Entire staff here is fantastic. I live in DC and Jordan was great accommodating my chaotic schedule and ended up squeezing me last second. They even stayed after hours to make sure the car was ready for me so I didn’t have to make another trip out. Will be heading back for all future services. Thanks guys.

Jordan and the mechanics at Lotus of North Jersey have been taking care of my Evora 400 for almost three years and I dont know what I wouldve done without them! Its the best relationship Ive ever had with a dealer and their service department. Unbelievable personal attention and always honest answers and explanations on the things that have gone on with my car. Lotus is definitely a niche brand but once you experience it theres no way to go back to anything else! Hopefully now with the debut of the Emira a lot wider audience will see what I mean. Thanks again Jordan and L of NJ for being so helpful.

This place is amazing. I have a Lotus Evora 400 and the service team has been fantastic. Jordan is great and extremely customer focused. I know they also service other high end vehicles there such as Aston Martin, so I am also now using them to service my other vehicles as well. I highly trust them over any other place. Hello all... I bought a 2017 Lotus Evora a couple of months ago and brought it to North Jersey Lotus for a thorough inspection to ensure mechanical soundness. The team at North Jersey was superb... in every way. From Jordan, service manager, to Anthony, service tech, the quality of the service could not have been any better. Truly exceptional. I live in the Philadelphia area where Lotus technicians are very scarce. The time spent driving there was well worth it... highly recommend.

I can’t say more about the Service Team at Lotus of North Jersey.  I had a mechanical issue on my brand new Evora GT that left me on the side of the road.  Jordan was able to get my car transported immediately and once my car arrived at the dealer, the cause was identified and was fixed the next day. If you want a professional service team for your Lotus that you can trust, look no further.  I really cant thank them enough, great team!

Ive been taking my Lotus to Summit Lotus for the past 2 years. Jordan in the Service Department is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I drive by another Lotus dealership on my way specifically to Summit due to their outstanding service and customer commitment. Best!

Sent a request on 10/2 to have my car appraised. Nine days later still not contacted. They offer free appraisal’s on their site, but don’t follow up. If they are not interested, all they have to do is call or email to let people know. I actually saw a pre-owned vehicle that I may have purchased, but decided I would not do business here. They don’t seem professional.

I used the service department here from out of state to perform a PPI for a Lotus. Jordan scheduled us right in, was in contact with the seller and was accommodating to schedules. They performed a comprehensive inspection for me, provided detailed reports, followed up with a phone call and they even helped me arrange transportation from Jersey to New Hampshire. First class. Period.

Place was an astin martin dealer that now does lotus so I had my doubts. They just dont have enough experience yet. It seams to be a guessing game there at $208 hr. After $6.. they say my car is fixed of limp mode and codes that were popping up. Of course 3 days later you know what happened. They say its either harness $3500 or TCU $3500 and I should do both lmao. Talked to a specialist online who said hes never heard of a tcu going bad. Didnt even put my panel back on right. You have a better shot with your uncle JoeResponse -Like I said your staff doesnt have enough experience. What you should have done is greesed all connections codes pointed at. Had a staff member drive it home to test. If the codes come back swap tcu, pretty quick job then have someone drive it home again.last resort harness that has been replaced once already. NOT suggest after greese 3 connections replace harness and tcu at $7,000.00.
