Has to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any shop. They were welcoming, polite, thorough in explanation, knowledgeable, and accurate. Shannon greeted me with a smile, explained the process, the time it would take, and went over the entire inspection that they do complimentary with the oil change. There was no upselling, they had visual aids and even my manufacture recommendations, they filled my tires and wash fluid for free, and they have me covered between oil changes for 2quarts of oil and will check my fluids in between. The mechanic she was working with Arthur was very polite, accurate, well spoken, and acknowledged me as well. Honestly, the icing on the cake is, I waited in my car, was guided in, got to wait inside my car with a/c they provide. I think this is a genius idea!!!The one complaint if any that I have, if any is that there should be an exhaust or large fans provided foe these mechanics. It’s dreadfully hot and they seemed very busy for the staff on hand. I give it to both of them though, they both remained positive and courteous during the service despite the conditions they were working in.Great job to both of you. I will be back and will refer your shop going forward.

The staff there is very polite and patient. As a first time visitor they got me checked in and started on my oil change quickly. Noah walked me through all the stuff they would be doing and was a pleasure to talk to. They made an oil change a fun experience. Ill definitely be returning.

Awesome experience!! The staff was wonderful, the manager was kind enough to come speak to me and explain my service and how it works. Gave my kids some buzzy bags. 🐝 Which kept my kids occupied, I felt knowledgeable and comfortable with the services being done, I felt I got a good value for the services being done, and over all an A+ Experience. I think it’s wonderful for a manager to go above and beyond to make and buy things for kids and pets who come through. Also, the icing on the cake was giving me a flag pin for my service in the military. Thank you to the team for being quick, I formative, and efficient.

Super friendly and well trained staff. Staff to management everyone is in the garage and working together. They are well trained, knowledgeable, and certified. Service took about 15 minutes, The wait is expected as it’s an oil change not purchasing an item, other services recommended were based on their inspection and manufacture recommendations, no upselling, fair pricing, and polite. I only came to this location because of the reviews that had been posted and I’m very happy with my decision. Thank you for your assistance kat and staff.

Amazing service!! Let me start with the techs mike and Arthur were absolutely amazing! Quick, ready to assist, thorough, friendly, and honest!! The one thing that stood out with my visit over any other place I’ve gone is the fact I watched a general manager work with the technicians, was communicating with each of us customers, she even has baggies for kids and treats for dogs she purchased herself. So awesome!She and the techs seemed to have optimal communication and get along wonderfully. I’ll be back for sure!

I was always told by others to NEVER go to Jiffy Lube. Circumstances led me to the Jiffy Lube on Old Trolley. It’s definitely not the same as it was. The people there are incredibly nice, kind, helpful, informative, and go above and beyond! I love this place; it feels like you’re having your car taken care of by a friend. They’re quick, efficient and affordable. It appears I have a new place to go to for my oil needs at the very least!

Had a wonderful experience with Katt, Noah and Cameron. They treated me like a person, instead of just a number, and were honest and straightforward from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this place if you need to get an oil change.

Extremely friendly. Service was okay. They told me they would check my tire pressures and everything when I first arrived so I sat and waited and they finished. After they finished I asked if they check the tires and they said yes and everything was good. However my pressure sensor on the truck was saying one tire was still low(same one I told them about earlier) so the tech said he would check it but they definitely already did that. He took the hose over and surprise surprise they did not add air or check it like they said they did. If I wouldn’t have addressed it they never would have.

They ordered my filter 45 minutes prior to my arrival and had me in and out quickly. Other businesses asked me to wait over 2 hours, another said come back Friday, its Monday. I will make this location my home.

Service was prodigiously done. It was as if they were a machine. Everyone worked in a certain manner, communication was constant, and service was done quickly.I enjoyed the drive thru process where I got to stay in my car, manager was friendly And thorough in explaining what comes with the service, price, and what to expect.Shout out to the entire team for all their hard work. Especially in this heat. I know it must get frustrating however, they didn’t miss a beat.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube last 5-7 times for an oil change. I was due Aug 2021 so I went back to get my oil changed. The website said they open at 9 am on weekends. Got there and they did not open the bay doors until 10 am. I was third in line With three employees it took 35 -40 mins each for one car to get an oil change. Once it was my turn, after sitting in a hot bay in my car without air conditioning for about 20 mins they finally tell me that my drain cap is rounded. they asked where I got my last oil change, in which I replied right here. One employee said they would order s new cap from auto zone in which would take an additional 10 mins. After 10 mins they tell me they cannot get the cap off to even drain the oil.. Now 40 mins into my turn in the bay and nothing was done. Spoke to the manager in which she told me this is NOW MY ISSUE. They will not pay for a new cap, or help me fix this issue that they caused. I WILL NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE AGAIN.

The service is fast. Thats about all there is. I was a little frustrated that they didnt have the fuel filter I needed in stock, and when the attendant saw they didnt have any all I got was nope we dont have them, sorry. Ive gone to a lot of other Jiffy Lubes, and if they dont have something, normally Im at least offered a solution if they dont just have one run over from the auto parts store. But nothing, just sorry. At the end of the day though, its Jiffy Lube. Prices are reasonable; and like I said, the service is fast.

Amazing customer service at the location on Old Trolley in Summerville! Ive been multiple times and its consistent. The new general manager is incredibly friendly and is a great asset to the team.

Very friendly crew! Was not pushy at all for upsales. Treated everything in a timely manner and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. Had an issue with my drain plug no fault to them but they alerted me of the isses and fixed it as quickly as they could. I will be back.

