleaned during the detail an there was no response whatsoever. For the amount of money that I paid, I was expecting quality work and better customer service. I will not be returning to the Shine Box and will not be recommending their services.**UPDATE** 5/31/19I received a phone call from the owner of Shine Box about a week and a half ago indicating that he had heard I had a bad experience at his business. He wanted to know how he could rectify the situation and try and make amends. I said that I would be willing to give his business a second chance and he offered a gift certificate for a complete detail for the upcoming Saturday. The owner called me again a couple days later to confirm that I was coming and I assured him that I was.I brought my vehicle back on Saturday, 5/25 (my birthday) at 9AM and once again left it in the hands of an employee there. From the beginning, I felt welcomed. It is obvious that he was anticipating my arrival. He addressed me by name and explained what he was going to be doing to my vehicle. There was a miscommunication earlier in the week when I spoke to the owner because we had initially agreed that I would bring my truck to his shop and he would bring me back home because I did not have a ride. The employee at the shop was accommodating because he offered to take me home without thinking twice which was appreciated. He brought me home and stated he would give me a call when he was done.Later in the evening, between 5 and 6PM, I received a call from the employee of Shine Box stating that he was done with my vehicle. I still did not have a ride to pick it up, so he offered to bring it to me. He arrived shortly thereafter and the truck was immaculate. He actually had cleaner still in his hands and was wiping as he was explaining to me everything that he did. He cleaned all of the locations that were missed the first time and some that I had knew nothing about. I commend Shine Box for reaching out and offering to right their wrong. The employee that took care of me this time was awesome and he is an asset to the Shine Box. He made the experience better the second time around.

I brought a salesmans car-white car with light interior in that we couldnt market because of the condition of the interior and was astonished & how nice it came back. Since then Joe has always been our go to for any of our mishaps or if we just want to get something right! He is truly a gentleman who takes pride in his business. I highly recommend him to all of my family & friends!

Outstanding, is one word to describe the service, professionalism, and quality of work they do. I own two cars a 2016 Kia Cadenza & a 2009 Honda Civic . Cleaning my cars is not something I keep up on. The honda is the car I transport my 90 pound shepard /lab mix dog in and needless to say the hair and doggie dander can pile up . After the hard winters of Syracuse the cars rugs are embedded with salt. My rugs never looked better, the interior is gleaming and my paint is shining like it came off the showroom floor. The word (Shine) in the name the Shine Box is 100% accurate. Great job and great service. Thank you., you now have a customer for life.
