I would give 6, 7, 8 stars here if I could – Mo could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. Recently I noticed the sound of water sloshing around in my engine. I had no idea what it was but worried it could affect the cars performance or even do damage and I had a 250+ mile drive to do in a few days. I called ASA on a Saturday morning (when almost every other mechanic in Syracuse was closed) and even though I didnt have an appointment Mo told me to come right over so he could check it out. He and Brian took care of me as soon as I arrived and billed a totally reasonable rate, especially considering the short notice. Cannot recommend ASA highly enough. Thank you, Mo!

I called and told them my issue. My car Toyota Camry started but would not drive. Had it towed to the shop, he called me an hour later telling me I can come pick it up. Very reasonable price repair. Friendly Mechanics I’ll recommend these guys every time. Legit happy customer will do future business. Thanks Guys.

All I have to say is that Mo is wonderful. My car was parked near his shop on N.Salina and would not start. In a panic I went into ASA Auto on N.Salina and Mo stopped the work he was in the middle of and helped me get my car started. So thankful. Mo was professional and kind and when the time comes I will take my car to him as he has turned me into a future customer. Thank you Mo!

Mr. Mo and Ali, they are excellent people, they gave me a lot of good advices and helped me to fix lighting issue in my car right away which it took about 5-10 minutes. They do all kind of car repairs. I highly recommend this place!!!

ASA is very professional. The mechanic Mo is very nice and shows actual problems I have. Let me know what they will do and what kinds of parts they will replace. After repairing, the mechanic did driving testing several times to make sure everything going well. They are really trustable and reliable.

Best experience ever . They were amazing my car was recently in an accident, my 2017 and I was devastated lucky no one was hurt but I was afraid that my car wouldnt be the same. After having ASA auto take care of the issue and repairs, my vehicle was better than it was before. They offer great vibes and excellent service they gave me an estimated time of how long it would take for my car to be fully repaired and they met that expectation they are very professional and extremely reliable. Very professional staff recently went there for what I was told was a 5 hour job for wheel bearing ball joint and tie rod job they had my car driving like new within 2 hours absolutely would recommend anyone to go here great prices and they make you feel like family definitely will be returning

We were driving up to Syracuse for the day when the hood to our Subaru started to pop open and wouldnt stay shut. It was Saturday, and I was worried that we wouldnt find anyone to help us. We live in Ithaca, and had a one hour drive home and we had our son and my mother in the car. I called ASA and they were concerned that the hood could pop open and break our windshield. They encouraged us to drive straight to them where they met us on out front of their shop and fixed the hood free of charge! They wouldnt even accept a tip! We were so impressed with this repair shop! I highly recommend ASA Auto Repair!!!

I would not do nothing at all when my vehicle was acting Weird with engine and sounds pops up as well all lights in disborad were on ! I was driving by an ASA Auto and they were very helpful in such a life saver position and this is true when actions speak louder .I do Highly recommend my dearest friends in SU and dont let no one ripped you off.
