Aliyah M explained the service we purchased. She also connected my phone to HBO Max and showed me how to get my TV to mirror cast it. Then she also helped set up the new phone that my mom purchased. Went in to get a new phone and the store was pretty busy. The gentleman who was looking as if he should be/was on his lunch break was out helping and stepped up to help us too. He was so personable kind and helpful. First time I ever left a store after getting a new phone and being genuinely happy about the experience. Only wish I could recall his name.

One of the best customer service experience I had in an AT&T store. Aliyah assisted my daughter and I by answering our many questions, setting up our phones, and providing much needed instructions on using the features in our phones.

Too bad the AT&T store that is .09 miles from my home on St. James Ave. Goose Creek, SC adjacent to Lowe’s who wouldn’t assist me at all, I appreciate Channel and Cathys assistances and customer service was outstanding. She did setup my new AT&T email account for me which had to go under “yahoo”, some strange reason. Thanks 🙏

Worse decisions we have made switching to AT&T and using THIS location. Everyone in that store is clueless. Highly recommend finding another location or provider. We were about to switch from Verizon to AT&T which would included 7 lines. After Hours and now weeks still no phones and they cant give us a answer.

Overall service was good. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I gave them a poor rating because there were two customers in the store and we both wore protective masks. There were three employees and none of them wore masks. Clearly no concern or respect for me as a customer.

HEY GOOGLE! Never had an issue with this location, but please, for the love of cats, CHANGE THE OPENING TIME OF THIS LOCATION! It opens at 10am, not 9am. And it’s very inconvenient coming here in the morning and having to wait an hour for 10am

Horrible customer service!!!! Waited 40 minutes before I was asked what I needed. The young lady lwho attempted to help had no clue what she was doing while she tried to help me the so called manager had a personal conversation with another customer as if I was was not standing there the excuse was were a new store and still in training completely unacceptable!!!!
