I called Kevin in a panic at 6:30pm because I had spilled a gallon of paint all over the back of my 2021 Lincoln and needed serious help. Not only did the paint leak through every crack it could get into but it dried in thick layers all over the leather and fabric. Kevin had me come over right away and worked on my car all night and all the next morning to make sure the paint was off of every crevice of the interior. I highly recommend going to him for auto detailing. He is a professional and kept me up to date with everything as he was doing it. When I picked up my car he gave me a walk through of everything that he was able to fix and showed me areas that I would have to bring the car back for because if he put any more chemicals on the leather it would leave it eroded. I cannot recommend Kevin and Terry enough. They do an excellent job and are very reasonably price. Don’t waste your money going to delta sonic. Kevin had my car looking somehow cleaner than when I bought it. I spilled oil on my carpet and he assured me he would be able to get it out and did, where others couldn’t. Kevin was extremely polite and kept me informed of the progress of my car along the way.

Kevin detailed my car and did an absolutely amazing job!!! When I tell you my car was filthy, my car was FILTHY!! Inside and out hadn’t been washed in years!! Now it looks brand new! He even made sure to sterilize due to Covid. It smells so good, my garage even smells good now. Also, my due date is just a week away and I needed it cleaned so they made sure to squeeze me in that day. They had it done same day! Kevin really put in a lot of work! I’d recommend this place and Kevin to anyone needing their car detailed! You’ll get more then what you pay for!

From my first contact when I called until my car was handed back to me, I experienced nothing but courtesy, professionalism and pleasantness. A man named Kevin did all of the work. My car looks brand new!!! And smells better too!! All those tiny little whatevers that get stuck between the seats and everywhere else are gone!!! The stains on the seats are gone!!! I am totally pleased with the service I received and all for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend!!

Kevin did an AMAZING job! He spent the entire day detailing my car and it literally looked brand new when I picked it up. He sent me photos throughout the day to update me on progress and when I went to pick it up, he walked me through the whole car to make sure I had a chance to look over everything . I have a German Shepherd who I bring in the car very often, so he really had his work cut out for him and he did an AMAZING job. He was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. I cannot say enough great things about Kevin and the team at Terry’s. I called yesterday requesting some assistance with the interior of my vehicle (unfortunately, my poor cat had an accident in the backseat while on a road trip this weekend). By 5 o’clock today, Kevin had cleaned and detailed the entire inside and outside of the vehicle for the extremely reasonable price of $150 (from my understanding, they are currently running a special on this deal). He also noticed some additional scratches on the passenger door and the roof of the car. He offered to take a look at them and asked if I would be comfortable spending another $50-$100 for the additional repair. I just picked up my car now and it literally looks like a new vehicle. Kevin offered to reach out to me in a few days to make sure I was completely satisfied, especially with the state of the backseat after it has completely dried. The professionalism and excellent communication of this company is unmatched. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone, I felt completely comfortable with Kevin and the team, knowing they would take the very best care of my vehicle. I also appreciated how honest he was about the additional cost of the scratches on the side of the car and the roof. For the record, he quoted me a price that was half of what other detailing companies had quoted me. I 100% recommend this company to anyone who is even considering detailing their vehicle!!! Kevin did an amazing job detailing my car. I had to check the VIN number to make sure that he didnt replace my car with a new one. Got stains out that I thought I just had to accept as part of my car. I called last minute and was able to be seen the same day and got my car back the same day. Highly recommend!

I bought a used 2019 2 door civic sport who was driven by a smoker. The dealer covered it up somewhat successfully, but the smell was pretty intolerable for me (non smoker). I did some research about cleaning it myself and a bunch of fancy gadgets came up… after a bit I decided to just go to a professional. I called Kevin and told him about the machines- he laughed at me and said “miss lily, none of those fast new machines will be as good as time and some elbow grease” .. I hired him immediately. He spent almost 6 hours cleaning my car top to bottom to top to bottom and I can’t believe it but the smoke smell is GONE. He was super communicative and professional but also just a good guy and honest and hard working. Kevin is the man, I will never go to another detail shop.

