Never since I began to have services with them had I had problems with the great attention and the same service, only that 2 oil changes ago I began to notice that they changed my oil and they put me on the service for the next change 5000 miles later as if it were full synthetic I do not know how they do this or the reason, the only reason I take it to the dealer is because in the contract the oil changes are free, because I can do it, that and all the things that they put on the paper. what had to be done to the car, I dont think they inspected it because the coolant level was far below it was not even filled in, the filter, the sway bar link, tensioner etc ... I can do it, it costs me only 1% of what they put on the paper, but thats not the point, I expected a good service, and believe me if they did that to me with the oil change I can expect with another repair. The oil code set does not correspond to a full synthetic, anyway to do a regular oil change that is changed at 3500 miles for one synthetic should consult with the owner do not believe?I called to be told it was a mistake but they did not,say it was fine.I really dont know why they do these things. Can you imagine my car breaking down from getting a higher mileage for the oil change? Common sense guys!The oil code is 68055890AA -5W20

Told me to come in at 7:30, and I was there at 7:30. I then waited THREE hours in the shop patiently thinking that my car was being serviced and that the simple diagnostic test was being done. I get up to ask if I can see my car and it hasnt moved from the spot I left it at. I asked what was up and they told me that it wont be done for another 3-4 hours. Whats the point of having a 7 am appointment if it wont even be looked at until after 12??? Just feeds into the hatred for dealer service centers. Never coming back
Sorry cant say much, I was taught if you cant say anything nice, say nothing, its not the mopar shops fault, the dealer left a sour taste in my mouth, so Im slightly bias, I go to the mopar in Jersey City, closer and same or better prices sorry mopar summit, you staff is friendly and warm and courteous but ...the dealer not so much 😕
Always go with the Mfg. For service & parts, aftermarket dont always work well or fit right,you pay a little more but you get quality.
