Consistently getting great haircuts at this place for years. Waited for months for them to open again (covid and all) and it was worth it. Stellar job taming my overgrown hair. Thank you and I will keep visiting.

Post covid it was super neat with mask. I was afraid getting haircut, I called in and scheduled appointment from google. I was the only person at a time. I was worried more about covid than haircut. Haircut turned out to be good as well.

The older Korean lady cut my hair too short and its sticking up. I was not happy. The other nice Vietnamese lady took a look and told me its fine, no need to pay. Even though I was upset about the cut, the Korean lady I must say tried her best. And they made it for not charging. I appreciated that. I would go back and give them another chance. Ill probably try the nice Vietnamese lady

At the beginning you expect a better understanding of what you want but this lady was just there to finish her job. Didnt like my hair cut and I need to pay them $22. Bad costumer experience

Checked in online and in 10 min had haircut. I guess middle of the week in the evening is more quiet time.Hairstylist was nice and attentive.

Supercuts can be good or bad. I always choose them when I need a quick cut and sometimes I get a very special stylist. The problem is that the good ones move on to more prestigious shops with designer status. So you cant count on the same person every time and the new person is not familiar with your hair and your preferences. I have a regular stylist that I stay loyal to and Supercuts as my favorite emergency hairstylist.

I am regular to super cut( mostly in two location, one in El Camino real and another one is in Milpitas area). I personally like the El Camino one. There were few bad experiences with them though. But still I have been very consistent customer with super cut for last 4years.

Great place, I have been going there for 20+ years. The staff are friendly and some have been there for as long as I have been going there. Not like most places that every time you go in, it is all new people. I rarely give out a 5

I had a good experience here - the cut looked great. It is cheaper to go to Alpha Barbershop in Sunnyvale but Supercuts is opened later and offers shampoo service (additional fee). Cost is the only reason for not giving 5 star.

Their online check in doesnt work at all unless you do it twice. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes at the salon. Really horrible site do to online check in. never going here again in my life. They just dont tell you how long the wait is. My recommending this place ever.

Decent haircut for a price but whats the point of checking in online if theyre going to make you wait 25 min after arriving online? And they served a customer who came after me first.

The lady was friendly and tried to do a good job. But she only cut my hair for perhaps 8-10 minutes and the result was average. Some hair were standing to the air and also the length of the sides was not that accurate.

Really like the tea tree shampoo there

I usually do gray blending in super cuts, surprised to see, they didnt have that option.

They dont actually use their computer waiting system, so I never actually managed to get my kids hair cut. 10 minutes and 40 minutes are dramatically different wait times. I will not be going back.

Worst experience with super cuts ever. A Chinese woman cut my hair. Without even asking me she made a rounded neckline when Ive always always had it square. Upon asking why she didnt consult me before, she said youve to tell me else I can choose whatever I want. What the hell ??? The front also looks like some mice have chewn it.Giving it one star as Google doesnt accept zero stars.

Not worth it, a barber needs to take her/his time while cutting, but this one was 5 min in n out and the outcome dissapointing.

Walked out in tears last week and will never ever go back! I had hair down to my waist and I requested a trim with layers around my face and going down into a v shape in back. I was expecting a inch or so maybe even two taken off for a trim besides the front layers of course may be a little shorter. When she handed me the mirror and spun the chair around so I could see the back i immediately felt nauseous when I saw my hair was just slightly below my shoulders in back. She just chopped it all off! On top of that it wasnt even a clean cut. Some hair was longer then others and it was very uneven. I had to pay another $25 yesterday at a different salon to have my hair straightened out. Even that stylist said supercuts had cut the layers around my face way too short and it was a terrible inexperienced cut. I had been growing my hair so many years because I really wanted to have it dyed a certain way that requires long hair and all of that was taken away from me. I am angry and I am upset. Its going to take YEARS to grow back what she cut off. I am extremely dissatisfied and I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. Plus, the whole time they talk to you trying to push their products on u...keratin treatments and other super expensive services just tryin to Jack up the bill. You can hardly get out the door without being forced to buy salon shampoo or other product. Nothing about my experience there last week was good. I wish it was all just a bad dream!

I like super cuts. My daughter gets haircut from Jasmine. She is very friendly and experienced.

Got a decent haircut in recent times here (done by Azam). I would visit here again.

They tried to upsell me a shampoo wash prior to the haircut. Once I declined it, the hair stylist cut my hair without anything to wet the hair, not even water spray. Awful!
