I don’t have enough good things to say about Pops they were amazing. My car took a little Bit of time more than the average I got a call every single day with a status update and questions if I wanted to do this or that. They went above and beyond just replacing my convertible top. I am one happy customer and will definitely be back

They did an outstanding job repairing my 2013 Mini Roadster convertible back window that had fallen out.

Had a phone quote of $450.00 then took my car there said $850.00 ended up paying $1050. bad at pricing. Changed his price too much. Dont estimate so low and say youre going to stay with in $50. Good work on headliner. Three stars for the work. Visors should have been smoother on edges.

Roof liner on my 11 year old VW came undone. It was hanging like a hammock. Pop’s got my car in within a week. Had the job done by the next day. The liner is better than new. It is truly remarkable!When it comes to car roof liners these folks are excellent. Price was much less than I expected too.

Once the material came in, the head liner was installed in one day. It looks very tight and it nearly matches original material; so that it looks like it is supposed to be that way.

I had my 06 Mercedes convertible top seam stitched together here and it was in incredible experience. They know their stuff, they are really good at it, extremely friendly and saved me thousands of dollars. I went to another place and they told me that a repair was not a possibility, I would have to replace the whole top and it was going to be really expensive. Pops Tops proved them wrong and I am SO glad that my mechanic recommended them to me. I read a review here that was negative and honestly they must have been talking about some place different because I cant say enough great things about Pops Tops Shop.

Way too expensive for what you get. Reinstalled rear window on my convertible top. Everything is saggy, but at least it doesn’t leak.

My Sonata had a slow water leak near the sunroof/windshield. After bringing my car into the dealership twice with a leak, I brought my car to Pops. The dealership had my car twice and misdiagnosed it telling me it was the windshield. Pops correctly diagnosed the leak and found it to actually be a panel beside the sunroof. Fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. Thank God I found this place I was so sick of water leaking in my car every time it rained.

Worst customer service that I have ever had. I am.a veteran and had an insurance claim for a sunroof. My insurance company ONLY insures veterans. I dropped.my car off.on Veterans Day to get the sun roof replaced. The gentleman I can only assume is Pop was extremely rude.and.was complaining about having to clean up broken glass. Ironically I was informed by my insurance company that the preferred vendor is paid for glass clean up. I was informed that if I did not like what he had to say I could take my car and he did not have to do the work. I had already waited a week so I had him do the job. Found glass all.over the interior of my car. Poor quality, poot customer service, not vet friendly. Do not use this shop.

Got some excellent ideas about how to do the inside of my 1936 Chev. pickup truck . Great people to deal with . I will highly suggest you use them .

Did an amazing job on my corvette top!

Did an absolutely horrible job. Used zip ties to make a handle used bolts to screw on the new handles for the door. Left pieces off and used a different handle than what belongs on the sunroof.

I dont believe there is a better custom upholstery shop anywhere. Pops Top Shop specializes in convertible top installation maintenance and repair, custom vinyl tops, upholstery repair, the replacement, repair, installation and maintenance of electric and manual sunroofs, glass sealing, windshield replacement, seat, door repair, and automotive carpeting. If Pops cant do it, it cant be done.

I had my seat repaired here and it looks great! Saved me $400 by having it repaired instead of replaced.

Do you need a convertible top fixed or your upholstery fixing in your car? Pops is the only place to go in the Charleston area.

I own an 2010 Acura RDX and one of the most common problems Ive found is that the fake leather on the arm rest in the middle of the driver and passenger seats wears down quick. Acura wanted to charge $800 total to replace and fix it. After a good bit of research I found the fake replacement leather on Amazon for $35. Then I took it to Pops and had it installed for $80 with a day turn around time but thats only because I couldnt drop my car off initially. So I cant vouch for any custom work they do but their quality and pricing you cant beat! Will definitely use them again for future reference.
