Sunnyvale’s hidden gem gym spot! 2 morning classes and 2-3 evening classes! Xavier specializes in strength/conditioning and has boxing classes available as well. Classes run for 1 hour sessions and classes are normally exceed up to 12 people max. Depending on time schedules, usually about 6 people joining in a class but varies and sometimes classes are filled up! Xavier & Stacy are super friendly and approachable. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to form and technique and they push you to do your best. They make it comfortable for first timers and beginners. Workouts are challenging but are so much fun especially when you’re in the zone and people are there supporting you. Give it a try! It has helped me these past months grow mentally and physically stronger. Love the tight knit community they have there, we’re all family and here to get our fitness on and be healthy. Together, everyone is an athlete (:

I’ve been with xp360 for 2 years now and it has hands down been the best workout choice I have made. Coach Xavier and Stacy really make sure you are doing the right things and tracking your progress when it comes to achieving your goals. I would recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting fit. Everyone at the gym is super Friendly and there is a great culture of togetherness. You will love it!

Such a fun and exciting way to get in a great workout. Xavier does a great job explaining the basics and helping you grow your skills while keeping you safe and making sure your form is correct. Classes are small enough that youre able to get lots of individualized instruction and the space lends itself well to providing an encouraging community environment. Smiles are contagious here and the time flies by faster than you want it to!

I joined XP360 six months back and it has been an amazing experience so far! Coach Xavier and Stacy are the best instructors one could ask for. The classes are super helpful for all the fitness levels! I joined with no experience in strength training and I can totally see the difference over 6 months. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who loves to workout and stay fit!

I am attending XP360 since January 2019. Before that I did not do any fitness class whatsoever. As of today I lost 20 lbs and I never was in a better shape. I am very grateful to Xavier and Stacy for their guidance and support. They are approachable, funny, and highly professional! The gym is well equipped, schedule is convenient, and everybody is very friendly. We go to the gym together with my wife and every time we have a blast. Highly recommend to both experienced fitness geeks and scared beginners.

Three months in and Im feeling stronger not only physically, but also mentally. Xavier and Stacy are a great support team that give me the push I need to stay on course w/ my fitness. Prior to joining, I was mostly doing home workouts and lacked the proper form and motivation to give it my all. Still in the process of improving, but Ive made great strides in achieving a healthier lifestyle. XP 360 is an extremely positive place and coming here and just being present has been a great addition in my life. Im looking forward to more exciting and challenging workouts thats kicked me back into gear!

I tried out my first ever boxing class at XP360 and it was a blast! I came in with ZERO boxing experience, but Coach & Studio Owner Xavier was extremely patient, instructive, and encouraging. He was very helpful in offering correction and reminders, and although I was an incredibly slow learner, he and the others at the studio never made me feel intimidated. I was especially impressed by how Coach Xavier was able to cater to learners at EVERY level. The workout was intense, but in a good way!

XP360 is amazing! Ive been going there only for a few months and even in the short duration Ive seen my strength increase and I can feel that Ive become stronger! Xavier, the instructor, is really good and knows his stuff. He conducts a variety of excercises for your full body and he has options for all kinds of fitness levels. Id recommend this class to anyone who wants to be fit and become strong.

I have been in this gym for almost a year and I am really delighted.It has a good location, it is spacious, with the right equipment for the type of training, it is clean!!!Xavier and Stacey coaches are always on the lookout in each class.And as a bonus, XP360 members are very friendly.I definitely recommend XP360, come and try the free class and Im sure youll be back for more!

I have been coming to XP360, since it opened. I really enjoy the classes and always get a great workout. What I love most is that the workouts can always be modified based on your fitness level or injuries. I recently have struggled with my carpal tunnel, but have been able to modify the workout to avoid pain and still get a great workout.My fear when trying a new gym is fear of not being able to do a workout or feeling judged. Neither will happen here, we are all at different fitness levels and do well at encouraging each other to become stronger.I attend the 5:30am class and at that time, I’m often 1/2 asleep, but Xavier has enough energy for the both of us lol His energy makes every workout fun. I mean you have to come and checkout his dance moves too!!Im not gonna lie it’s challenging, but soo worth it.

I started training at XP360 Strength & Conditioning in December 2018. I ultimately joined XP360 because I was tired of the repetitive programming at the gym that I was previously going to. The goals of the programming were not necessarily goals of mine, and my legs and knees were always fatigued and sore. I was in desperate need of something different, and something more well-rounded and balanced for my body.I had known the owner, Xavier, from his days at 24hr Fitness and had been a regular attendee of his Saturday Nike Training Club class, so I was familiar with his training style. For those of you who dont know Xavier (yet), he exudes an enthusiasm and excitement which is almost contagious... almost (sometimes its hard to get excited about some of the workouts when you know theyre going to push you to your perceived limits), but his belief that you can do it makes you want to push yourself to prove him right, and yourself wrong.If youre new to working out, starting your training at XP360 might seem like a shock to your system. Every exercise or lift might be new, every weight might feel heavy, and every day you might wonder if you can really keep this up. DO NOT be discouraged and DO NOT give up - you can totally do this! And with Xavier as your Coach and the support of the amazing community/family that he has built at XP360 youll find yourself doing things that you never dreamed possible.Ive been doing barbell lifts (like deadlifts, front/back squats, presses, cleans, etc.) for years now, but had plateaued on my 1RMs and if anything had felt like I was getting weaker... XP360 helped me find my strength again. For the first time in years I feel like I have a fighting chance in chasing my old 1RMs. And that makes me really happy and thankful for Xaviers training.One of the biggest misconceptions about training at XP360 is that you need to get in shape before you start working out here. LIES! Xavier understands that not everyone who walks through the gyms doors will have much, if any, training experience. And thats totally okay! Everyone in class with you might be at different fitness levels so every movement can be scaled to be more or less challenging than the written/prescribed movement. If push-ups are on the menu and you struggle with them, then your focus is just to do a perfect pushup on your knees or feet. If you want to kick it up a notch, you can do deficit pushups, decline pushups, one-handed pushups (hey, Ive seen it!), or if youre gymnasty.. handstand pushups. Similarly, more or less weight can be used in the workout depending on your capabilities.I could continue to praise XP360, but I think its ultimately going to have to be something that you experience for yourself... lucky for you, your first class is free!!

The studio owner Xavier is an amazing coach, motivating and pushes you to do more, I progressed in physical fitness to the extent I did not know was possible for me.
