They did amazing work on my car. Had a flat tire, so I decided it was time to get them all replaced.Only Con: They never answer the phone. You can call all you want. They’ll won’t answer.

Id give them 10 stars, if I could. They squeezed me in on a busy Friday when my tire light was on because the spare tire my roadside assistant had put on earlier in the day didnt have enough pressure. They took the tire that had been flat from the back of my van, patched it, & reinstalled it.With no charge!

I called last min, about 4:30 to ask if they could get me in for an alignment, they said depended on how long before I got there. I said 15 min and Mike said yes. I got there about 4:50 and left before 5:45 with a very reasonably priced service performed and a quality job well done. Thank you Mike and thank you NTB!

Dropped my tire off to be fixed website said thet would be open until 7pm. Got to them at 620pm and could not get my tire even though people where standing in the parking lot. Instead of using covid as an excuse that your hours changed update the website. Covid has been going on for over a year . Ive been doing business with NTB for many years to have this happen makes me not want to come back.

My family has been using this location for Years. When I say on the average we spend $1,000 a month there, I am not exaggerating. This morning My husband took the car With an emergency situation, Because when we got an oil change done on Friday, they did not tightenThe oil filter Or the plug back, And she refused to even let them look at it because we did not have an appointment! They will NEVER get another Penny of my money. It was So much better as Tire Kingdom. I know that its the same company, but they didnt run it like that before.

After having an appointment time set, they finally got to my truck 1 hour later. Then still took 2 more hours to install 4 new tires. But they were nice. Still dont understand an appointment if its not taking care of at that time!!!

Very poor installation of tires. Employee fault customer for damages to rims caused by tire install.Pure mishandling of others property. Employee is allowed to disrespect customer after being confronted with the dispute about the damage to rims. Will I return to this location or any other HELL NO!

I had an 8:30AM appt today for a tire replacement, oil change, and alignment. I was called at 10:30 saying they had just started my oil change and was asked about the tire (meaning that had not been started yet either) It was not until 1:30 that I came up and asked what was going on to find that my car was in the parking lot. FIVE hours with a scheduled appt. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend.

This place has been incredible to my old truck. They have worked with me to get it to where it is safe to drive. They also made sure to give me a fair price. They are a corporation but the staff makes it feel like its a family owned shop. I am incredibly impressed and will go back when Old Rusty needs some tlc.

Made an appointment online for 5PM, got a voicemail later in the week that the appointment was made in error due to them not taking 5pm appointments on Saturdays. I was told that if I brought it in earlier, it would get fitted in and done. Went in at 12pm, got told they were totally booked, and that I the best I could hope for was to drop it off and do without a car for however long it took. My tires are fully bald so I was kind of trying not to die this week, but I guess not. Edit: Went to Mavis Discount tire and they had them done real fast. Recommend them for fast install.

I have on more than one occasion showed up in late afternoon with emergency situations with my trucks brakes and cars tires needing work done and these guys were able to fit me in on very short notice getting it done right and out of there by closing time. Highly recommended.!

Tried to get a front-end alignment somewhere else, and they said they couldnt do it because there were different size tires on it. Turns out, Summerville NTB intentionally put THREE different size tires on it when I paid for a new set of tires in 2006. Only now discovering this! Still have the receipt, went back and told the Manager, after he verified they were all put on the same time, that I would be willing to buy two new tires from him if he could cut me a break. He offered me 10% off! I learned two things - 1. Always check behind the work (never thought I would have to check tire sizes!) and 2. They will never get any of my business back if thats all they were willing to do. 10% off? Guess thats all my business is worth to them after being a customer for 20+ years.

Thank you ntb for being honest and professional. I had a nail in my tire was able to call at 5 pm and get fit in and was able to get tire fixed instead of replaced. My boyfriend passed away august 24 it has been very hard so glad you could step up and help me over this hurdle.

Andrew and Brian made a tough day a little better for us. Got 2 flat tires on the way into work one morning. Got the truck towed there after speaking with them on the phone. They were able to squeeze the truck in and get her rolling by the end of the day. Reasonably priced, friendly, took good care of us and helped smooth out a rough morning.

