Service is quick and its always done right. Manager Collin is always on point. Jarett the ticket writer is very friendly and efficient. Rob the tech is also very friendly and is very quick and helpful.

I work for South Carolina Highway Patrol as a Trooper. I came in on Monday for an oil change and check engine light. They got me in and out with the oil change in less than 20 minutes. They had the part ordered and ready to be put in the following Friday. I pulled in the parking lot today (Friday) and literally they took my car as soon as I got in and started working on it.

Took car for an oil change and asked how much to do the AC? Was told $99.99. Was given a bill for $230.00. The story then changes to $99.00 to hook the machine up and so much a lb for the freon, and since it probally has a leak the only way your going to find it is with the dye which is another $25.00. You hear about the crazy bills and prices but when you specifically ask and the story changes. The only reason I am not rating a 1 is I have had decent and good service here before.

Weve used Pit Stop for all of our vehicle maintenance and service for a few years. They are always professional and friendly, and we always get the work we expected at a good price. We trust them. You can, too.

Pit Stop Crew did a great job on my vehicle this past week. I pulled in to have my brakes looked at because they sounded noisy. It turns out I needed two rotors and one set of brake pads. They ordered and replaced all the parts in roughly an hour. I felt the priced charged was fair and reasonable and I didnt get more work done than what I actually needed. Thanks Guys!!

Got a oil change it was fast like that service . Some places take an hour or more for that.

Pulled in at 10am on a Thursday and asked if they would sell me a battery. Twchnician quoted me a price that seemed kind of high, but I said go ahead. Technician said Well get you when things clear out. Only one car in the garage, nobody working on it, and nobody else waiting in line. At least 10 employees standing around visiting. I waited 10 minutes. A few employees gave me dirty looks. Guess they didnt want to do business that day. I told them I would go somewhere else. Not impressed and will not be back.

I love the pit stop the guys always do a great job I would not take my trucks anywhere else. I have my family take their vehicles to them also.

I was hopeful they would do an excellent job with all the great reviews, but unfortunately I have to give them two stars because often they completed our warranty covered repairs ($700) I picked up my vehicle and since I was putting back my children’s car seats I noticed the AC wasn’t cooling it was hot air that was coming out of vents. We’ve never had an issue with it so good thing the person who turned over my car was checking in another vehicle was next to me and I told him about the issue and said they would check it out and to wait at office. So thankfully about 15 minutes after they tell me it was ready and asked them what was the issue and he says they forgot to put a plug back on the compressor (seriously) and they didn’t even apologize. Then a day later my husband finds out they left the some other plugs for the vent filter cover on top of the windshield wipers and hood. I’m glad we didn’t lose them and even though they did the repairs we needed I would have liked a more efficient and careful service.

The guys here are great. Quick service, quality work. They don’t try and push other services on you and their prices are the best I’ve found in the area. I put about 5000 miles on my car a month, so I’ve gotten quite a few oil changes here and a few other places in a bind, but take my car here for everything now. Only complaint I have is they’re not open on weekends!

Automotive repair is my hobby, i appreciate how fast and efficiently the work is completed. trying to get my coworkers to get their oil changed here, its worth the trip.

I was VERY pleased with the service I received during my recent oil change. As an older single woman Ive been to other places that completely took advantage of me. This place did not pressure me to purchase things I didnt need and I will definitely make this my go to place every time.

Every time I’ve gone here for an oil change, an employee meets me at my car and immediately takes it to the bay. I’ve never had to go inside and request service. Yesterday, I walked over to Culver’s for lunch and when I came back, I heard the employee tell another employee which vehicle I was there to pick up. Seamless service! I’m sure they see a lot of people and that was great service that he remembered me and my vehicle.

I called the day before to find out when they opened the shop the next morning. My plan was to get there right when they opened so I could get in and out. They said they opened at 8am. I arrived at 7:50am and, to my surprise, they were already open and doing business. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and helped. The attendant was courteous, professional and efficient. I went and sat down. They were finished within 15-20 minutes. The pricing is fair and refreshing. When I was leaving, it seemed like everyone in the shop wished me a good day. Yall, this is place is the Chickfila of quick lubes. VERY IMPRESSED!! I wont go anywhere else from now on.

Got an oil change and air filter in my f150. Got to DT Charleston and my truck broke down. Popped the hood and they had left the cover to the box where the air filter goes off. Truck would not crank. I called them and they sent a tow company to get my truck. Told me if the issue was their fault they would pay for the tow. This happened on a Friday afternoon and they aren’t open all weekend. I called from the tow truck on the way from down town and told the manager rush hour traffic was bad so it will probably be right at 6 when we get there. He said he would wait for me to see if it’s a quick fix so I’d have a vehicle over the weekend. He then calls me back at 5:50 and says he won’t be able to stay and just have the tow truck guy drop my truck in the parking lot.He comes back by on Saturday and runs the scanner on it and it says air flow. Then another guy comes in on Monday and calls me and says “well I cleaned the mass air flow sensor AND your fuel filter and it’s running now” I’m thinking why would you mess with the fuel filter? Well he didn’t know the other guy came in on Saturday and told me what the diagnostic scanner read. So I get down there to get my truck after not having a vehicle all weekend and these fools stick me with the $150 towing bill! They clearly said if it was their fault they would cover the repair and the tow bill.This is why they messed with the fuel filter when it was uncalled for. To get out of paying the tow company for their screw up. Unbelievable. He said “well it was one or the other, we aren’t sure” I was just ready to have my vehicle back so I paid them the $150. Hope it was worth it to them to lose a whole family of vehicles. I’ve been here all my life and run a business in the area that deals with thousands of people. I hope that sticking me with the $150 tow bill was worth losing mine and extended family business as well as never getting another referral from me. Ridiculous

Always a great and easy place to get the truck fixed. They are very honest and their work is very clean. They are on my top ten local businesses in Summerville. If its not broken they wont fix it and if it is broken they will fix it on budget. Integrity is still alive.
