If I could give no stars I would. We worked with them on a used vehicle, we paid a deposit to hold the vehicle for 3 days until we could get there to pick it up. We even offered the pay more. They agreed to hold until Friday. We planned to come a day early and took the day off of work and had the cash lined up to buy the vehicle that morning. We just got a call Wednesday afternoon that they sold it to someone else. We lost out on other vehicles because we committed to this one. WHY WOULD YOU BOTHER TO TAKE A DEPOSIT AND AGREE TO HOLD IT AND THEN SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE..!!!??Then (because I guess they dont talk to each other) another sales person texted me saying that the vehicle had mechanical problems and they had to bring it to auction. That may have made me feel better if the first person hadnt already told me the truth!What a horrible way to treat customers.I guess the good news is that I did not end up having to do business with them.In response to the dealer response - it should not cost customers time and money to help you find mistakes and get better. That is a weak excuse but now potential customers know that you will use their time and money to help yourselves get better without any benefit at all to the customer.

We recently purchased a 2018 Mercedes E400 from Adelson at Aston Martin Summit. Our experience was great. He has very helpful, responsive and professional. He even hand delivered our new plates to our home on his day off! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and he really did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Jordan in the service department was also exemplary. He worked with us for several weeks to coordinate service on the vehicle after purchase. His level of professionalism, responsiveness, and consideration was beyond the expected and we are so appreciative of his help during the process.

This is the second Aston Martin that I have had serviced atSummit Aston Martin. The service manager Jordan is the best I have everencountered. He is beyond helpful, returns every phone call promptly, andfollows the service of the car from the beginning till he makes arrangementsto deliver the car. If you want to walk away with the feeling that your car is safe, and protected, then this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience overall. You get what you pay for: hands on, professional, thorough and personalized service. If you’re here it’s not for your Honda Civic, and you’re treated as such - like you’re the only one in the shop.Great garage layout where everything is explained to you in detail and you get to know your service technician. This is my first Aston Martin, and Jordan (service manager) and Sal (technician) personally walked me through the ins and outs of responsible ownership and how to get the most out of the car. Certainly above and beyond expectations.

My recommendation - do not buy a used car from this dealership! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in mid June and that kicked off a string of terrible events as follows:1. Car began shutting off in the middle of traffic - brought it back to Aston Martin Summit and they said they fixed it but within the first day of getting the car back it started shutting off again and when I called they said take it to a Jeep dealer and see if they can fix it. It took more than four weeks to get an appt at a Jeep dealer (I asked AMS to help get me an earlier appt and they did nothing). Car was unsafe to drive for the 1st five weeks of ownership2. Almost $3K in repairs required within six weeks of purchase including (back hatch arm, lock mechanisms on passenger side front and back doors, and driver side mirror assembly plus front hood latch sensor - this was causing the car to shut off). I realize that purchasing a used car comes with risks but they did not do anything to ensure that the car was even in drivable condition when sold.3. It took 10 weeks to get my license plates. I complained about this multiple times and always got a litany of fabricated stories or non-responses. For example, if your salesperson happens to be out - the office manager, receptionist, etc. are no help. They say theyll call back and then dont. Something obviously got lost with my paperwork and if they would have just fessed up to it that would have been better than the BS stories and non-responsiveness. Finally, I could not get an EZ pass for the car without a permanent license plate number so huge inconvenience.I exchanged emails with my salesperson (Adelson Salcedo) and he claims that my plates are now in the mail.....well see.I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case because people need to know what may happen to them if they buy a used car from this dealership. I will also be filing a complaint with the NJ Better Business Bureau.

