We were given a recommendation to bring our vehicle here. Communication was a little slow at first because we had to wait on call backs a few times. Once they started working on it communication got a little better. I, however was not very impressed when I picked up our vehicle. I had to look for someone to help me and call out in the office 4 or 5 times. When someone came, he wasnt very friendly at all. A smile and friendly face makes a difference. What businesses dont realize now a days, people are still wanting relationships where they feel genuine.

Complete trash. Owner was scared to do a simple electrical diagnosis. Claims he could do the work but just wont. Multiple times bragged about running a 1.7 million dollar a year shop by just throwing parts at a truck. If you have ever taken your truck here you definitely got ripped off. Promise this place will never get any of my business.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE! THIS SHOP SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS !!! COSTED US OVER $7,000 IN REPAIRS SO FAR.I have had both mine and my husbands trucks in this shop. My truck they did a two inch lift in the front (which came out fine) and as they were doing that, somehow messed up my electrical wires for multiple parts of my truck and broke many clips that held the parts on. Ever since I brought my truck to this shop I have literally had nothing but problems. I literally still have not been able to fix the overheating, which started right after my truck came out of this shop.My husbands they literally left a RAG in the oil sump! Not only that but they lied saying they used a FORD oil cooler so it has a warranty. Its a oil cooler from Japan that costs $35 and charged us $325!! Wow. Something so simple. Shows they are a SCAM reputation wise. It had a stamp on the bottom saying made in Japan and last time I checked we did not have Japan making Ford products. The shop was only supposed to be replacing a fuel injector from the start of everything. My husbands truck has been sitting in the driveway since about 2 weeks after this shop worked on it. This was months ago so its become a lawn ornament! Terrible experience spending over $3,000!Update: It turns out that the overheating that was caused by the plugged oil sump from the rag being left IN THE SUMP caused the head gasket to fail costing us over $4,600 to have repaired. Plus, we havent been able to repair my truck either. Wonder why my truck started randomly overheating as soon as it came out of their shop??We could not be anymore disappointed with this shop! Not only did they not fix the problems we paid them to fix but they cost us thousands in repairs from the things THEY SCREWED UP. We trusted these guys with their experience and knowledge they appeared to have when we had my husbands truck checked out. We asked their advice on things mechanically. We almost even considered them friends we would actually send many clients to because we thought they were legit.By the way, I will be consulting a lawyer to settle these bills that caused our family so much hardship. I intend to get an excellent explanation as to how in the heck they messed up our only two vehicles so badly.DONT TRUST THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT EVERYTHING TO GO WRONG WITH YOURS!

Eric was extremely helpful. Got a full bulletproof done on my truck and had some hick ups here and there but Eric has helped me out tremendously with my truck. Just fair warning they do put a NAPA oil cooler in your truck and not OEM. But they give you a 1 year warranty on it.If you want a good Powerstroke mechanic come here. Daniel knows what he is doing. Been doing it for many years. Eric and Daniel have a good shop and will do anything to make you a happy and satisfied customer.