The man who was working was friendly, organized, and time efficient. He was on the ball but also made it a welcoming place to be.The woman who was working was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things to me without me feeling clueless. She made me feel very comfortable with the services I recieved and showed me the things that were wrong and gave suggestions one what to do about it. She checked everything to make sure id be alright on my up coming trip and said I could stop by right before and she could show me how to install the new wiper blades I bought. I thought that was super considerate.Both of them worked as a team and it was a pleasant experience all around. Wonderful staff who did a great job. This will be a place I frequent from now on.

Very nice staff! I couldn’t remember if I had ever been to jiffy lube so I wasn’t familiar with the setup, but one of the mechanics instructed me how it works and where to go. I was in and out for an oil change within 10 minutes. Very informative staff, extremely kind, and affordable service. Waste no time and get the job done efficiently. Don was communicating most of the information to me, but the other two gentlemen (didn’t catch their names) were also great. Thank you everyone!

I call and made a appointment and was told one price but when I showed up that price was now almost doubled.

It was my first time getting an oil change and the staff was so nice and they really knew what they were doing!!! AND I got to stay in my car the whole time I would totally recommend coming here for an oil change (the one on trolly rd) 10/10 loved it

Got there 5 minutes after they opened and wasn’t in the bay until 9:25 and the kids working had no clue what they were doing.

My visit to this location was over 3 years ago, but I was so upset that I have not been back. I came in to get a simple Uber inspection done on my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. The woman doing the inspection tried arguing with me that my vehicle was a 2010 instead, and that she knew cars better than I did, so she was right. I asked her to check the year by the VIN, which she refused to do. She ended up putting the incorrect year on my inspection form, which meant I was unable to use it. The inspection is at most $15 at any other Jiffy Lube location, and the basic oil change I got should have only been about $30... but I was charged nearly $80! Thankfully I was able to go right down the road to a competitor and get another inspection done and had it done correctly so I could submit it to be able to work.I wish I had the name of the technician that did the work, but due to it being 3 years prior I no longer have the paperwork for it. With such a horrible experience and being blatantly and obviously ripped off, I will never go back to this location again.

I went in to get an oil change. My lights had been flashing warning signals at me.while there, They were super helpful, Thorough and kind. They checked my car over and helped change the filer, Fill the cooling tank and reversed my tires too all while I was in the car and did the oil change.. Overall great job. Thank you!!

The service was fast and friendly while still paying attention to the details. I was asked to stay in my vehicle as a Covid precaution but this did not diminish my experience as I could still listen to my music and text while comfortably while the service was being performed.

Got there early Saturday morning. There was only one employee at work and she was a female. Ive never witnessed anyone work as hard as this young lady. She serviced 3 cars by herself before my service. Finally some help arrived but Im convinced she can run the whole business by herself. Hard worker, polite, attractive. She can do it all. I came to this Jiffy Lube in tears after finding out that my beloved mom may not make it who is at the icu in Connecticut and I needed to travel 12 hours to CT to possibly say goodbye to my mom. I didnt have the enough funds for my oil change but Katt and her crew helped and blessed me with the rest. There really is good people out there. I will forever be grateful. I will call them Angels in the shop!

Jacobs customer service was impeccable. He was beyond thorough, accommodating, and kind. I greatly appreciate the service that he provided.The costs were, to put it mildly, outrageous. The service I requested was listed at the price of $43.99. This service not available. The next available tier was $69.99.I had already waited an hour, so I chose to proceed with the next available tier. This was my choice and I accept this.Thankfully, or so I thought, I had a $15.00 coupon.With the hidden costs, when it was all said and done, my bill was just over $62.00. This is with the coupon. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.I will not be back again.

Came by for an oil change the other day. Katt came up and introduced herself which I found was a rarity. Most managers never come out. This was pleasing. I expressed my concerns to her about my car and the issues I was having and that I wanted an oil change. She was polite and professional and offered to check out my truck. She left for a minute and came back with her lead mech Mike. She introduced him and explained his mechanical experience and certifications and wanted me to have a better idea what was going on with my car. Come to find out I needed a gasket on my oil pan and valve cover. (she even took a video of the pan and underneath my car) I didn’t get an oil change then as I’m going to fix the issue. However, I will be back because of their professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. Thank you katt and mike for standing out.

Great team! Worked quickly and efficiently to get me out of the bay. Kat and Kayla informed me of different oil types to help my truck run better and i get longer trips between oil changes. Would drive over any time I need my truck serviced!

While I did have a minor inconvenience in the fact that they didnt have the right filter nor was the oil I requested available, they made up for it in professionalism as well as hospitality. They even went as far as to deduct a fee from my final payment for all of the inconveniences.

The machine to help with tire rotation is broken and they left the oil dip stick cap loose and caused a check engine light to come on about 20 minutes after left. I wont be going back.

Ive been going to this Jiffy location for over 5 years & 3 cars and have always had exceptional, prompt service. They give me a great deal and only exactly what I need.The manager, Kayla, is a bright part of my day when I come in, and the staff is always tidy and friendly.I will be back!

Great experience today! The store is much cleaner than it has been in the past, the two women that worked on my truck did a great job, and were very friendly. They went as far as cleaning the windows, vacuuming the front seats out, tire pressure, checking my air and cabin filters, and they didn’t get oil all over my truck, which I appreciate. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Kudos ladies.
