A company really has to be exceptional for me to bother to write a review. And Peotters is exceptional... they go way beyond satisfying their customer... beyond just delighting me. I came to Peotters after I was rear-ended in an accident entirely not my fault... dealing with the other drivers insurance company. At every step of my experience with Peotters they were fabulous. The estimate was easy, but much higher than the insurance estimate. They gave me a heads up before I got home to see the email and told me theyd interact with the insurance company and I neednt worry. They did exactly what they said, got what they needed for the deposit with no out-of-pocket from me, ordered parts and we scheduled the work. Dropping off the car and getting a rental... no problem, they arranged the car rental for me. Insurance adjustment (a few things uncovered once the work was started)... no problem, again they dealt with the insurance adjuster and kept me informed. When they called to let me know the car was ready, I commented I just needed to work out with the car rental so I could get back to Peotters location. No problem, they arranged for me to leave the rental at Peotters and take back my car. My car, cleaned and vacuumed, looked better than when I dropped it off. No out-of-pocket from me. Aside from initially calling the insurance company I didnt need to get involved in that either. I would have preferred not to have been in the accident that required their services, but Peotters made the experience as hassle-free as it could have been... and the workmanship is wonderful. Truly exceptional.

Peotters is professional, friendly, reasonable and on-time. My experience with them has been pleasant on every level. Ive used Peotters twice for my Model 3. The first was fairly major damage requiring quarter panel and door replacement. The second was minor damage requiring a Best Possible paint correction where a pickup truck tire contacted my rear door and quarter-panel on the highway. Both times they did a perfect job, on-time and at a reasonable price.

The team at Peotters was amazing. Larry was great in taking his time with me and making himself available for consultation. When asked for his creative advice, he always presented very tasteful options. I feel like we did the work together on the car. I have already brought another vehicle to Peotters and will continue sending my friends their way.I had Larry and team ceramic coat my car with Ceramic Pro, wrap trim pieces in gloss black, swap multiple emblems and paint the wheels black. The end result was fantastic, exactly the OEM+ look I was going for.

I got hit on my driver side front and rear doors, the driver side glass shattered there was glass absolutely everywhere. Peotter’s not only repaired and replaced necessary parts, but the detailing was out of this world. I’m not even kidding when I say the car looks better then it did when I picked it up from the dealer. One of the few places that repairs Tesla’s, and I will be coming back for more cosmetic work to get my car looking the way I want too. Thank you so much guys! 20/10 stars!

The work done at Peotters was nothing but exceptional. Everything was done beyond what I expected and they did more work than expected. Larry, the owner, was as usual very professional and his crew is professional as well. The only thing that wasnt on Larry was his tint installer bailed on him and he was not able to complete the tint work on my truck. He is aware and will get in touch when the tint installer has been addressed. I hope we can finish soon. Price was fair, work took a little longer than promised but that was to make sure was work was done beyond expectation.

Peotters went above and beyond! I love the under promise, over deliver business model. When I took in my car for an estimate they said they prefer to take off the bumper to give a proper estimate. They used a heat gun to give back the car with the bumper looking 100 times better. I was able to still use the car as we waited for the parts to arrive from Tesla. which I was wowed by because I was not expecting them to temporary fix the bumper as we wait. When the car was done, they took out a whole rack with all the parts that was replaced and I was able to pick any parts that I want to take with me that I thought seemed to be very minor damage. The Tesla looked better than when I bought it brand new because they where also able to fix the manufacturering problem like the panel gaps. The car was clean, waxed and they were able to puff out some scratches which I was not expecting at all and the car was ready early! I am so grateful, Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu so much! Highly Recommend, hope you can have the same experience.

The work performed was top notch. The estimator was knowledgeable and courteous. This is a great shop and I recommend them highly!

Sadly had the occasion to use them twice in less than two months, but happily for me, they were great.Driving in 4 yo convertible and hit a deer. Not going fast enough to set off airbag and the deer ran away after jumping on the hood. Car still drivable but the way cars are designed there was a lot of damage. Parts were a little hard to get because of COVID shutdowns but they got everything and fixed the car beautifully. Immediately after I had two small problems which I thought might have been related to the accident but they said were not - one was an easy fix and the other required a part which they ordered and put in. When I tried to pay them for the work they said no payment because wasnt that hard to do - huge credibility points there, most places charge anyway.Second was a 1998 car that I love, another impact with a deer, a glancing blow but still damage. In that situation there was a limit as to how much to pay because the car really isnt worth that much. They sourced second hand parts where they could and pushed out some of the dents rather than replacing the panel - not a perfect solution but kept the costs down enough for me to justify not writing off the car.Absolute pleasure to deal with, very happy my insurance company sent me to them in the first place.

My Tesla Model 3s body was damaged, Peotter gave a reasonable estimate. scheduling the service is very smooth and quick. Customer service staff is very friendly and responsive. Good service, good quality works. Painting job is excellence. excellence job of keeping the car clean when completed. Highly recommended for Tesla body works.