The only place to get tires as far as I am concerned! Clint and staff are amazing! In the last year and a half, they have put tires on three of my vehicles. Luckily recently I purchased road hazard on a set. We accidentally picked up some nails. Because of road hazard and NTB’s willingness to take care of us, ALL the damaged tires were replaced! I had to pay for the mount and balance but we were completely happy with their service! Thanks NTB Summerville!

I needed a rare tire size while traveling north because I had a flat. It took me about 3 hours to just locate and drive to the store which has the size I need available for same day pick up. When I arrived, the receptionist was mean and wouldn’t let any technicians mount the tire for me. She kept adding a bunch of fees so I can get upset and leave.The tire itself was about $200 which is fine but the lady lacks customer service skills. She doesn’t have any compassion or consideration for the customer. She is terrible!!!! She needs a reevaluation ASAP.

My car never overheated, had an oil change, 5 minutes after driving off, my car was overheating, took it back, they charged me for and electrical diagnostic, they said that they couldnt find anything wrong with it, and it didnt overheat afterwards. I was robbed blind. Not going back here again

They did the brakes on my wife’s Lexus and a much lower cost and they used factory replacement parts because the FSports are known for having noise issues . Great Staff !!

I NEVER leave bad reviews but this time I feel it’s warranted. A few months ago, my teenage daughter came here for a front end alignment because her car kept chewing through tires. She was so proud of herself for being able to buy the car and pay for repairs by herself. She then got two more flat tires that she had replaced by another business and just had a blowout of a brand new tire this week so I decided to change it myself to see what was going on. Ended up discovering her lower control arm was completely missing the inner bushing and I could pull the entire assembly back and forth a couple inches. Needless to say this should have, and probably was caught by the tech doing the alignment and it should’ve never been completed. Nothing was said to her about it as I went in with her to pay and get her keys. This company cares nothing about safety and is not the slightest bit afraid to rip off a teenage girl making minimum wage.

They were great when we got our tires put on, but a week into our back tire kept going flat and I probably ran over a nail but I keep taking it back because I just need the tire looked at and possibly plugged, they keep saying they have to keep it over night or bring it the next day. My husband and i work and have kids we pick up from daycare everyday and its not easy to just leave a car because we are from Kansas no family or relatives here and now Im afraid my tire is gonna go bad first because it keeps going flat and Im not sure why. This is the worst experience I have had because its just one tire.

I just found out that at my last oil change here, that apparently they didnt change the filter out. So after 7,000 miles Jiffy Lube pulled out a nasty dry rotted filter, not impressed!

Where not to get tires!!! You request 265/75 R18 trust that is what is being put on your full size truck right before a road trip.... as you are leaving your looking at the truck and say those tires look really small so you get closer and look at that 265/60R18 wow really and to make it worse I only had the front tires changed so now my truck sits nose down!!! Are you kidding me! And yes I called and they gentleman on the phone tells me that is what I asked for !! Nice try I am not new at this.. needless to say now I have 2 small tires that are useless to me and I will go to Geralds for four new tires..

Im in Summerville working out of town. Our truck was having brake issues. Went there hoping they could atleast get me in sometime today. I explained my situation and they immediately took the truck in and found the problem. Gave me a price. Told me they would fit me in. About an hour later I was on my way. Great bunch of guys working there. Great service. That hard to find these day. I would highly recommend them for any car problems. Thanks guys !!

Just moved to the area and within the week i ran over a nail or something. My tire was flat so i decided to bring it by NTB. I was rolling my tire up to the shop and i was met by a nice guy who took it from me to help roll it into the shop. Then he held the door open for me! Its just these small little gestures that make a difference sometimes. I will be back just because of the great customer service. Also my tire was patched and done within the day for a reasonable price.

I called the day before an made appointment. The manager Clint was very professional on the phone. Gary and Bryan took excellent care of me when I showed up I was an hour late and they still got me right in. Carlos the technician was clean and efficient. THANKS GUYS.

