They are swamped and it isnt always the fastest, but they know what they are doing and fix it right the first time! A little extra time to have it fixed right is a better deal than having to take it back over and over again!

The staff is very friendly the technicians are honest knowledgeable And experienced With all models and all the technologies that are in the new cars And work very hard to find the problems solve the problems and leave you with a good feeling when you walk out the door knowing that your vehicle is properly maintained to the best Of Fords ability They have real good deals on parts and service plans I would also like to give special thanks to Julie the service writer Mrs Morris and also Brian the technician they Make sure everything possible Is provided for you to the best of their ability Again I think if everyone gave Summerville Ford a chance to service their vehicle they would find that is a great place to do business Thanks to the team

My engine light came on. Took it to have it checked around 2:30. Was told they couldnt check it today and was given a business card with a date and time to bring the car back to have it check, which was 2 days later.7:30-9:00. I got there 7:15 was the second person to check in. I waited for a phone call. None. I called left messages, No response. I got a phone call around 3:30 from someone different that gave me the appointment. She said to to me. We didnt get a chance to look at your car. You have an option. Come pick up your car and make another appointment to have it looked at. Or leave it and well get to it as soon as we can because we are work on yesterday cars. That should have been told to me in the beginning and I wouldnt have left my car there. I told her I still have a warranty on that car. She said yes, we dont make money of it. So to me cars that dont have warranties gets looked at first because they are paying customers. They turn the light off said I bought bad gas. I only put Supreme in my car. They gave me my car. NO paper work to say what was done. The engine light came back on. This is my 2nd encounter with Summerville Ford Service dept. I thought giving them a second chance would put my confidence in them. NO. IM DONE, I will never recommend going there for any type of service. Having a warranty Means NOTHING.

Service work was great!!.Less than 30 minutes..Oil change,rotation of tires all fluids toped off..Service is awesome as always.
