If there is a more solid, trusted mechanic than Jack, then I need to know about it. Jack has been around for a long time and I have been relying on him for all of my mechanical needs for 20 years. What can I say, but Jack is the best mechanic I have know over 22 years now. Has worked on about 6 different cars I have owned and has fixed every one excellent. Highly recommend this place to everyone for any Auto Repairs and even oil changes and etc.

I was excited to bring my minivan to Jack, as he had so many great reviews online. I was having three issues, only one of which i needed him to diagnose, and just wanted a reasonable price for all of the work that needed to be done. I found out the hard way that he does not give everyone equally great service. I brought my van in at 9am on Monday. Was told he wouldn’t have time to look at it until the next day, as there were two or three cars ahead of mine, but that I would receive a call with an estimate for the work to be done. I let him know that i need my van for work, so i needed it back as soon as possible. Didn’t get a call until 4:30pm on Wednesday asking how to unlock my van. Nothing on Thursday. I called on Friday only to find out that he still had not even tried to diagnose the issues I was having. He apologized for being “behind schedule.” At that point it was obvious that he was intentionally putting my van off and taking other clients while my van sat in the parking lot all week. I am disgusted and would not recommended this place to anyone. Unless you really just don’t need your vehicle.

Great service and the only mechanic I will use. Honest, efficient and they try to hold the repair cost down the best they can. Jack understands how hard it is to earn a living.

Not cheap but in this case you get what you pay for and as usual Jack takes pride in his business and repaired our Ford Ranger “flawlessly”. He is short handed on employees right now but only because he expects his mechanics to meet his high standards. So if you have to wait a week or two it’s worth the wait, because he actually insured the job is done & done to his high standards.

Great place to take your vehicle. I had electrical issues with a Camry and Jack was able to diagnose and repair within a couple of hours. He also replaced an alternator on another car for half of what another place was charging. I will definitely be returning.

Very helpful. Courteous, knowledgable, professional, honest. Will definitely go back as I need work done on my car.

Jack and Brian are amazing!! They have both helped me out numerous times!! They both are great mechanics and just plain honest and friendly gentlemen. Brian quoted me $20 to change a headlight out in my BMW. Little did he know it would take him over two hours to fix!! When he was finished I asked how much considering it was much more time consuming than he originally thought. He says $20! I was shocked!! I gave him all of the cash I had and I have been using them ever since! I definitely recommend!!!

I have been taking my car there for a good while. Thier prices are good and treat customers well, however I tend to notice they take a while to even get to see your car after they tell you they can get it in the shop a certain time. Often I drop it off and pick it up again because they couldnt look at it.

I have been taken my cars here for a while. They are not as cheap as some might be but they always fix it with out trying to tell me something else is wrong or over inflate the bill. Most times I drop it off the evening before and it is fixed and ready before the end of the next day.As long as they are fair I will keep bring our vehicles to Jacks.
