I had a slow leak on my tire so brought the car in. They found two leaks in the same tire, one that was very difficult to notice, and patched them up super quickly. Friendly staff, great rates, great service all around!

Weve been going here for over a decade now on the advice of two of our neighbors. Very professional and fair. Guy, the head mechanic, is honest and only recommends what needs to be done, and gives options if things might get expensive. Hes even talked us out of work he felt was unnecessary. We stopped taking our cars to the dealership, we only go here unless theres some specific work that Brookside doesnt handle.

Terrible communication to customer and outrageous overcharge for 1/2 mile tow. My son had an accident with my truck about a 1/2 mile from their service center. Police called Brookside to tow the vehicle. The tow truck driver came to scene of accident, handed my son a business card telling him where vehicle was being towed. Did not advise him amount of tow charge. I arrived there 1/2 hour after my truck was towed. It wasnt at Brookside location. They handed me a bill for $239 (for a 1/2 mile tow). THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I expressed my disappointment with improper communication as to where they towed my vehicle and the ridiculous overcharge for towing. The tow driver was very rude and disrespectful. I would never treat a customer the way they treated me. I WILL NEVER use their services again (if I can help it).