Wow! They are INCREDIBLE. They kept in touch with me throughout and they are honest. They also handled most of the paperwork/back and forth with insurance for me. Helder and Joann and everyone at the front desk are excellent, professional, and competent. The waiting room is stocked with complimentary items (coffee, bottled water, juice boxes for kids) and it looks more like a living room in an upscale home than a waiting room--you could eat off the floor--it sparkles! And then...I got my vehicle back. I cannot even begin to descibe. I didnt like it this much when I first bought it. The paint was perfect and pristine; it looked as if it was bathed in oil. It glistened. The front end was just complete perfection. I fell in love with my vehichle all over again. Their work is TOP NOTCH. AND they completely cleaned the inside and outside for me. My overall grade: 100. Im being honest. There is not one aspect I could even try to complain about. You cannot go wrong with Peotters Auto!!! P.S. They were even conscious of pricing and gave me a deal when I had more work done, and they were not the least bit pushy or aggressive, just 100% honest and matter of fact; again, PROFESSIONALISM is how Id describe Peotters in a word.

I was visiting a friend in Summit (I live in Hillsborough) and stopped in while passing by to ask a question about replacing a battery for my car remote. I had been told I needed to go to my dealership to do this and that it was expensive. The girl at the front (I wish I got her name!!) told me that it was very simple to to fix and I could purchase a simple battery anywhere and do it myself. She didnt have any of that type but took the time to write down the exact battery I needed so I could go purchase it and she showed to open the remote and replace it. Simple acts of kindness like these are what make all the difference. Thank you!!

Peotter’s was professional and helpful from the moment I contacted them. My car had been stolen and found undriveable. Peter and Gabrielle, as well as the rest of the staff, helped me navigate the process of getting it towed to their site, getting it cleaned out, and helped me remove the license plates and have the car transported away per my insurance company’s instructions. I had the car originally towed to Peotter’s because I knew that, if the car was salvageable, they were the absolute best to repair it. Even though they did not end up getting that business since the car was totaled, they treated me with white glove service. I was so appreciative that they walked me through this process during a time of stress and I knew I was in great hands. They will be my car go-to peops forever.

What a great experience at Peotters! My jeep was in an accident and was towed to Peotters, they were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly, they were able to throughly inspect and point out repairs that were done to the truck before i purchased it and was able to communicate to my insurance company that the truck would only be repaired using genuine parts. After further inspecting the truck was determined as totaled. Going though the whole experience of the accident and dealing with insurance, peotters deffinatly made the auto body/mechanical part so comforting and easy for me, I highly recommend them 100%Thank you to everyone over at Peotters!

I was originally reluctant to take my vehicle here because of a couple not so good reviews I read elsewhere. My experience was great, and I will certainly use again if needed. First, I noticed their rates for every category of service are $5.00 per hour cheaper than another nearby shop which was to my surprise. The place is very professional and every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Finally, while performing the work on my vehicle that I went there for, they also provided some additional service above and beyond in the same vicinity of where the work was being done, that saved me a trip to the Lexus dealer and a big bill from them. Thanks again for working on that rear that rear hatch latch on my RX350!

Have used Peotters on several occasions for my jeep and I highly recommend them for not only their professionalism and integrity but I get to see the cutest and most friendly dog in their office who greets everyone with a generous tail wag and a lick!

After a horrible accident we decided to bring our Volvo at Peotters Auto Body. It was a excellence service. The finish of the car was pretty good, they replaced everything needed with a original and new brand pieces. Superior repair and paint work superior customer relations

Would NOT use again. I brought my car here after a minor accident to the front end of my car. my car was still drive-able when i brought it in and only need body work. They told me my car would be ready in two and a half weeks and it took a month. I called them on a monday and they said my car would be ready thrusday or friday. When I called them friday to see when i could pick up my car they said they would call me back in 10 minutes. 4 hours later they called me to say it wouldnt be ready until the following week. If you dont mind waiting double the time they tell you for your car then this is the place to go. They also are much more expensive then other places. My insurance company paid out but their final coast was 2k more than another place I had gone to get more severe work. I would discourage going here.

I have brought my Tesla twice to them and both times the service was amazing, the quality of the repair incredible. Could not tell there had been any damage.

I went there for an estimate and their dog was so viscous. Why have a dog that will attack customers on the premises? After having to run away from being bitten they didnt even have the decency to apologize. So rude, and not to mention they had a nice smirk on their faces. Most unprofessional place ever!!!

Substandard paint work quality and pitiful customer relations. There was missed damage from the accident, overspray from poor masking and visible dimples/orange peel. The owner said its normal for his shop to not prep the surface prior to re-painting but only after initially claiming the work wasnt done by his shop. Then he stormed off.Cant say Im very happy and cant recommend that you use them.

If you need work on your car, do NOT go to any other auto body shop in summit, this place has it all!

If you own anything other than a luxury car, or something expensive, I wouldnt waste your time going here, even for an estimate. Peotters will waste your time.I took my truck to peotters to get an estimate for body work/paint. 2 individuals told me that they would provide me an estimate for the work. Did a walk through and all, then took my contact info. Never heard back from them, so I physically went to the shop a second time to request the estimate. Again I was told that they were working on it and that I would have it by the end of the week. That was weeks ago. They wasted my time, and basically just yesd me, with no follow through. They will tell you what you want to hear, and if in their eye they wont profit enough from the work, they will sell you out like they did me. And I was prepared to spend $10k on the job. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT PEOTTERS!!!!!!