Web appointments do not make accommodations for coupon offers. Had to spend way too long to get it corrected. The TPMS was not reset after rotation. This is the second time in a row they didnt do it so now the tires are back in the correct position. Loosing faith that other services were done correctly. Guess I should check wheel torque.

This location offers great service and honest recommendations for vehicle maintenance. Ive personally been dealing with the manager, Clint, for years and hes always done me right. Out of all the chains, I recommend NTB.

Good location, so its easy to walk to other stores while car getting fixed.

At 6:00 I went to 3 tire stores in the area, all which claim to close at 7:00. Two were closing up with no cars waiting. One with one car and three techs sitting around with nothing to do. I was turned away by all of them. I rushed over to NTB expecting the same result. I walked in and talked to Andrew Ruscin. He was very polite and courteous. He pulled a tech in and put him to work on my tire right away. It was so nice to have someone say they could help. I know it was getting late and close to closing time. While everyone else went home they stayed open and helped me! This means so much to me! I cannot thank you enough! I wish there were more people out there like him!

I was having a terrible day and they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and repaired and calm me down even though it was pretty late by the time I got there. Very patient very friendly and very knowledgeable. I get free alignments for life from firestone but after being told I could be worked in today and going to a couple of them and calling around and having people hang up the phones without answering at other locations and waisting hours and hours of my time and gas all day I ended up there threw a friends suggestion and let me tell you they will definitely be the guys getting my business from now on. I had a flat, self induced trying to remove a small nail and plug tire, should have left nail in. Got towed to NTB and asked them to patch the virtually brand new tire and they said they couldnt because I already attempted to plug the tire. I kept the tire and bought a new tire because this is their policy. Took the tire to geralds and they seen no reason why the tire couldnt be patched and did the patch for free! Moral of the story always go to geralds.

Gary and his entire staff are top notch, no matter what day or time. Dont be surprised if they have a wait time, its well worth it knowing your Car is in good hands. Will never go anywhere else.

I had a very bad issue with my vehicle that occurred while I was driving down to visit Charleston for the weekend. I eventually had to get my vehicle towed to NTB in Summerville. I have to say my experience with NTB was PHENOMENAL. I will say that this experience was so great because of Andrew Ruscin an asst manager at this branch. My car ended up being totaled and Andrew did all he could to try and help me out with the situation. He was extremely kind and understanding of the significant stress and annoyance that this high cost about to come in my direction. Andrew went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a solid manager at NTB. Andrew was compassionate and knowledgable about my situation and did all he could to help me. In the face of such bad news, Andrew and NTB did their very best to help me. Will be a loyal customer of NTB from here on out. Thanks again Andrew!

Do not go to this shop. I took a tire here that had a pretty slow leak. The tire held air for a few hours without completely deflating. But When I got it back after their inspection it took less than 30 minutes for the tire to deflate to the rim. I had anticipated purchasing a new tire but they wanted 100.00 to replace a tire I replaced less than a month ago for about 55.00 installed so I decided to wait until morning in favor of a more reasonable price point.

This place was awesome. Got me in ahead of schedule on two different appointments on the same day. Not many places are willing to do that. Not many are willing to offer you the courtesy of feeling likely matter versus just being another customer. I took my wifes and my car in for Lyft inspections, they handled everything amazingly. Good pricing on tires. However, quality of work is low. Picked up my truck and sensor was flashing for tire pressure. Asked the service manager and he said I have to drive it and it will go out....well.... It didnt, and at 45mph feels like the tire was going to fall off because of balancing of the tires was not right. Went up 2 days later to have them fix it balancing and sensor they said they couldnt have it done for another 3 hours even though they already had it from 10:30am to 5pm 2 days before.Check all work before you leave cause its a pain trying to get them to fix their mistakes....

I came. n to get an oil change and found out that I needed two new tires. The salesman showed the cost of $74.00 that is with oil change. I specifically asked him twice was.this the price of the everything including the oil change and he said yes. When he told me that my car was ready and I was about to pay and he said it was going to be $335 and I told him that is not what you told me. I asked him to remove the tires and put my old ones back on. When a question is asked it needs to be stayed clearly that the customer understands so it would not be any confusion at the time of checkout.
