I have been going through bad times since I lost my job. When I try to explain to them I’ve been out of work since January. I have been waiting on unemployment payments of 7 weeks I am owed. They refuse to help out. It’s not like my account is 3-5 months late it’s just 1 month late. What is late is someone signed me up for live streaming last year. They have been charging me extra. Once they figured it out that it wasn’t me they reversed some of the charges, but not all and I’m told that I am responsible for those charges. I have auto pay through my bank. So I ready don’t worry about it. Payments come out on the 9th. They do not care about people going through hardship. When o talk to them they said we can’t do anything and it’s needs to be payed NOW!!. They DON’T CARE. I need a new carrier but ATT Isn’t in our area yet.

Been without internet for 5 days and they won’t send someone for another 5 days. Worse service in the area. I would give 0 stars if I could!

I met the instructor through Civil Air Patrol. He was both professional and very patient. I paid for a single flight. I went to school before deciding to take lessons again. Would recommend to military or civilians in Charleston Area.
