I bought a Mercedes-Benz from Midway Autohaus, 3 weeks ago and my cd player was hesitating periodically when I played it. I met Lukasz Brlkwski, from Midway Autohaus at the Mercedes-Benz Dealers in Orland Park when I was picking up an extra key that I ordered. I simply mentioned to Lukasz that my CD Changer was skipping, not really expecting anything because I was planning to get it fixed and he immediately said hey we will take care of that. Call me Thursday and come in and we will put a new CD changer in there for you, with no hesitation. I called him Wednesday to let him know that I could not do Thursday do to a work conflict and he said no problem just call me Friday before you come in and we will get it swapped out for you. Today is Friday, I called him he said come in at 1p. Which I did, and I now have a new CD Changer and complete radio. What customer service he provided to me. As a side bar they also made sure that I got their cost price on the new key which included programming. Man I really love Midway Autohaus dealership. I have already recommended to some of my friends to check them out when looking for another car. I really really recommend Midway Autohaus to anyone looking to buy a previously-owned or used car. My husband and I had a great experience. Odalys Ochoa was very friendly, helpful and very procesional. We were not expecting to buy a car but Odalys work with us to get a great deal we couldn’t refuse.
Really enjoyed the experience here with Bill, Dan and the gang. They took care of me and my car. I ordered some Continentals through them and it was nearly a couple hundred cheaper than other shops, which totally boggled my mind. They also added on a bracket for my front bumper AND added a replacement wheel cover (fell off somewhere when I was driving) at no extra charge. Truly went above and beyond. I am a stickler for good customer service and salesmanship, and they delivered astoundingly. Definitely will go back for more service in the future.
My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this business. In the age of COVID I was very disheartened to see not a single employee wearing a mask or taking social distancing precautions on not one, but two different occasions. This is especially worrisome as we were told that one of their employees was recently ill during the pandemic, meaning the potential exposure risk was very high. During the encounter we were forced into small rooms with people walking in and out as they pleased, not taking any regard for the dangers to the customers. Furthermore, their sanitation of the car after test driving consisted of baby wipes, which are not actually antimicrobial. As far as purchasing the car, I was very unhappy in the way we were treated by the staff as they made passive aggressive comments and were unprofessional going as far as to harass me even after buying the vehicle. I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment as they clearly do not value customer safety and have poor customer service.

Staff at this location is RUDE. Had to come back four times to fix my antenna that should have been done 2 months ago and they have the nerve to give me attitude when I show up 45 minutes early to have it fixed.
