William at Smythe was extremely helpful in helping me decide what car to purchase. I came in to look at a Certified Pre-Owned sedan but really wanted a Wagon. I was considering an CPO Audi A4 Wagon (Too Small) or CPO A6 Wagon (Ridiculously too expensive but what I really wanted). Will let me test drive a S60 and then recommended a V90 Cross Country Wagon. He won me over by not pressuring me and allowing me to take the V90 for a ride alone and show my family without the stress of a sales rep in the car. What clinched the decision is the extensive Volvo CPO Warranty. While I spent more than I planned it was MUCH less than a Certified A6 Wagon and I have a CPO Warranty car that I do not have to worry about costing me an arm and a leg to repair for the next 5 years and beyond. I would love that A6 Wagon (6 Cylinder) experience but the Volvo Cross Country looks great, is a newer model year and has tons of features. Will sold me the right choice for size, price and warranty protection. Lastly the attention to detail in fixing cosmetic issues I found at no cost to me tells me I bought from the right dealer that is customer focused first.Thanks Will

Went in ready to buy a car. The front desk lady is super nice and helpful. The sales person is less so. The exchange was awkward. I was hoping to find a car that’s a different color and asked if they would search around and deliver for a small fee (another Volvo dealership told me it could be done) and he joked they aren’t a valet service. Maybe it was just a joke gone bad. Maybe the market is great so losing a buyer isn’t much of a big deal. But he really isn’t trying much. I sat there awkwardly and said thank you and then left. I didn’t have a lot of time to search for cars since I am a new mom of two. Even though the color wasn’t exact, I was gonna just buy it. But I decided to leave and purchased the car somewhere else. Giving 3 stars for the reception lady.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I were looking to test drive and buy a Volvo XC40. We called to make an appointment to test drive and hopefully buy a car. When we got to the dealership we met with Stacey who we didnt have an appointment with. We werent sure if we wanted to XC40 or the 60 but we wanted to test drive the 40 to make sure it was what we were looking for. We asked a few questions and then Stacey semi answered some of them and skated around the other answers. He told us that he couldnt find the XC40 for us to test drive but let us try the 60. Having never been in the car or model before you would have thought he would have explained some buttons, details, something to us, but he didnt. He handed us the keys and told us to take it for a spin. The car was great but we were there to test drive the smaller model. When we got back we were told the car wasnt ready to test drive b/c there was still plastic on the seats.Stacey seemed not motivated to help us or secure the car we were looking to buy. We ended up buying from Kundert instead and had such am amazing experience there.

Tom Coward in service is just about the nicest, most professional above and beyond service person I have ever met. I wanted to take off star because the location makes it tricky to get in and out of but Mr. Coward made up for it! Other than that, we are on our 2nd Volvo (4th if you count the two cars my family owned when we were kids) so we Stan hard for the brand.

And another one! Eric is like the DJ Khaled of Volvo sales. So far have gotten two XC40s from him and couldnt be happier. He even offered to deliver my latest one, and brought a friendly coworker who helped, Derick.Great service, no hassle or up-sell from him, or dealing with the final boss finance manager, just an incredibly fast process. Going to pickup the plates and paperwork next week. He made it incredibly easy to get two Volvos (so far)If I dont buy these two XC40s Ill be back for... another one. My 18 Polestar S60 was in for its 20000 mile service and for a winter package consisting of wheels and snow tires. My service advisor was Tom Coward who I have worked with since 2010. The car was turned around in a matter of a few hours. Smythe was nice enough to hold on to my summer tires/wheels for few days until I can get my truck down there to pick up my tires and bring them home. Smythe Volvo and their parts & service team get 5 stars because theyve earned my trust.

This was by far the best experience I have had in all my years of auto shopping. I have always leased my cars which means I have to go through that experience every three years. I am well into my 60s. My salesman was William Mclaughlin. Right from the start the relationship was friendly. professional and no pressure. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for in an automobile. I knew what I wanted but his questions got me in touch with why. I wound up test driving the XC40 on my first visit. I then went shopping at four other auto dealers and drove their similar models. I came back to Volvo as the car is beautiful, in and out and I love the way it drives. But no where was I treated like a friend. The after experience at Smythe was also very professional and friendly. If you are interested in Volvo (if your are not you should definitely check it out) talk to William at Smythe Volvo. Truly from start to finish a comfortable and relaxed experience.

I worked with Samer (Sam) Shehata and he was undoubtedly the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was incredible throughout the entire process. Sam spent the time and answered all questions and searched for the car that my wife wanted even w/ current demand issues. Sam found a car for us that was getting shipped in and it was suppsoed to take 2 weeks but Sam expedited the process and we got the car in a week. During that time, he continued to keep us updated on a daily basis. He definitely went above and beyond and truly worked for us.Sam was well prepared when we picked up the car with all paperwork ahead of time and we were in and out within 45 minutes.