This place is a place to avoid. They are a classic case of rotten car salesmen. They slipped on extra insurances and a $1,900 car wash that says it’s optional at the bottom of the boot leg contract. These guys will keep you here all day until the buzzer rings. And waste all of your time. Until you’ve burned all of your energy. Use your time wisely else where. I regret it and will for a VERY LONG TIME!!! Protect your finances. 😡🙃

Im from out of town and purchased a pre-owned Range Rover here in an internet sale. The staff was very professional and attentive. The price was reasonable and they were very straightforward...no hidden fees, upcharges, etc. They were also able to help me find financing for the vehicle. At delivery, the vehicle was clean and thoroughly detailed and exactly as described on the website. They even picked up he tab for my Uber from the airport! One couldnt ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

80% of their cars have hail damage all over the whole car and when confronted they say “oh no one has seen the whole car is dented” then talks to finance office and he offers $400 off. Dealership is a joke would not suggest.

Flew in from Houston on a Saturday morning to pick up new Lotus and was warmly greeted by my sales specialist Deniz Maden and business manager Greg Fiorino. Together they made my delivery experience the best it could be and put me in a perfect mood to drive the 1600 miles home. Car was perfectly clean and gas tank was full, ready for the road. Greg had paperwork ready on my arrival and I was on the road in half an hour from start to finish. Professional, efficient, and friendly. Wish everyone ran things this way. This dealership is amazing. Of course you know the cars are magnificent but what you may not know is that the employees at this dealership are equally amazing, kind and welcoming. We brought our 2 boys in to check out the cars! Both are HUGE James Bond and Aston Martin fans. I called ahead to make sure we wouldn’t disrupt business. Miguel contacted me and told me to come on down and bring the boys. He even told me we could explore the cars and take a few pictures. My kids were so excited. We arrived and were warmly greeted by everyone. I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Miguel was not there and told me to ask for Greg. Greg made sure my boys got the full Aston Martin experience. He let them sit in the car, take a few pics and shared a few stories about the cars! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! We got amazing photos, a great Christmas card picture and as an added bonus my boys want to work harder in school so they can be successful and some day own their own Aston Martin! Win-win!

Roger was our sales person when we came out to Aston Martin Summit to look at a used SUV that we had found through a car search. It was the first of 4 cars we saw over the course of the weekend but after his polite follow up call and seeing other similar models at other dealerships we decided to come back to Roger. He and Greg made the financing process as painless as ever and they were nothing but polite and professional throughout. Im sure, looking at the other beautiful luxury cars they sell (Come on, ASTON MARTIN!!!) they are used to dealing with much higher rollers than myself, but they treated us with the same respect as someone spending literally 100x what we were spending.

I serviced my car with Aston Summit two years ago but have since shipped the car to Florida. My father (sorry dad) decided to use the car on Thanksgiving. In a panic he called me as it was starting to rain and the top would not raise! Tony had given me his cell number a while ago, reluctantly I texted him. He didn’t text me back, he CALLED me back.. and remembered me and my DB9. I have been purchasing luxury vehicles for a very long time and I rarely do reviews but I need to thank Tony for helping my dad get the top up. At 11pm on Thanksgiving night he picked up the phone and helped us. No one does that.

I bought a 2014 BMW x5 from this car dealership in Aug 2018. Every part of the deal was uncomfortable. Especially when asking for a 2nd key to the vehicle. By law in NJ state a dealership is suppose to give you 2 keys to any vehicle sold which I found out after my purchase of the car. Roger the salesman and the manager of the dealership told me unfortunately they received the car with only one key . I kept pushing the issue about getting a 2nd key and they kept making it seem as if it was out of their control because this is how they purchased the car from another dealer. They were not budging and when I asked what they were willing to do to rectify this issue they just kept telling me that they only got one key with the vehicle. I literally was about to walk away from the deal because they were not trying to help me in anyway, they didnt even offer to get a key from a BMW dealer which I found out at the end of this transaction that they HAD to do. Instead they offered about $250 off the deal but they failed to tell me that if I took this discount then they wouldnt owe me a key. They made it seem like taking the discount was my only option. Unknownly I took the discount and after signing all the paperwork they made me sign a form that states they dont owe me a key because I took the discount. If I would of known that they HAD to get a 2nd key for my vehicle I wouldnt have taken the discount. A duplicate key from BMW is about $400. Very deceptive and not upfront with customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone . Just one month after purchasing the vehicle I had to replace bushing joints and I had a massive oil leak . BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.
