I brought my car to Donofrio’s on the advice of several friends. I was greeted by Mike Sr. Who was friendly and he appraised the damage to my car. The did excellent work at a fair price and it was completed as promised . This will definitely be my go to place for any future body work. My wife will be bringing her car here for some minor scratch repairs. If e could give them a higher rating, I would.

Incredibly helpful, honest, kind, and fast. I wish we hadnt moved out of state because a mechanic like this is a rare and treasured resource. Id give them 20 stars if I could. Not even slightly an exaggeration.We came 350 miles to get their help while we visited family. Their turnaround after replacing parts, doing diagnostics, and checking other problems I was worried about was literally 24 hours. We found them after hitting a box spring on the highway 3 years ago. They completely rebuilt our car and matched the paint perfectly. You cant even tell that the entire front end was ripped off and they never compromised on repairs and kept costs close to budget. The car looks brand-freaking-new.

Friendly shop that has so much talent and efficiency in their craft. I sent in my car to get the bumper redone and I got it back in mere days! It came out looking just as new. The paint was matched exactly and I saw no flaws. They made sure I got the best price possible. I would give them 10 stars if I could, and that is absolutely not an exaggeration.

Donofrio’s ranks among the best in my opinion. Mike Sr & Jr demonstrate a solid work ethic, knowledge and proven ability. They are about building relationships and providing the type of environment that left me with a great impression. They are honest and communicate clearly. My car was ready ahead of schedule and looked beautiful! They are all about empathy (as Mike Sr said: “I know what it is like to be without a car”) They understand a customer’s perspective. I haven’t felt this way in a long time when dealing with car issues…my experience was purely 5-star from beginning to end with everyone I dealt with.

A great experience. They took great care to make my vehicle look better than it had before my accident. They also made the time without my vehicle painless. My rental was at the shop the day I dropped off my vehicle and they took care of he return when I picked my vehicle back up! They worked seamlessly with my insurance agency even though they were not a preferred repair facility. Well, they are now Preferred by me!