Highly recommended!! Hi All. My 2018 Jeep was in need of a major detailing and after reading Terrys online reviews I decided to give them a try. I was directed to Kevin and he was AMAZING!!! I had honestly neglected my vehicle and it was full of dog hair, mud and just plain filthy when I dropped it off. Kevin was very professional, I had the interior and exterior fully detailed and it was totally transformed back into looking just like new! He did an excellent job and even texted me photo updates of my vehicle overhaul throughout the day, plus when I went to pick up the vehicle he went through all the detailing he had done to make sure I was happy; even the engine compartment was sparkling clean. Did an absolutely great job on detailing the inside of my husbands truck. Price was absolutely the best deal by far! Other places I had called, were at least double or triple the price. Terrys worker was extremely nice and right on time when he siad he would be done.Wish I had taken before pictures. Truck was pretty gross before hand. Down to a stain of spilled cup of coffee on the passenger seat. Will definitely be using them again. Any other place youre overpaying.

Awesome from beginning to end! I will never go anywhere else. My car was a disaster! Horrible! It was like a dumpster fire in there. Embarrassing when anyone got inside. It looked like I was running a daycare in my little car. Crumbs, stains, the whole works in every crack and crevice. When I picked it up it looked and smelled like a brand new car! Impeccable. I couldn’t believe it. In and out same day. Best customer service I have experienced ANYWHERE in a long time! They keep you updated. Honest. Great people. Great personalities. Super friendly. Ii new after talking with them that I would get back a a brand new car. They were able to get me in quickly and very accommodating. I’m a little OCD so I knew it would be hard to impress me fully. There were a few very small corners missed by the naked eye but know one has every made me happy for the price as this place has. I paid 70 for a full inside detail and a wash on the outside. I tipped the man 10 who actually did the cleaning. All and all very good job.

My car needed a great detail because the automatic car washes werent cutting it. Kevin at Terrys Auto Detailing was OUTSTANDING! So personable and really is passionate about what he does. I had an appointment and needed my car by 1230, he said he wasnt finished and would like if I could bring it back once I finished so he could spend more time perfecting it!!! Im so glad I found Terry’s auto detailing! After calling multiple car detailing places around Syracuse I found that the general pricing was $300-350 and up for a full detail service. I decided to give Terry a call and from day one I had a great experience! Awesome Auto Detail Garage. Eat dino bbq or choose from several other restaurants while you wait. I brought my 2015 Chevy SS to Terrys for the first time and my car looks better than it did when i drove it out the showroom. They cleaned the smoke off my windows inside and washed waxed and shined my whole car and my chrome rims Thank you Terry and crew. I first learned of Terrys auto detailing talents over 10 years ago when he was working out of a garage on Grant Blvd on the West side of Syracuse. Since then, hes been offering his services on North Clinton St near the Dinosaur BBQ for the past several years.When I arrived for pick up today, my shiny ride was pulled out of the building and Terry was circling the car to touch it up. The white paint finish was smooth to the touch and gleaming, with obvious attention paid to the front end that was previously covered in bugs, as well as other trouble spots. He commented about how much he liked my car and how several people had stopped by to admire it as he was working.Terry walked me around the car, taking great pride in showing me the quality of his work on everything, such as the wheels, interior, and engine bay. Everything was just absolutely stunning as Terry had clearly taken the time and effort to detail my car to a near showroom new state. Even now, a few hours later, I find myself continuing to admire his detailing and discovering new little finishing touches that he completed as part of his service.

I found Terry online and decided to give him a try, as my little one spilled milk all over the carpet in my new truck. When i picked up my truck from him, it was BETTER then when it rolled off the truck at the dealer. He is more affordable and does a MUCH better job then the competition. I will be going back to him for sure.
