I needed some wheels road force balanced for a road trip i was getting ready to take. I gave them very little notice and not only did they get it done, they got it done early. Have been bringing my cars here for a while now. They are always friendly, professional and prices are not outrageous. They only perform work if it needs to be done. Took my 2020 in for inspection. They took extra time as it needed an oil change. They found a small screwdriver inside my tire! Seriously??....why didnt AAA find it when they fixed my leaking tire??? Thanks, Johns Auto. Great experience with the staff, very courteous. I work long hours and was able to drop my car off before my shift, they had my car done and ready for me to pick up after my shift, no having to find a ride home and back. They have definitely gained a new customer here!

Had problems with gas leaking. Stopped by Johns to discuss this problem. The staff was very professional from Karen who welcomed me to Bill who worked on the car and kept me advised on what was happening. Price wise I dont believe I could have gotten the repairs cheaper. Real good prices and they dont try to sell something not needed. This was my first time there and I will use Johns Auto Care in the future. They make you feel like a long term customer and part of the family.

Fist time using Johns. I dealt with Mark during this repair services. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Did not treat me like I didnt know anything about cars. Explained things in detail even though it was a straight forward brakes and rotors replacement. They even went and did a once over on my car to make sure everything else looked ok, did a battery check even though I hadnt asked free of charge. Work was done within the day. They were very prompt with calls and someone was always there to pick up the phone within a couple rings. I highly recommend Johns.

I called Johns in the morning, they were able to squeeze me in that day on short notice. I have performance tires/wheels of an irregular size which required a touchless tire machine. My first experience with John’s auto was in 2002 when I bought my first Chevy lumina it was a 1999. I first heard about John’s auto from my grandfather who had been with them since the day they opened. Every time I go in there I have a fun wonderful experience even when I am frustrated to learn about the problems with any of my vehicles they have always been there to help me out and give me the best advice even help me too find a new place that would allow me to buy a new car which I absolutely loved and was appreciative of. Whenever someone asked me where I should go I always recommend John. I love this place. They are always fair and honest, but most importantly friendly. I have had WAY too much work done on my car, and it is always here that I choose to bring it. You KNOW they are quality when they were recommended by a different garage who didnt have time to do the work on my car and told me Johns is where he sends folks when he cant do it.Edit: The bad news is that my car is in the shop...AGAIN. The good news is that Johns Auto treats me so well, I came to write a glowing review and forgot I already had. When they couldnt get me an appt. until early June, they told me to bring it in to make sure it was safe enough to keep driving until then. It wasnt. So, they kept my car to fit it in and brought me home. I cant tell you how much my family appreciates this kind of service.

My car wouldn’t travel past 40mph on the highway. I was referred to John’s since I’m from out of town and needed to get home. He took my car in right away and test drove it. He ran diagnostics on it and found error codes with my crankshaft. He presented all the potential problems and solutions and never pressured me into getting any repairs. He was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable getting repairs done with him by giving me all facts so I can make an informed decision. He was able to fix the sensor which removed the error codes and I was able to make it back home that same day. John and his daughter were very helpful and if I lived in the area I would definitely use them again.

I was told that I could bring my car right in and they will check the code for the check engine light. They got my car in within 24 hours for analysis and repair. I requested a couple of additional maintenance items and when time was short, they had a loaner car so I wouldn’t miss my Covid vaccine appointment. The online scheduling was very easy. The appointment was timely and they were willing to bring me to where I needed to go while they did the inspection. A staff member disinfected the car prior to me re-entering.Top quality service all the way around.

Update: After leaving a review John contacted my husband (his number is the one in their files) and is working with him to fix my concerns. I appreciate the the prompt response to the issues that I was concerned about in my original review. Mechanically speaking, the original issues we had brought it in for were fixed and fixed well. This business owner does seem to really care about the work that is performed in his garage and taking care of his customers. Theres not many business owners out there that will step up like John has when mistakes happen.Had my Cadillac in for a check engine light/overheat. Then decided to have the defrost fixed there too. Not only did they chip up my wood trim inside trying to get to the defrost (never bothered telling me), but they threw in a “free” headlight restoration which was never asked for and chipped the paint in multiple places around my lights (also didn’t mention it to me). I have the new headlights sitting in my garage so myself not my husband would’ve ever asked them to touch them. Was just going to replace the trim inside which will cost another couple hundred and say nothing, but seeing the swirls from the buffer on my clear coat and the chips in the paint, I’m fuming.

Huge shout out to Johns Auto Care! Thursday when my car died I had it towed to them. Called ahead they said they were booked till Monday if an opening came up they would get the car right in. Needless to say they got the car in Thursday by the end of the day and got it finished up Friday motning! Now that’s what I call customer service and reliability in and out in a day! And they saved me a trip from getting the inspection done somewhere else!

I went to Johns Auto Care when another auto repair service Id been going to could not properly diagnose and repair a vehicle issue i was having with my 2004 Ford. One of those, runs fine at the garage, but not when Im in it, issues. The mechanics a Johns Auto Care diagnosed the issue, advised me of what needed to be repaired/replaced, told me what the cost would be, and with my approval did the required service to repair my vehicle. Ive returned for other issues since then and Im very satisfied with the all around customer service and automotive repair service they provide. I drove past Johns Auto Care for years not realizing the best automotive repair shop in the area was right in front of me the whole time.

I just recently were here to get my truck Krown sprayed and this place is very nice. The people at the counter are friendly and the mechanics that came into the waiting area to talk to other customers were very nice as well. I got the impression that most all the people in the waiting area had been there before. Everyone was talking to each other as if they were all friends. The spray job on my truck was very good, you could clearly see they hit everything under the truck and inside the panels. Based on my hour long observations waiting for the truck, I would not hesitate to send my vehicle there for other services.6/8/2021 Update - I just had Johns change my oil this morning and as I expected was a great experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes. All the fluids were checked, my oil changed, and air pressure adjusted in my tires too. This place is full of really nice people, they greet you as you walk in the door. Thanks again for making my visit a good one and will see you again soon for the Krown and inspection!
