They took my truck in right away, completed the work quickly and the price was reasonable.

My boyfriend bought his car there and since he picked up the car he started having problem after problem. When the car was ready for pickup he was driving the car back home and heard a loud noise on the car. He went back to the dealer and had to leave the car back there. The second time he picked up the car he was driving the car home and the same noise came on, he turns around and leaves the car there for them to fix. The third time he picked the car the engine light came on after 1 day of having the car. He returned back with the car and they fixed the problem. However after that the tire light came o and the engine light also came on within 5 months of having the car. The worst deal ever!!

Ive been struggling to find somewhere to take my car in MA for an inspection after my mechanic closed. I did my research and stumbled upon Showcase. I have an older car (2007), so naturally I was hesitant to try a place Ive never been before. Needless to say, Im so glad I went! The receptionist was friendly and my car passed! Not to mention, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will be coming here for my next inspection!

I have been a consistent customer for over nine years. Our family has purchased fine Toyota’s, Honda’s, Ford’s and Chevy’s from them. All our vehicles are well serviced here. The thing that impacts me the most is that I can count on Showcase. Working as a traveling nurse to all sorts of locations at odd hours means I need to be safe. If problems arise, they stay on the line with me, help arrange for tows and resolve the mechanical problems. Further, they make sure I can work and have safe transport during repairs and COVID. Best of all, they listen even when I don’t explain things mechanically but medically with the vehicles. I love my new car. Bottom line, I remain a loyal customer because I am well taken care of!

They gave me a great price and I couldnt be happier.When I had a fender bender recently, Freidy took care of all of the body work and dealt with the insurance company for me. I dropped my car off and picked it up, better than new, a week later. Cant recommend these guys enough.

What a joke. I have a previous business relationship with the owner and have done business in the past with no complaint. I thought my experience would be similar to previous ones but it was not. They chose the incorrect part to buy but still expected me to pay for that part and the new part they needed. They also told me other things that i needed fixed were done, only to arrive to them not completed. Talking to the owner I was unable to Express any of my concerns or even ask questions without him rudely interrupting me and acting like he doesnt have time to talk to a customer. These guys WERE good and now they think they are too good to bother with you. Needless to say my repair cost $1200 and this is how I was treated. I am an educated person and have other reviews you can look at. I dont just jump on here to give bad reviews to everyone. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.

Early last month I purchased a used Mazda from here. They were straight forward, gave me a great price. The visor clip was broken & they told me it was ordered & theyll send it out to me...which I just received...which I also thought that I wouldnt get it. I felt it was a checks in the mail line.i hope it will be 5 to 6 years before i need to buy again but when I do i will check out here first.

Do not purchase any vehicle from this place. Yeah Liars they care nothing about your investment and the bottom line here just want the cars off the lot in and your money. Safety is not their concern for their clients. The Better Business Bureau rating is bogus thats something that they do on their own they said and rate themselves I can guarantee you the four stars that they have there is an inside job. Ive been back and forth with these people for the longest. Just stay away from them if you dont you will regret it.

Came here on a whim to get an inspection done. The secretary was super sweet and greeted us right away. Dennis took our car right away and was done with it in less than 20 minutes!! I bought my truck there end of February and we are still working with Showcase, as expected with a truck that is going on 7 years old there are a few issues. Before we did the sale there was an exhaust issue that they fixed and afterwards I took the truck to get looked over by my regular mechanic and he commented that the repair weld was a very good professional job. The sale paperwork was quick and easy. They have been great accommodating my schedule for everything. The owner is there all the time, I like their no no-nonsense transparency, whatever comes up they handle it confidently. Theyve shown me the paperwork for their work and explained it all theyve done. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

I recently bought a truck from these guys back in august of 2019 I have had nothing but problems with it. They where supposed to send me a fog light months ago I still have not received it. Every time I call I am told I will be called back and I still haven’t received a call back. I am convinced I was sold a bill of goods. I am currently paying 425& month for a work truck that didn’t last one snow storm plowing. Will not buy another vehicle here!!!

Ive trusted Showcase Shell in Seekonk for many years for my car inspections and service -- theyve always been honest and fair. I found out that they moved their Seekonk operation up the road to Swansea, so I decided to drive the few extra minutes to Swansea for an inspection. Im glad that I did. They were very accommodating and provided the same great service. I will plan to continue as a regular customer at their Swansea location.

We purchased a 2008 Acura MDX from Ronnie and he was terrific from the start. Within a week of acquisition, we noticed a repair was needed for the support arms for the engine hood. Ronnie ordered the part and replaced it free of charge the next day. If you visit this dealership, ask for Ronnie and you will not regret it.

I seriously cannot say enough about Showcase. I was leaving to go on vacation and dropped my jeep off to have the transmission rebuilt and a few other things checked the day I left. Having never been here before I was a little nervous because I wasnt going to be around should any problems arise and it was a big job. Dealing with Freddy, George, and Dennis has completely taken the stress out of this entire experience. I feel my jeep is in the best hands and the price was on point. They even pointed out a radiator leak I had, purchased a new one (obviously consulted with me before putting it in) but had it on hand so it was ready for when I gave the ok. After driving for a few days I had a few questions that they were more than happy to answer and checked a few things to make sure everything was running the way it should. I couldnt be more relieved to have found a good and honest mechanic for my vehicle, this will be my go to place from now on! Thanks guys I truly appreciate it!

No service after the sale. Dont bother buying the extended warranty/ extra protection plan its not worth the paper its written on! George was so rude to not only my husband saying my husband was bothering him, but employees were rude to the tow truck driver picking the truck back up to bring to a mechanic that would actually fix the truck. So after spending $21,000 on a truck plus extra protection, well have to spend thousands to get it fixed because what needs fixing isnt covered
