I ordered a bounce house for my daughter’s birthday party and communication from the company was easy and clear. Everyone was so nice and although it rained on the day of the party they called to check on us and made sure we unplugged the bounce house while it was raining. I was so glad that I found this company. I was having my baby birthday party at the park in Bishopville and after calling around they were the only ones I could find that had the insurance that the park required. They were very helpful with all my needs and was able to get me the documents that I needed within a few hours of me booking.

Hats off to Bouncer World! I called the day before my event and was able to get the princess castle my daughter wanted with no problems for a good price. I was impressed with everything from their website to their online waiver agreement to their outstanding setup and promptness. They were friendly and professional. My daughter absolutely enjoyed the frozen combo that we rented. I could not get the kids off it once it turned dark, if they could have slept in it they would have. Everything was great. The bouncy house was so clean I thought it was brand new. My son had a blast during his birthday party. The unit was picked up the next morning with no issues at all. I will use their services agasin.

GREAT! We rented their slip n slide combo for the 4th and it was awesome. My grands put dish detergent on the slide and went to town. Everyone was very happy with the style of the slide, something different and not the same old thing. As far as I know they are the only ones in the area with this unit. Keep up the good work!

They delivered the bounce house earlier than expected which elimimated a lot of stress. From start to finish customer service was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Prices are the best around, plus great customer service earned my loyalty as a customer for all future events.

I rented their 18ft - 2 lane retro slide for the 4th of July and it was a big hit. Everyone was asking us where we got it from. The water slide was in great shape and the guys that set it up were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. I could not have been any more satisfied. I really would like to commend this company for their hard work. I rented their obstacle course for my sons 13th bday party and I told them I wanted it set up one place and then my husband came out and told them a different place. The delivery guys moved it with no problem and didnt complain, I felt so bad. The obstacle course was in tip top shape, great condition, clean, free of mold, which was a big difference from a previous company I rented from. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

I rented the Justice League bounce house for my sons 7th birthday and once my husband hooked up our music equipment the breaker box kept tripping. Bouncer World brought out a generator for us, quick and in a hurry. Needless to say my son had an amazing time and I am so grateful for the customer service Bouncer World provided.
