I spoke with Rebecca, with Home Telecom today to set up service at the new place we are moving to this weekend. She was very helpful. Got me set up for the day I asked for someone to come out. And got me a price cheaper than I was expecting for it to be. My overall experience with Home Telecom has been outstanding so far. Thanks!.

When I found out that Home Telecom was available in my area, I was very happy. I have friends that had raved about their services, so it was a no-brainer for me that we get service with them.However, when they came out to do their install, it was problem, after problem. They were here until almost 10 PM getting everything installed, and still had to come back the next day.After everything was installed, the first couple of days went great. Then the problems with Wifi started...and continued. It got to the point that we were about to cancel service and go back with our previous ISP. We decided to give it one more go. When I say that Aaron M. saved the day, that is not an understatement. I was on the brink of canceling service until he came out. I have never had a Tech come out and be so thorough, helpful, and just over all pleasant. I feel like I made a friend that day. He was Home Telecoms saving grace. He came out and worked until he found a solution for us. The quality of service has risen to the point that we are thrilled with our service now. All it took was someone who cares about their job coming out and doing what needed to be done. I cannot say enough good about Aaron M. and the wonderful job he did! Definitely their saving grace in my book! Way to go Aaron, you the man bro!

~$55 a month for 50 mbps internet when it’s the same for 1 gbps elsewhere for the same price. Overpriced and the functionality is awful. If you’re considering moving into an apartment that only offers this service look somewhere else.

Cable service is OVERPRICED and the wifi was horrible. $280 for 2 years and they had the audacity to take away the on demand services a few months ago NO WAY oh thats not even a landline included in that price. So glad to be done with them.

I am really disappointed in this service. We were told we would be paying $X amount for a year, but it started going up after a month, and it goes up every month. HomeTV2Go also does not work, and the TV streaming buffers all the time, knocking you back to the beginning of the show. The internet cost is also too high on its own.

Love every single thing about nexton except the internet.

A Monopoly that charges whatever they want. Nobody else services Nexton so you are at their mercy and because you need to be connected you endup dishing out about 2500 a year for lousy TV and slow internet.I have had ATT, Spectrum, and Bellsouth but this is the worse at the highest ever price

The internet is solid, but I hate that its a monopoly. No other internet option in Nexton and its twice what I was paying with at&t.

Your prices are WAYYYYYY too high. Just go with ATT.

Come along and cut people existing lines to install there lines. If they do that which is unprofessional and occurs frequently then what kind of service are you going to get from a bunch of unprofessional cable laying individuals.
