Submitted a request for a Mens Haircut on Saturday February 1st and received a confirmation email with appointment placed on my Calendar for Wednesday February 5th. Approached the Onsite Haircut truck for my Haircut at the confirmed time only to be told oops, Im not sure what happened, someone signed up a walk up appointment at 2pm, can you come back at 4:30pm?..... Then, the individual who signed up at 2pm for Walk Up appointment took my spot. I would have imagined the Onsite Haircut person would have given me preference due to my confirmation email and the fact that its their glitch. Nope..... I kept being told to come back at 4:30pm..... It was my very first time trying this Onsite Haircut and also my last time. Exceptionally disappointed.
