Push Fitness, specifically Layla is awesome. I have worked with Laila for two years and I cant say enough good things about her. She is really good about assessing your needs and finding what works best for you. She pushes you but not more than you can handle. She works with you on a variety of fitness goals, not just ones specific to the gym. She also provides you with at-home work-outs that are tailored for whatever set up you have access to.She is very knowledgeable about the body and is always happy to answer questions. If she doesnt have an answer right away, you can bet shell email you an answer within 24 hours after shes done thorough research.Laila is a great trainer. I cant recommend her enough.
I trained with Chris and Laila for almost six months. The workouts definitely helped improve my fitness level. Chris and Laila are very good at tailoring the exercises so that you can improve gradually. Besides the regular training sessions, they provide a personalized list of exercises as homework, and also give advice on dietary improvements. The trainers were very attentive to point out details to make the exercises more effective. I highly recommend training with Push Fitness.

Laila is a great trainer and she responds to your messages really fast. I also like that she takes your ideas into suggestion. I did remote training with her for 3 months. I appreciated how even though it was remote, she told me to send videos to make sure my form was correct. Would recommend, especially if youre new into fitness. :)

I trained with Laila for over 6 months and I really enjoyed it. I was a little over my ideal weight and wanted to be healthy and fit and needed some motivation in going to gym regularly, which is what made me to look for a personal trainer and found her through yelp. Right after the consultation I didnt think further and decided to join. I was too scared of doing weight training in the beginning, but now I really enjoy doing weights. She helped me gradually increase my weights over time and be more strong. She also made sure that I was following a healthy diet as well by asking and providing feedback on the food choices I made the day before or prior. Also, the best part I liked was I only spend 30 mins a day on weight training or my personal gym routine. I lost around 10 lbs in the first 4- 5 months and since then I am maintaining it by being regular. Doing weight training motivates me in a way that even if I skip for a few days due to travel or other personal commitments, I cant hold myself in getting back to my regular gym routine. Overall I feel that I made a good decision by joining her personal training sessions.

Ive been training with Laila once a week for about 3.5 months now. I used to be a runner but had never tried weight training before. I have a wedding coming up in 1 year and set a goal for myself to feel stronger and get healthier. Laila has helped me build confidence, and try exercises Id never done before. She focuses on form which makes it easier to complete the remote trainings she assigns for the week. What I most enjoy is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She asks about my nutrition and sleep or even by asking how my weekend was- she makes you feel super comfortable.Her communication and attention is exceptionally reliable and professional. I have been training with Laila for little over a year now and still going strong. Laila is meticulous in her training methods and well organized. Laila designs workouts specific to your needs, mixes up the workouts every now and then, and makes sure you do it the proper way. I reached my max in chinups, bench press, deadlift and squat within few months before I had to tone down due to an injury. Laila even added some rehab workouts to work around the injury. Laila not only focuses on workouts, but also tracks your eating habits using myfitnesspal, discusses sleep and recovery, and provides constructive feedback.
