Quickly sealed my tire from a nail
I just talked to this company on the phone. They were quickly able to advise me that the repair I was considering cant be done, and discussed an alternative that will probably fix my problem but wont make them money. I really appreciate dealing with a business that operates this way. Many thanks.
Steve practices excellent customer service, very fair and Honest (almost unheard of in mechanics). Clear explanation of Service most critical to repair with considering to customers safety and financial means. Work is completed and reliable within a very fair time period! I would not use anyone else.
Great service at a fair price. Especially for an expensive neighborhood. Steve was upfront, honest and fair throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed. He was very accommodating with car pick up after hours, finding a solution to work with my hectic work schedule.
I was given a Weber grill that I decided to rebuild. Upon doing some research, I found out that the burners for that model were unique. I called Harquails in Summit and they said they had a set in stock. Took old ones with me, and they did indeed have them with crossover bar. Very friendly, excellent service, and their price was as good as internet. Highly recommend them.
I had been bringing my car here for routine oil changes and was told I needed new brakes. After getting the brakes replaced, I noticed that my brakes were screeching (which was not happening before) and my car was hesitating when taking my foot off of the brakes. I brought my car back two times to ask them to take a look at it and they called me sweetheart and told me nothing was wrong with the car and acted like I was making something up or didnt know what I was talking about. I brought the car to my dealer who said that whoever changed my brakes left a piece of metal in them and I needed new ones again (2nd time within a few months). They also said the air filter cap was left off which is why my car was hesitating (dont know what that has to do with changing brakes). Any problems I had with my car seemed to be inflicted by them.
Small repair shop always treated me well and did good work at a fair price. One little issue over 25 years.
I purchased a Lynx gas grill in 2006, and the guys came out, delivered and set it up, and tested it. These guys are the pros on grills. Customer service is excellent and prompt, and they have a great selection at competitive pricing. Very knowledgable and accommodating. Would highly recommend them.
Harquail came out today to repair my Weber grill. It had been purchased in June of 2012 and this was the first major cleaning or service.It turned out that the copper tubing gas line was kinked. The repairman did a fabulous job of putting a heavier line in and bracing it so that it could not happen again.In the process, he completely cleaned the grill, it works like new.The only downside is that they are popular so you might have to wait two or three weeks for them to come, but the wait is worth it because they do such a great job.The repair cost was quite moderate, given the fantastic job they did. Better than new (gas line as it should have been from day one).

I purchased a Ducane Affinity 3100 BBQ Grill in 2012 and just recently the ignition lighter stopped working. I called Duane and they gave me the names of two businesses that service their brand in my geographical location. I did my due diligence and checked out online reviews of the referrals that Ducane gave me and decided to call Harquail Brothers, and I am very glad I did. I called them just after July 4th and they told me that they could get to my house in about a week, which I kind of expected since it is July and almost everyone who owns a BBQ is using theirs now. I happen to use mine all year round but I expected a week to ten days before someone could get out to me because this summer. I personally thought I would need new burners, grill plates, almost everything since my BBQ was a total mess. However the technician who came here was very honest and told me that everything was working perfectly, except of course the ignition switch but all that needed was a new battery. As part of the service, they cleaned the entire inside of the BBQ (which was a mess, as I hadnt cleaned it since I bought it) and it runs like new. They asked for my credit card at my initial call which the person I spoke with explained that since the BBQ is outside, I didnt need to be home and they could just come and perform the service. They did a great job, cleaned up after they left. They are very honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their BBQ Grill serviced.
